Perfect location, right across the street from the slopes. We could see the Keystone fireworks from the house on New Year's Eve! Large space upstairs, perfect for a big group. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was large enough for our two families. The living space is very functional and great for socializing and relaxing. The private hot tub was spacious and clean. The king beds were foam so they were too soft for us (but the blankets were nice) and the kids tell us the bunk beds weren't comfortable (too firm, blankets too scratchy). The kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. We walked to the slopes in our gear both days because we couldn't figure out where the bus picked up or when (some directions in the condo re: buses to keystone would have been helpful). 4 wheel drive was a must to park in the narrow, snowy driveway. Overall it was great for our weekend stay.

The house is in a good location, a close drive to the slopes. The beds were a little uncomfortable for the 4 adults that stayed, but not a deal breaker! Home had plenty of room, for us and 4 kids. We would stay at this home again, for sure.

My four teen-agers, my husband, and I stayed just after Christmas while we were skiing at Keystone. It was the perfect arrangement, had more than what we needed to cook all of our meals, and the blankets were so wonderful and warm while we sat by the fire in the mornings and evenings. The amenities like the fireplace, firewood, hot tub, sleds, and humidifiers were perfect and were exactly what we needed. When the kids tired of skiing, they were within walking distance of the cabin, so no one had to leave that wasn't ready. The only downside were the foam mattresses, which were definitely not our families preference. I slept one night on the couch with the fire roaring and it was comfortable!
Highly recommend and do plan on staying here again.

We had the best time on our vacation. The house was perfect and only minutes from skiing. The private hot tub was the perfect end to every day. We can’t wait for next year to go back and make more memories.

The stay was great with one major exception. The hot tub was broken during the whole stay. We picked this place primarily because it had a hot tub so we were very disappointed when it wasn't working.

We are so sorry that the hot tub being broken had such a huge impact on your stay. We reached out prior to check in to notify and provide solutions to this unfortunate situation. We do have a out tub technician scheduled to repair the hot tub, they just were not able to make it during your stay.
The log home was impeccably clean and well-cared for. Being so close to other houses on every side was surprising. Only real issue was the beds - while I'm sure they are expensive memory foam, all in our group complained of sinking in so far that moving or getting out is problematic. On the plus side - a moose came through neighborhood and we watched a bear turn over trash cans...very cool.

The wild life up here is very active in the summer and can be viewed if you are out at the right time of day, we are happy you experienced this! Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress if we are made aware of the issue. We will alert our staff of this complaint and investigate this further. I’ve rented this location twice. Second time was not so thrilled. House is nice for the price. But during covid I expected it to be cleaner. Some areas of the house were dusty. Also we had to purchase our own fire starter sticks. Fire wood was available onsite but nothing to start it with. Front door doesn’t have a deadbolt to secure at night. I don’t believe the location changes the code to the door as it was the same code both times I rented which is ok if there was a deadbolt to secure. I also got charged a $100 hot tub fee because it rained the weekend I was there and the jacuzzi was dirty. Mind you, you already get charged a crazy cleaning and jacuzzi fee prior. Over all the location and property is nice.

We are sorry to hear this guest had a less than satisfactory stay in the unit. We would have been more than happy to provide a fire starter and correct any cleaning issues, had we be notified. The property owner just replaced the front door lock with a WiFi enabled smartlock that will now allow each guest to have a unique access code that will expire following every stay. Unfortunately we did have to do a dump and fill to the hot tub after this guest checked out due to the condition these guests left the hot tub in. This is also stated in our rental agreement and digital guidebook.

Me and my friends absolutely loved the space for our holiday. Beautiful view and all the amenities one would need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to all friends deciding to stay up in the Dillon/Keystone area
