Very nice room, soft bed and pillow, ample towels, located close to everything. Near the elevator, very short walk to restaurants, 3 minute walk to the gondola. However, also located directly above the hot tubs, so we heard ALL the partying day and night. If you don't mind noise, or you stay up late, this is a great spot.

Great location within 5-minute walk to River Run Gondola. An older model condo located one floor above the courtyard where the hot tubs are located so be prepared to hear kids and adults in the area most of the afternoon into late evening. Kitchen has decent quality pots, but pans are old, scratched Teflon coated. (wouldn't recommend using).
Condo was clean and in good shape on arrival.
Not a lot of closet/storage space, however manageable for two people for one week. Ski lockers are conveniently located on the first floor.
Overall, the best feature is the proximity to the River Run Gondola and village shops and restaurants.

THe rental is very well situated just as the title says, "In The Heart of River Run". The unit was clean, missing a few things like a blanket for the extra bed and a couple of glasses, but other than that was well stocked too. On the last day, the power did go out, but was restored quickly and we were able to leave without incident. Overall it was a great trip!

We've stayed in a Silver Mill condo several times, and this one was not our best experience. The couches NEED to be replaced. They are worn out and uncomfortable to sit on (especially after a long day of skiing and snowboarding). The carpeting is torn and stained in several places and also needs an update.

We had an amazing weekend trip here and are so happy we booked this place! They were so communicative the whole time before and during our stay. We have stayed at Keystone several times in the last few years and have been very happy with every unit we have stayed in including this one - spacious yet cozy for 2 people. Unit was immaculate. We had beautiful courtyard views from our balcony with beautiful fall colored trees and mountains in the distance - 3 hot tubs within our courtyard area - so convenient! Only complaint: uncomfortable sofa!

One of my primary goals was to fish the snake River on the property; was devastated to find it was tainted and pretty much unfishable, due to silver mining run off, I found not one insect under any rock! This really should be disclosed so that potential guests are informed..,honestly, i was crushed, Colorado has always been a Mecca for fly fishing; waiting a year to visit, wife was going to hike why’ll I fished.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress if we are made aware of the issue. We will alert our staff of this complaint and investigate this further. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in the bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. Please keep in mind if your unit does not have a fan just let us know and we will have one delivered to you.
A beautiful place, plenty of space, king size bed, and a short walk to everything.

I stayed with my 14 y.o. daughter for a Thanksgiving ski race camp. The unit was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet and was just as advertised. It was an easy walk to the lifts and was centrally located with regards to the shops, etc. Since we had friends staying in the same building, the kids really enjoyed hanging out in the communal games area (hot tubs and other facilities were closed). The only comment I would make is that this unit needs a new pull-out couch. It was pretty worn out and wouldn't suit a single adult sleeping there, let alone two people sharing. My teenage daughter can sleep anywhere but even she found the pull-out tough going. The king bed on the other hand was great!

This condo had everything we wanted: well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, deck with some mountains in view and quiet surroundings (however, the hot tubs were below but not in service due to COVID - no problem for us). Disinfectant was provided if wanted but the place was spotless when we arrived. Staff and other guests used masks inside and out. This was late June and the Keystone ski base area was very quiet. Free underground parking was very convenient. For a couple this was a great few days of relaxing in the area.

Great stay for a family of three. Everything you'd expect from a comfy condo in Keystone. Only caution is of location, which is overlooking the hot tub. There was a group of excited kids one night at the hot tub, yelling and horseplaying. We went down about 10:15 and asked if they could keep it down since little one went to bed. They were super apologetic and were quiet afterwards.

Other than the couches being in need of replacement the stay was great. All the necessary things to serve a dinner were in the kitchen. You can only fit one luggage cart in the elevator at a time. Might consider a luggage cart that is half this size.

