This rental was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. We only had to buy groceries for the week - everything else was provided. This is in a great location and within walking distance to all the restaurants, ski lift and gondola ride. I would absolutely stay again!

Place was very clean.Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.There are some chipped dishes:bowels,cups,plates. Also new coffee maker would be great. Living room sofas are bit older(leather is peeling) but anyway still comfy. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly clean.Place is very nice,close to gondola,that was big plus for me and my family.Pool and hot tub was also great.I will definitely come back again and recommend condo to my friends.

Lovely neighborhood, loved walking to nearby shops and strolling around the area. Close to many outdoor activities, place was well furnished and well insulated, we never heard a noise from the neighbors upstairs.

The condo was more spacious than we expected, which was nice. The furnishings were in good shape as well as nice bedding. I didn’t like how expensive the house keeping service fee was. At that rate I’d expect them to be full service and not request us to run the dishwasher, take out trashes, and definitely have beds ready to sleep in upon arrival-we had to put sheets and comforters on both top bunk beds which is a pain. The space was quiet and set back from the village, in a gated community which felt safe. I’d stay again but would suggest finding a new cleaning company who didn’t add so much cost to the renter.

The condo had most everything we needed. Couldn't find any oven mitts or pot holders though ! Lots of room, big table. Great mattresses and linens. Would stay again ! We weren't there during ski season and for hiking, groceries, restaurants,its a bit out of the way.

A great rental! Super easy walk to the gondola, incredibly comfortable beds, and tons of storage. Having the attached garage and in-unit laundry was great. SMCR was super responsive to texts and helpful when we had one (very) minor issue. All in all, a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

The property was exactly as advertised. there is a ton of room for guests to sleep comfortably. It is a great location close to the lifts, rentals, food and entertainment. The only issue was that we were supposed to check in at 4:30, and we did that, then we went and ate for an hour, came back at 5:30 and the room was just then being cleaned. We had to wait in the car for 30 minutes while they finished cleaning.

Everything was great! Perfectly clean, very spacious yet warm and cozy, well equipped kitchen, awesome attached garage convenient for storing our bikes, gear (and car!), super quiet location, comfortable bed, cozy gas fireplace. The hooks & cubbies by the front door were appreciated for coats, hats, helmets, and misc. odds & ends. Great tubs for soaking after long mtn bike rides and trail runs. The condo is well maintained & cared for. The pool at Red Hawk is always refreshing. Would not have changed a thing. Thank you!

Loved how close the townhome was to the lifts and the access to the heated pool and hot tub. The unit was clean, spacious, homey and well-stocked. Would definitely stay there again. A bit strange that the doors (including the garage door) lock behind you so make sure to have your keys with you when stepping into the garage.

Rental confortably accommodated 6 adults in our annual Colorado get away.
Gondola and Riverrun was a short walk. Enjoyed the modern kitchen, marble counters, big gas stove. All fresh towels were replaced on 4th day. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. but our keys didn't work for the Red Hawk lounge. Rental could use a dish rack and $2.00 spatula. All else was perfect!

We loved this rental! It was very clean. It was also the perfect set up for us and our kids with the bunk bed room. We also appreciated how quiet it was, but still had the convenience of being able to walk to River Run. We would stay here again!

This rental was great for our family. Plenty of room for all of us and our gear. The location was very convenient to access the gondola and was a short walk to the village. Bed comfort was the best of any rental we have stayed at (although this is always subjective). The garage was tight for our SUV but it was nice to have. The system to reserve the pool with covid restrictions was easy to use - the app provided was very helpful while we were in town. Thanks to previous reviews we were aware of the awkwardness of not being able to access the garage without going through the front door. Since we took our keycard with us all the time it wasn't anything we couldn't handle, and we managed to never get locked out. Overall we would recommend this location to friends and would stay here again without a second thought.

We stay at Keystone every year and this by far was the best place. Perfect location, ground floor so the kids could run out the back door and be by the river in minutes for fishing and playing. Walk to the ski lifts even though they weren’t running when we were there. We love Summit County and Summit County Retreats.
