While the mattresses are subpar and there is a constant rattling exhaust fan- type noise heard throughout the property, it is a lovely place. Tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed, but clean towels and sheets. Very hot inside without AC, but windows can be opened for air flow.
Perfect location to Ketstone resort and to hiking spots. Love the EV charger for my Leaf.

We had a great stay at this location! It is in one of the best neighborhoods in Keystone - very quiet and peaceful but just a short 10-min walk over to all the activity in River Run. I loved the direct entry access and not needing to stop and get a key. The condo was clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay.

The actual place was pretty much as advertised and met our needs. The text directions skipped an entire street (Independence) which cost us about 20 minutes of extra time trying to find the condo. There was a blanket stored in a coffee table that after starting to use it we discovered a used bandage from previous guests. Finally the king bedroom shower had no hot water.

Overall the property was disappointing. I expected better.
A brief rundown of the positives and negatives.

The positives:
There is more than enough room and the fireplace is really nice.

Each upstairs bathroom has a en suite, and the half bath downstairs is an awesome extra for families.

If you have a small enough car (i.e sedan or smaller), you can actually use the garage too.

The negatives:
There is a camera at the front door. If it was ever disclosed, I missed it. But I significantly dislike staying at properties that feel the need to monitor your coming and goings. If I had known that ahead of time, I wouldn’t have stayed here. It’s creepy and unsettling.

They don’t take cleaning seriously. Toenails and kids toys under the bed, sunflower seeds in and under couch, dishes that hadn’t been washed (but we’re just put away dirty), clothes covered in dust on the floor behind furniture, etc. It seemed as though there was an “ick” factor every time we turned.

The furniture is cheap, too. The table and couch are decent, but the living room chairs are unusable and the guest bedroom mattresses were pretty bad.

The coffee pot is *the* worst. If you do stay here and want coffee, bring your own!!

Location is by a bus stop and the community dumpster.

A additional note on customer service:
I was a little irked that they wanted photos for proof of what was dirty. When I initially notified them, I assumed the immediate response would be “let’s fix that right away”, not “send me pictures”. They did eventually offer to send a cleaning crew, but it was too little too late. We went and bought our own cleaning stuff.

All in all, we won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. I might give it another try if they figure out how to clean properly and invest in better fu

Loved the townhome and shuttle was super easy to get to Base of mountain. Unit was clean and perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked which is a huge benefit since we cook all our meals.

The place was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. The location is super close to Keystone resort, and hiking trails. The car charger was perfect for my Leaf. The only thing we didn’t like was the king size bed mattress because it was so soft.

Doesn't get any better than this if you are going to Keystone. Lots of sunlight, mountain views, and a 3 minute ride to the mountain. Living and sleeping spaces are well maintained and updated with TV's throughout when you want to wind down. Digital Guestbook provided gives you all the info you need and more, plus discounts! Shuttle service is super convenient.

This condo pleasantly surprised us. It's not a typical Summit Co. condo built in '80's. It's new and very well kept. It feels more like separate house than a condo (your own entrance, patio, garage etc.)
Management company was on point with timely communication and very responsive to few questions we had.
Highly recommended!

Good rental in Ski Tip. Unit was a bit smaller than expected but good for 3 people to easily move around. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and I appreciated the extra trash bags, laundry detergent and paper towels. Carpet was stained family room furniture was a bit uncomfortable - it would have been nice to have 2 couches so everyone could spread out. Location to shuttle was awesome and we never drove to the slopes. As mentioned previously, garage is very small so I doubt a full size SUV would fit.

Great spacious rental, lots of space, loved the hot tub close by! So close to Keystone, we have a big SUV so opted to park out rather than trying to squeeze in the garage. Great ‘hot room’ under stairs - contains heating unit - for drying damp boots & gloves!

Had read other reviews so knew to take basic essentials (oil spray, condiments etc) for cooking. We’re used to staying in Airbnb style accommodation where they are usually provided. That said, it honestly didn’t matter!

Would definitely stay here again!

Despite the 5 hour power outage we experience just as we stepped inside the condo we had a great time. This condo was beautiful and well decorated. The lifts and or bus route was just outside our door. Snow removal was kept up and lighting was good. The grand kids enjoyed the rooms and layout of the condo. It was nice to have updated Apps on the smart TVs. We will definitely come again. Restaurants in the area were very good. Pizza 101. Sunrise cafe etc.