We were looking for a place to stay in Keystone for a wedding and this was the perfect place for two people. The building was great with wonderful amenities which we ended up using all of them. It was in walking distance from all of the wedding events. We were able to check in early which was much needed after a long morning of traveling to keystone. The rental company was quick to respond to requests and massages. The room itself was great. The furniture needs some updating but it was a wonderful kitchen area with everything you could think of needing. The bathroom was clean and well stocked for 5 day stay. The bedroom was clean and quaint. One of the fans did not work but we had two others that were provided. For the summer months, the building was quiet. The location had provided parking for one car in a secured garage which was nice. Overall we had a great experience and would come back again!

We had a great time in Summit County. The condo was in a good location to visit the other towns in Summit County, which we did.The condo was very nice for the price. I would suggest upgrading the couch, as the cushions were past their useful life expectancy. Other than that, no complaints. We would stay there again.

Overall, it's a lovely condo and conveniently located to the plaza BUT 1. Getting the keys to the unit was a pain. 2. On arrival, there was old coffee in the pot, a dirty washcloth over the shower curtain rod and the entire hem of the shower curtain is orange with mildew. 3. The bed needs better quality linens. I called the phone number listed on a tipping envelope left in the room to report the problems. A "Guest Portal" doesn't take the place of a human being on the property fixing problems and answering questions. Way too much emphasis on the Guest Portal.

We apologize for the missed housekeeping items. We will follow up with the team that cleaned this property to reinforce standards. We do offer a Guest Information Portal for convenience as many guests prefer to quickly access information on their own, but we also have a full staff 7 days a week during normal business hours and an emergency on-call staff person overnight. Our phone number is listed on our keycards as well as several other places. Guests are welcome to call, text or contact us through the portal, whatever is their preference!

Loved the place, definitely cozy. Just so you are aware, things in Summit County are mostly closed if you go in what they call "mud season", which is spring. We had such a great time, and the condo was clean and cute, but just be aware that you might have a harder time finding places to eat and things to do in the spring. We went to 4 restaurants that had signs on their doors saying "closed until summer".

I do wish the bed and couch were more comfortable because after a long day on the slopes I just wanted something comfy to snuggle on. We let my parents sleep in the bedroom while me and my husband slept in the pull out sofa.. and we slept terrible. Felt the bars in our backs all night. If we had stayed more than one night we would have been in some major pain, especially after skiing all day. But my parents slept great!

I've stayed in Silver Run before and it was exactly as I remembered. The unit also has a fan you can plug in and turn on for the people that like some white noise in the background while sleeping. Very thoughtful touch! Would definitely stay there again.

We visited late September when the fall leaves were at their peak. Since it was the off season for skiing, this was one of the best value places we found in all of the popular Colorado mountain towns and the photos provided are true to the real stay. Although not all of the restaurants in the village were open due to the off season there were still plenty to choose from and we enjoyed being within short walking distance to our meals. We would definitely return in the future.

This place had everything you could want and more. Great kitchen appliances and amenities, a nice bedroom with a very comfy bed, TV, and DVD player. A nice common area and dining table. The room was well kept and clean. Underground parking was nice and access to the resorts pools and hot tubs was nice too. Our family had a lot of fun exploring the Keystone resort and hiking around as well. Would definitely stay here again over the summer :)

Excellent accommodations! Easy check-in process. The condo was fully furnished and clean. Quiet during the summer. Nice location, 1 hr from Vail, 2 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park. Plenty of hiking, biking, and water sports in the area. Great scenic drives. Nice place for families and within easy distance of grocery store so you do not have to eat out as much. Highly recommend.

This suite was perfect for me, traveling alone to a wedding. It would also be great for a couple. It had all the amenities you could want on vacation. My humidifier didn't seem to do anything for me, though. There was no dial to adjust the levels. The only place to put it was on the floor and it just seemed to steam-over right around it and not up into the air to assist with my breathing at night due to the dryness of the altitude. I didn't think it'd be wise to put it on the table next to the bed and I knew I shouldn't put it on the table in front of the bed where all the electronics were. The instructions for parking in the garage would've been helpful to mention that once inside the garage to look for signs for the Silver Mill Elevator. Instead, the instructions said to "park anywhere". I ended up in a different building, very confused. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Nice condo but they need new bed pillows. The pillows are old and lumpy. They need more kitchen glasses and more variety (only one medium cocktail/juice glass). Coffee maker leaked so we went to Starbucks. TV location is not convenient for viewing from the loveseat. We really liked having the gas fireplace!

