We have stayed in Seasons 1836 2-3 times previously and continue to enjoy it overall. Two issues however. First, we could not get either of the TVs to work after trying the "generic" instructions provided. We spent about an hour ourselves and then called Customer Service on Monday. Tuesday someone came to resolve the set up issues. Easy recommendation is to provide specific directions for this (and all units). So we were unable to use the TV for our first 2 days. Unacceptable and aggravating. Second, my wife called about 3:30 on Sunday, Feb 25th, our check in date knowing that the official check in time was 4:30. The person she spoke with said that early check in required a fee which we passed on. I called a few minutes later hoping to get a more reasonable response which I did without any questions asked. The person I spoke with took care of getting us in and gave us the access code. This is not a $ issue. This is a customer service (and poor at that) issue. It's reasonable that if we called ahead and wanted a GUARANTEED early check in that there would be an early check in fee. However, if the unit is ready, and as in our case, an hour early, good customer service and common sense, would allow early access since no extra effort is required. These type of no brainer issues will have us looking at other places when we vacation again next year. Unfortunately, these issues offset somewhat the other positives about this unit. On the plus side, the assigned parking directly in front of 1836 is fantastic.

The whole process was easy and the place was perfect for my wife and I. Would rent again. The 2 humidifiers were very important to us!

Awesome 1 BR with hot tub right across from condo, ski shuttle , quiet, walk to Lakeside Village, and had everything we needed and a comfy bed at a great early season rate ! We had a great stay . Check it out !!

I was highly impressed with the communication from Summit Mountain Retreats! The guidebook that was emailed to me prior to our stay was detailed with a surplus of information. I was able to figure out everything from how to check to grocery stores, things to do, restaurants & more! Once we arrived, everything was in order. The bed was comfortable & I loved all of the amenities in the kitchen. I loved how cozy the place felt & the walk out doors to the hiking trail right outside our patio! I would highly recommend The Seasons at Keystone #1836 & would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in the rental in Keystone. It was super clean, had everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook, the beds were comfy and it was wonderful having the 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The only thing would be that there were no overhead fans in the bedroom and it got really warm in there. I am not used to leaving windows open especially on ground floor but that is what we had to do. We propped a box fan on top of a suitcase to get some air into the place at night but we still got warm. An overhead fan would have been so much better. Other than that it was a great location, peaceful and comfortable.

This unit was perfect for us. It has a great location to biking trails, lake, and close to hot tub. The unit is roomy and very clean. It also has a well stocked kitchen. Don’t hesitate. This one is nice.

The condo was in a nice location and the room was clean. However, when we needed extra towels for the room the staff was rude in answering and we ended up not getting new towels using the same ones for our entire stay. Including using the same towel after using the hot tub which felt a bit gross. There was a washer and dryer in the room at least which we did utilize.

Perfect location to stay for ski vacations. Clean, cozy, quiet. Trails right out of the house.

Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful condo for our skiing/hiking getaway. The location was absolutely perfect for everything that we needed. Having the Silver Line pick up literally just outside our door made getting to Mountain House a cinch. And the HOT TUB!!!! Just across from the condo was so convenient and enjoyable.

Lovely unit, we ample space and light. This unit is the perfect couples getaway. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was a nice feature. The hot tub is located right across the parking lot and was a perfect spot to unwind. Though it is a first floor unit, we could not hear anyone else in the complex, very quite and easy to bring in your gear.

Very poor customer service, check in and check out times are odd, Management lacks of flexibility and consideration they Won’t allow to check in before 4:30 pm, we arrived town mid morning and contacted management to ask them if we could check in before 4:30pm since we were already there, they refused our request and told us that we needed to wait until 4:30pm which was uncomfortable because we waited several hours, same thing with checkout (10am) they wanted to charge extra $25 for a late checkout. Basically company policy seems to be take it or leave it regardless of customer satisfaction and their plans.

Thanks for your honest opinion, however our check-in and check-out policies are clearly listed prior to your arrival so that you can plan accordingly. There is no guarantee that we can accommodate an early check in if a guest is departing the same day that you are arriving, and similarly we cannot accommodate a late checkout if we have another guest checking in the same day that you are departing. This is standard industry policy and most short term rental companies in the area do not even offer the option for either an early check in or late check out. We always suggest for guests to plan accordingly well before they arrive to avoid any frustrations.
The condo was great, plenty of space, clean and awesome location. We only had two areas that were not great... the water pressure and not being able to get into the hot tub. We were issued the wrong keys and it took multiple follow up calls to get a new card and access to the hot tub the next day. We started the conversation at 3:30 pm and did not get a call back and the keys came the following day. (which we were skiing so as you know, we needed it! haha!)