We loved staying in this property. The views from the living room, with the fireplace on, were cozy and relaxing. I could definitely live here! That said, we were disappointed to find barely any kitchen staples. The pots, pans, and utensils were good (with the exception of needing a new non-stick pan); however, there was only salt, pepper, sugar packets, motel-style packaged coffee, and that's it! No cooking oil, no spices, no leftover anything like you often find in airbnbs. So shop accordingly. We had difficulty finding the hot tub -- the directions were confusing and we did not get a reply back to our text for help. One last thing that might be a "me" issue -- the mattresses in the twin bedroom were too soft! Given all that, I would still choose to stay here again. It is as nice as the pictures suggest.

Ski Tip 8715 had everything we needed! We loved the rustic feel it had and appreciated all the amenities! Management was prompt in fixing the loose keypad on the entry door after we reported it. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness b/c I found some cobwebs hanging from a ceiling vent and a few crumbs on a coffee table, otherwise everything else was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again and are considering a family ski vacation here!

Nice quiet Get-A-Way, very clean and great area. We really enjoyed the soft King Bed, watching TV in the morning in no hurry to get up. We cooked all our own meals and even grilled. We work long hours so to get away for a break here was awesome. Summit County Retreats was very good to deal with when we had a problem with the garage door. They responded and cared. Thank you!

This is our first time staying at ski tip and we loved it! The unit was great and had a wonderful homey feel. My only two complaints are that we weren't aware that we would have to go to Dakota lodge to use the pool, and that the master bath shower head needs to be replaced. Other than that, we would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had a great time in our ski tips townhome! The beds were super soft which is what we are used to at home and made the nights after a long day on the mountain very peaceful. Though the community hot tub was closed because of covid, the master bath had a tub with jets that was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Humidifiers were available for each room of the house to help us adjust to the elevation coming from Florida and the unit was a short 3 minute drive to keystone slopes, 10 minute drive to keystone, 30 minute drive to Breck, and 45 min drive to vail putting us in the heart of the action for a week of exploring! Kitchen was well supplied with kitchen ware for cooking just about anything, and code entry made for conveniant access. Highly recommended, cant wait to book our return next season!

We stayed at Ski Tip #8715 over Christmas. We've been to Keystone many times and have stayed at various locations. We liked being on this end of Keystone - seemed a little quieter. We enjoyed our stay and had no real complaints. To be clear, you do still have to take a bus or drive to one of the lots. It's close to River Run, but not that close. Due to COVID, we drove everyday and most of the time parked in the pay Hunki Dori lot. Highly recommend paying for that lot if you have little kids - you're steps from the gondola. If you're good with the bus, there is a stop very close - you can see it out the window. The condo itself has a great set up for a family of four. Nice that the kids have their own bathroom in the room. Was very clean at check in and all the furniture, etc is in good shape. We liked the back patio - was fun for the kids to play in the snow where we could still see them. A small added bonus is that the condo is close to the community trash dumpster. Nice to have it close when bringing trash out in the cold. Another nice bonus is that there is a walking/hiking path not far down Independence Road that follows the Snake River.
We had fun walking on that on non-ski days. A couple minor downsides: (1) while it's fantastic to have a garage, this one is very tight for a full size SUV. We parked an Escalade in there everyday, but one of us had to get out to direct to make sure we didn't hit the garage door frame. Not a deal killer by any means - just be aware. The second very minor downside is that the kitchen could be a little better stocked with equipment. For example, there is no K-Cup maker which seems kind of standard these days. Also, there were two can openers, but neither worked. Again, none of this should stop you from staying here. The condo worked perfectly for our week long stay. One last thing, I left a special pillow in the condo. We called SCMR and they found it and shipped it home to me. Great customer servic

What a fantastic stay! We came to keystone for 5 nights in mid August. The place was immaculately clean and so spacious. Rooms and beds were all very comfortable. We also really enjoyed heading right out the door for several different walks, including through some nice small neighborhoods. If ever in the area again we would definitely want to stay here.

The condo was in a very quiet neighborhood right near Keystone resort. Check in was very easy. The condo has everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I can’t think of anything we needed that it did not have. It was in the perfect location to try out different ski/tubing areas. We would definitely recommend to others visiting.

Loved this town home! Great amount of space and very homey/cozy. We stayed during the month of January and had such a great time. It snowed quite a bit while we were there, and they were pretty prompt about keeping the roads cleared out. About a 2 minute drive to skiing, restaurants and other activities.
