We had the best birthday getaway at this condo. I would say this condo can accommodate 4, if two are children. We had an additional adult come and stay two nights and it was tight, just with room for luggage and where to put the ottoman when using the sleeper sofa. I will say we loved the sleeper sofa and the ease to set up and put away. Convenience is huge here! So close to everything. The hot tubs fill up fast after a day of skiing, but that didn't affect our stay. The king bed was super comfortable, great water pressure, well stocked kitchen and clean. Overall we would totally stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. My daughter was upset that we were only staying one night. It was a little small for 4 people. But our kids are 10 and 7 and still pretty small. I was worried at first with hearing people in the hot tubs below (which my daughhter was yelling and waving hello to). But that cleared out after dark. It was nice to be walking distance to the shopes and restuarants. You are a also a short walk to the gondola. We only made breakfest here, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of parking and bell hops to get out bags in and out of the condo. It took us a minute to find the parking garage!

Unit is nicely furnished with lots of drawer space. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen amply supplied. Very clean unit. Easy walk to the gondola. A big negative was the working condition of the hot tubs on property. There are three and rarely was even one of the three working properly. Either jets were not functional or the temperature was tepid. We were very disappointed this time as we have not had this issue in the past. Would have rated this property higher if hot tubs were in working condition. Also, the common areas are a little worn. For example, the pool sticks had no tips and balls had chips in them!

A perfect place to stay. Easy walking distance to slopes and restaurants. Check in and out were easy and the condo was very clean and just as described. Would definitely stay again!

Great location in River Run and spotless. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics. Only complaint is the hot tub is directly below your deck so you’ll hear every conversation when the windows are open.

This was a great place for a long weekend ski trip with my 16-year-old daughter. Access to the mountain couldn't have been easier, with a short walk to the gondola and Summit Express and a ski locker on the ground floor of the building. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. The hideaway bed was even surprisingly comfortable. Also great communication from property management, plus easy check-in and check-out.

We loved our stay in room #8223 at the Silvermill Lodge! It was the perfect get away that we needed! We boarded for three days, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed Keystone overall.

We loved the condo. Disappointed most the shops and restaurants were closed. Including the gondola being closed. Our fireplace wouldn’t light.
Hot tub users were a bit loud as well.
Loved the beautiful greenery and the weather.

Unfortunately, in between the summer and winter months a lot of the local shops and dining options are closed due to the decrease in tourism this time of year. We are so sorry about the fireplace, had our staff been made aware of this we would have addressed this immediately. The building is managed by an individual home owners association and they take quiet hours very seriously. Should guests experience any noise concerns please contact our staff right away so that we can alert resort security. We are sorry this guest experienced issues. We provide 24/7 services. When things are less than perfect, we try very hard to solve issues quickly.
Everything was great. I must say that the bed was really good. We have enjoyed our time in this condo.

This mountainside unit overlooks the hot tubs in the .silver Mill building at River Run. It is beautifully decorated and provided everything needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. even though the listing said only a “starter” supply. We liked the underground parking, especially to house our bicycles. Zuma, Pasta House and Kickapoo Tavern were good choices for dinner. The location in Keystone is about five miles from the crowds in Dillon/silverthorne.

The location was perfect! The condo had a very well stocked kitchen with just about everything you should need to make just about any type of meal. No issues at all during our stay and I would certainly consider booking this property again for my future stays in Keystone.

This was such a great condo! Quite, quaint, clean, and peaceful. A nice location to restaurants. An easy walk to the gondola or another minute to the chair lift. This really was a perfect place for a couple or a small family. A couple things, the fireplace. You have to turn a dial on the side. Once on it stays on only for an hour. Kind of a bummer. Also it wouldn't turn on right away it took over 30 minutes. The thermostat is very strange. I wasn't quite sure what the temperature was in the condo. It was either very hot or cold. Those are my only 2 minor complaints.One last thing this condo smelled LOVELY.
