the condo is exactly as described, everything was well kept and clean. We enjoyed the access right out the front door to the path around the lake. The Property Management company was very easy to work with.

I understand that A/C is traditionally never used in the mountains however, besides leaving the doors wide open you only have two windows that can be cranked open to circulate air. No ceiling fans and only one pedestal fan makes it difficult to circulate the air in the place. Some other issues I had was the description says access to hot tub and when we went it was cold as ice and wasn’t heating up. The TV’s in the place were very tiny and the one in the bedroom might as well be an I-pad. The toilet doesn’t flush well so prepare for that and futon just needs to be donated to charity, it gave a homeless vibe that really makes the place feel cheap. Now for some positive stuff, the bed was very comfortable and the overall cleanliness was great.

All of properties also have box vans to put in each of the 3 windows in the living room and 2 in the bedroom and we are always happy to supply more as well as we are reaching out to the HOA about the hot tub concern as that is something they manage. We do value your feedback about this unit as well and will be passing this along to the owner!

I live in Denver and wanted a short getaway to relax. The location of the Condo on the lake was perfect with the exception of lack of access to the back patio due to construction. That fact was not mentioned in the advertisement.

We enjoyed our stay here. As other reviews mentioned, the master bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. An air freshener would go a long way to help that smell not be so potent and obvious. We loved the layout and used both the futon and the hide-a-bed couch. It would have also been nice to have another fitted sheet for the futon, just to help out the cleaning process. The location was beautiful and so close to skiing -- we really appreciated that. We always found a parking spot across from the main door, which was really helpful. The bus stop to get to the slopes was just up a building, which was super close and convenient! My kids LOVED the pool and were in it every night of our stay. My kids also loved the kitchen table with the pull out chairs - it was very unique! The condo was super clean and we appreciated all of the extras.

Great location, great price, great value for the area. Condo was clean and well-appointed. The king bed was very comfortable, the futon pretty decent, but the pullout couch was abysmal. Needs a thicker mattress. Master bedroom smelled faintly of cigarettes and there was a damp spot on the carpet next to the window (?). Figured it was from the cleaners but couldn’t figure it out. Overall, I don’t know if I’d stay here again since the paperwork and packet pickup was total overkill but it did fit our needs for a local overnight stay that didn’t break the bank.

Everything went smoothly and the condo was very nice and clean and convenient. Our only complaint would be the hot tub was ice cold so we did not use it after a long day of skiing which was something we really wanted in a place we were staying.

The space was perfect for what I was looking for, very well maintained.
Has an awesome view of the mountains and lake with a small deck to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning.

The property and the amenities were great. The only small complaints would be the stale smell of cigarette smoke in the condo and the front porch needing sweeping. Other than that, the place was fantastic. We like to sleep with a fan running, and this place had 2 fans. Very nice!

There’s a lot to live about this place. The location is perfect; it’s close to restaurants and the adventure center. The scenery is stunning. The apartment is overall comfortable and well-stocked.

And yet...

There are two items that really took away from our stay.
1. There’s a definite smoky funk that permeates the apartment, especially in the bedroom. After two days, our clothes were soaked in the same odor.
2. Accessing the pool was fiasco. I appreciate that their response was quick. However, a solution was never found during our visit. We were able to swim a few times, but only by sneaking in with other families.

I’d like to think that ours was an isolated experience. It sounds like others had wonderful stays here, but we just did not on this occasion.

This VRBO is great for exploring keystone, dillon, Frisco, etc. We loved walking around the pond. A moose wandered by too, which was awesome.

Great location overseeing the lake and in close proximity to the ski lifts. The unit was clean and had everything to make the stay fun and relaxing. The unit was in good condition. However, the futon couch mattress was badly stained and could use a cover.

Property was beautiful, loved the lake right outside of our door, especially for ice skating. Condo was nice! Felt the kitchen could have been stocked a little more, but we made it all work for the little bit of cooking we did. Location was good and easy to get in and out of. Check in and check out was easy as well. Only negative was house keeping. Once we got to the unit sheets and bedding were covered in hair. It was 4am when we got to the property, we were so tired we just dealt with it. There also wasn’t enough sheets to use the pullout couch as well as the day bed at the same time. We made it work with blankets. Good unit but feel housekeeping didn’t do a great job on bedding cleanliness.

We loved the condo but our key card’s stopped working twice so we assume the resort did not program them correctly. First time we had to drive back to the resort office late at night to get new cards. The second night we had to find the box of keys at the lobby entrance to retrieve a master key to get into our condo, again late at night.

Everything about Lakeshore 1551 fit my specific needs. First of all, I attended a conference at the Keystone Conference Center - my walk was short and involves walking under a tunnel. Secondly, my baby came along to Keystone (still breastfeeding) - I had everything I needed to make him comfortable - there were extra fleece blankets, soft pillows, a big space to put his playpen, a kitchen to prepare baby-related things, etc. Additionally, his caretaker (grandma) had to be with baby all day - she had a nice view and can take the stroller outside for a walk easily as the condo is on ground floor. The management staff are friendly, supportive, professional. accommodating and fulfilled our needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was clean, equiped and with a great view and amenities! I would go back. There were only two issues. 1.u family and I were locked out twice because the locks were malfunctioning. 2.The first time customer service was top notch with a lady that opened the door for us immediately. The second time we were locked the customer service of a guy called Brandon was good and got resolution by calling maintenance to replace the lock. By phone Brandon was polite but in person he was very different, definitely rude since there was no monitoring there. Other than that, excellent stay!

We are glad that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the views. We are sorry that you had issues with the locks. We have been able to look into this situation and our staff advised you to not continue to lock the doors the way they were being locked because it was causing issues. However, after being told a few times to please access the property with the keycard only, this was still not being done and therefore the guest locked themselves out of the unit. We sent multiple staff members over many times to assist with the issues that these guests created and we are sorry that you were not happy with our continued support. At this time, all locks have been upgraded to avoid any further issues.
