We had a great stay. Would stay here again. A minor thing is need a couple more pots and pans and would be nice another dresser/shelves to be able to not live out of suitcase. Just suggestions to improve stay, not a deal breaker.

We rented this condo for a couple days and we were thrilled with the location and the cleanliness of the property! The check-in process is pretty easy as long as you read the guestbook and make sure you familiarize yourself with the instructions. However, finding the condo once you leave the check-in office was confusing. My GPS kept trying to make me turn on a road that didn't exist. Thankfully, when I called the office the staff was very friendly and navigated me to the parking garage. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our stay in this condo was a great experience. Property description was accurate and the property was clean and nice. Has plenty of kitchen items (plates, flatware, pots and pans). Could use a few more storage containers and maybe a pairing knife.
Property is in the best location with a very short walk to the gondola. Property management was great - text regarding updates and very responsive to our comments.
Only issue we had was only one of the hot tub had jets that worked. Hot tubs are nice but not very hot.
We would completely recommend this condo and would rent again next ski season!

Great location, but condo could use some updates and amenities. The spot just above the hot tub was very loud- sound reducing curtains would help. Also there was no full length mirror, a standard STR find. Kitchen amenities bare minimum (we provide spices cooking spray ect), We are also ski condo hosts in Keystone and Vermont). The dishwasher was installed at a weird angle and the door doesn't fully open making it hard to load. Also, there is NO place for clothes. No dressers (side table dressers couldn't fit a single pair of pants) and the ONE closet was filled to the brim with cleaning supplies, fans etc. We had to live out of our suitcases. Also, management was hard to reach, and while helpful not exactly friendly. I often had to leave voice mails. Also, the first day we arrived to find no blankets for the pull-out couch. I called management was told, "well you can come pick it up". Um, no, I just spent 12 hours traveling and got to my condo. Im not getting back in the car, I should have a blanket. My child slept with towels for a blanket and we were brought one the next day. Also the dead bolt on the door was broken and had to be fixed. We used to own a unit in Buffalo Lodge so we are familiar with the buildings. Lovely location, but needs updates (ie the carpet has a lot of stains). Lastly, while the king size bed is great, it doesnt fit in the room. My whole family was accidentally bashing our legs on the corner of the bed near the door, leaving bruises the whole trip.

The check-in was relatively easy even though it was off site. The property was small and would be tight for four people. The furniture was way to large for a small foot print including the huge fireplace. A few of the main outlets in the dining area were not functional and it was very cold inside the unit. The hallway was literally blowing ice cold air throughout the floor. Parking was simple and the walk to the gondola was perfect. The hottubs and sauna were fine but they were very busy and this was early season. Good luck getting in one during high season. The unit was fine. Everything I needed to make a dinner was there and I did not run into any issues. The key card system was a bit spotty and sometimes I would have to stand there for a mi use before it unlocked the doors. All in all it was what I expected for a budget type early season rental. Might be a bit of a different review if the rental fee was much higher.

We have stayed at Silver Mill before but never in the fall. It was peak leaf season and just beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It was just perfect for two. The parking as always is safe and plentiful. There were restaurants still open but the kitchen in the condo was great for making a meal on a chilly night. We were able to use the bike and walking paths as always. For two seniors the bath/shower was a little slippery but we purchased a non-slip bath mat and it was just great. Silver Mill is a great location in all seasons. We were particularly amazed to see a bear roaming through the village!

Trying to get a call back takes hours. I attempted to call them the day Of checkout starting at 8 a m. to tell them that I had to have oxygen while there and I had left message for oxygen company to pick it up (also don’t call back). Check out is at 10. Never heard back from either place with multiple calls. Oxygen company called said leave in hall we will pick up. When rental company did call back the gentleman was so rude and said u can’t leave that there. I said I’m gone. I’ve tried to contact you for two hours. I left oxygen in hall they will pick up. He said you can’t against POA. O one answered or returned my call before check out. He finally agreed to have house keeping take it to their office for oxygen company to pick up. NOT THE STRESS I needed since I had developed shingles while there. Zero help, compassion or professionalism. Did not care if I ever came back because someone else will rent anyway was basically what he said and his attitude. Never an apology or glad to help or any positive helpful comment. You guys need to hire different people or not ask for reviews.

The oxygen companies are not partners employed by SCMR but they are familiar with the rental process in Summit County and know they need to stop by our office to pick up a key.
Great location close to the lifts, clean and well appointed condo, easy process to rent.

This is our second time staying at River Run Village. It is a great location. Steps from thee slopes and plenty of options for meals. We would walk back to the condo for lunch and grab dinner out at one of the many restaurants.
