This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4, with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private walk-out patio with mountain view and a separate entrance. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. There is also a ski locker available for guest use. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. The sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The private patio is just off of the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats three. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV.

Annual Keystone Trip

Rental was in a great location with easy access to slopes. Covered parking, laundry on site, kitchen was well stocked, etc.

The room was not the cleanest. Master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were not fitted. Condo was extremely dusty and dirty, bed linens for pull out bed were not laundered. Be prepared to bring your own hair dryer and toiletries.

Enjoyable stay

Was at this location for a conference/getaway. Really enjoyed the location and walk out patio. The property had great views and good linens. The lowest score I gave was a 3 because there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. 1 the refrigerator leaked. (not a lot) 2. The property had very limited space for clothing. The one available closet was filled from floor to middle with "extras" blankets, humidifiers(3)broom, vacuum, pillows, fans (we used those) so no long items could be hung and there were not drawers. 3. The hot tub was not hot.

Check in process confusing but otherwise stay was great

Kitchen well stocked but would recommend new pans. Nice to be able to cook in kitchen and save some money. Good kitchen, can walk to restaurants. Check-in process very confusing, but that was the only negative. Otherwise great place to stay.

Spring skiing

Difficulty entering property and help over the phone did not exist. I was unable to enter property with proper instructions for one hour before help arrived. Property was very nice and liked the location to the amenities.

Great location at the base of the mountain!

We enjoyed this location. Less than a three minute walk from the condo to the gondola! Nice apartment. No perfect, but nice. The rental management company was responsive. The building and condo clean. The underground parking garage was convenient. I would recommend a friend to stay here. Note there is no dresser and the only closet is full with cleaning equipment and various stuff. I would recommend the owner put shelves in the closet or some substitute for a dresser.

Great location

2 min walk to gondola! Pool outside patio door. We enjoyed staying here however the owner needs to replace the pull out bed as we could not sleep on it. The inflatable mattress they brought us did not hold air either. We made due, but you will get future complaints if adults sleep on the pull out couch as there is zero cushion and you can feel the bars. the remaining support system sags in the middle also. Other than that we really enjoyed this garden level condo as we could hop out the patio door and right onto the river walk to the lift!

Fantastic Keystone Ski Vacation

We had a great experience in this rental. The location was perfect, very short walk to the gondola (less than 5 minutes) and then another minute from there to get to the restaurants and shops in the village. The ground level patio made the walk even more convenient. The unit is also just a few doors away from the heated pool and hot tubs. The lobby has a pool table, foosball table and some other games that we enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was in the unit was in good shape. We had one small issue that required some help and the rental company was easy to reach and took care of it quickly. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Horrible Room - Avoid this Hotel and Stay Elsewhere

The room and hotel were both very dirty and poorly maintained. The room had no where for storage, no hot water (hope you enjoy luke warm showers), was very noisey, and unclean. The same was true for the hotel itself. Very dirty (mold in the sauna), glass in the hot tub areas, etc. For what we paid for this hotel is was a disaster.

Had we known about these in unit issues during this guest stay we would have been happy to assist with these concerns, although nothing was ever reported to us until this review. For common area issues such as the dirtyness of the sauna and pool area, we will be sure to pass this along to the HOA as they manage thsoe, not us here at Summit County Mountain Retreats.

after staying at Red Hwak 0020 bldg

Generally good place to stay. closer to keystone gondola. However, few items request to correct.

1. shower handle is wobbly and H/C water keep changing
2. vanity faucet is broken
3. no place to put close. need 1-2 dressers
4. closet (house keeper keeps stuff in the bedroom) needs to organize all the stuff. it is hard to tell whether it is clean blankets or dirty blankets. Vaccum items should organize properly.
Microwave has broken light bulb and filter is haing outside as broken.

Stay at keystone

Overall our stay was good. The condo is in a great location but has zero storage. The closet is unusable as it is packed with extra bedding. There is zero drawers in the bedroom. The property when we booked also said there is a ski locker and the fact sheet in the room also stated there was a ski locker. When I asked for a locker key because there wasn’t one in the room like usual, I got a very matter of fact your condo doesn’t have a ski locker. I mentioned that the property was listed during booking with a ski locker I got no response. Very disappointing. We also were locked out of our condo because the deadbolt battery died and it took over an hour for maintenance to arrive. There is also no direct line for customer service and we had to leave a message to have someone call us back. My 4 year old who thought she was coming back to the condo for lunch ended up trying to take a nap on our coats in the hallway.