This condo was perfect! It was clean and cozy and had all of the amenities we needed, all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for every need, we even grilled steaks on the grill out by the hot tubs! The lobby had a fireplace and tv's, the area was nice for lounging in, eating at the high boy tables, or playing pool. We literally got our equipment out of the ski locker (each guest has their own) downstairs, went out the door and the Gondola was a very short walk....sooooo convenient! There are even wagons to take your gear in, when they're available (families with kids need them more) It was so nice to be able to walk to the Village in River Run, a few seconds and we were there, no waiting for buses. We will definitely stay here again on our next Keystone vacation!

Fantastic experience at the River Run condo. Easy walk to the Keystone slopes (and great access to A-basin, Breck, and Vail). Condo had everything we, as a couple, needed to cook at home, make lunches for the day, and relax at night. Bed was super comfortable. Three hot tubs were easily accessible downstairs. Fireplace was nice and warm, but has a timer (like a hot tub/sauna timer) that audibly clicks (annoying when watching a movie)... that was literally our only critique.

Comforter for the bed in the pull out sofa. They provided sheets and blankets but no comforter. Also a hook on back of bathroom door should be installed to hang clothing in bathroom. The shower curtain liner should be replaced or cleaned.

The rental was nice and well kept. It would be small for any more than two people. There isn't much space for luggage in the one bedroom, so we sprawled out in the living room. It has everything you need though.

My boyfriend and I spent 6 days in Silver Mill 8177. We came during the off-season so it was just gorgeous and autumn-esque the whole time. It snowed once- the apartment was absolutely stunning (and we got it for a great price! #offseason). The porch, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were all roomier than we expected. It was perfectly sized for two people, though you definitely could squeeze another two on the pullout couch if you wanted to. We probably spent a little bit more time in the apartment than people do when skiing, as we came back in between hikes and made a commitment to eating what we had bought from the grocery store. The gas fireplace was a really adorable touch, the porch had two lovely chairs (and what a view) and a little table for coffee, wine, or whatever you felt like drinking. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with towels, and even a few garbage bags, as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and salt and pepper. Beyond that, you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent, and any other spices you might need for cooking. The kitchen itself was also surprisingly well stocked- a variety of frying pans, saucepans, and roasting dishes. It was a lovely time! Also, Zuma is a really great restaurant, lots of delicious, seasonal dishes!

We are very familiar with Keystone and enjoy the Village. It is so quiet and peaceful.We stayed in the Silver Mill condos they had 3 private hot tubs and a awesome gas grill nearby and a full size pool table in the lounge area.Our 1 bedroom condo was nice nothing extravagant.photo is correct.Would stay there again.

This is a great place in the middle of Keystone. Easy to walk to the restaurants, shops, and the slopes (even though we came in the summer). Summer is a great time in Keystone and is a recommended getaway for summer outdoor activities and for quiet relaxation.
While the property was really great, it could be greater if the owners fixed a few details: The toaster needs to be replaced. It gets warm in the condo and the small, improperly working fan is not adequate for cooling. The sheets and bed were not super comfortable, but tolerable. The hand towels and wash cloths in the kitchen should be thrown out immediately. They are pretty gross. Some of the utensils were not clean when pulled out of the drawer. These are all really small details that make you go hmmm when staying here, but do not have a huge effect on the overall stay. It is still a great place and we enjoyed our time there.

The property was well maintained except for the fact that the carpet could probably use a deep clean. The TV signal was poor and we could have used some additional soap and toilet paper for a 10 day stay. Beyond that, we were very pleased!

We had an amazing trip. Place was clean, well maintained. We even accidentally demagnetized our card, and the rental place was able to get us back in our room within 15 minutes...great customer service!!
