Overall great stay, good property, great location, and enough thoughtfulness to make it very enjoyable. Room for some improvement - would stay here again.
Some attention needed to details on maintenance, and the oversized bedframes in the small bedrooms made maneuvering tight. The multiple electronic boxes taking up the precious, little counter/shelf space is an obvious fix, so is attaching the dishwasher to the cabinet frame.
Overall a great stay and good property. SCMR consistently does a great job and communicates really well. Thanks!

The condo is spacious , well maintained, bright, welcoming with great views from the windows of the surrounding river and mountains. Its got everything you need for a comfortable stay. Internet is very fast and worked great . The ski locker facility in the basement that was literally steps away from the slopes was just fantastic. Overall we were very impressed by the professional management. They were very good at communicating and were always available on text for any questions. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

During this guest stay the HOA was upgrading the boiler which is now complete as well as finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Stayed in July. The area is beautiful and the views were amazing. Right next to the Snake River, which could be seen from the windows. Condo is super clean.
I selected the "2 bedroom condo" as we are a family of 5. In reality, it is a 1 bedroom condo with a loft. It has two queen-sized beds (one in the bedroom, and one in the loft), and a queen-size air mattress. This wasn't clear in the listing and based on the info provided when we booked the rental, we were expecting a third bed. Putting the queen-sized air mattress in the loft was really tight and only left 6 inches of space to walk around it. The only other place it could be used would be in the kitchen area.
"Check-in" is picking up an envelope from a locker - not actually talking to someone, so be sure to thoroughly read the e-booklet that you receive via email.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Just wanted to clarify for others about the bed situation.

This property does have the second bed in a loft that is clearly stated in our description of the property as well as guest do pick up their cards from a lock box, but our office is right up stairs as well as we are reachable by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
The condo is right near the lift. It was as advertised in the pictures. The building is non-descript, but it's fine as a place to sleep after a day of skiing. Note there's only free/covered parking for one car (which is how it was described, but I missed it).

Enjoyed our stay, was nice to come back after a day of running around and sit in the hot tub. The place was nice and clean, add bonus that it had a a kitchen, didn’t have to eat out every night and had a pace to put left overs. Only thing was the bedrooms were very tight, would suggest rearranging the beds in the room for more walking space. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

Overall the location of this rental is excellent. Very close to the Mountain House area. The condo was updated and the updates were nice. It could use a good deep cleaning though. On the surface it was clean but there was dust caked on the fan and some furniture. The shower needed a good cleaning as well. The building is quite a bit older and in need of updates as well and in need of cleaning. Overall it was fine for a few days due to the location and updates they had made. The property management did a great job with communication.

Great location and facilities. We had 5 family members staying so we had to double up and use the cot which was really a roll away bed like you’d find in a hotel. The couch did not fold out but it was a nice leather sofa. The ski lift was very close and convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, the condo worked well for us in relation to proximity to the Mountain House runs while we were skiing in Keystone.
Pros: The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and having a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave was nice. All of the TV's had streaming capabilities. The climate control was perfect, we stayed comfy regardless of the time of day/night. The shower was spacious, with two shower heads. Having access to underground parking was fantastic, especially when we awoke to 3" of snow one morning. The mattress in the loft was very comfortable.
Cons: Note that the coffee supplied is only enough for your first night, so bring more with you. The couch seriously needs to be replaced; the seat cushions are so broken down it's not comfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The mattress in the bedroom is very soft and is almost at the end of its life. The bedroom worked, but was very small...we had to move the bedside table to the closet so we could close the door. The table/chairs in the "dining" are accommodates 6-8 people, but you have to squeeze in and out, as it's tucked in to an alcove with no room to move the benches out.
The Property: It seems that Slopeside is an older property, or it's seen a rough life so far. The floor is plywood, and feels weak as you walk through the hallway. The building maintenance team doesn't pay enough towels at the hot tub, but there were piles of towels in the hallway. (This is not the fault of the property management company that manages this rental, just to be clear!)
Once you reach the condo, it's nicely decorated and doesn't match the hallway you walk through to get to it. I would recommend this, if you just need two beds and a shower near the ski lifts. If you want a place to hang out and spend time, it may not be the most comfortable fit.

The property was as described. The view was truly amazing. Check-in and check-out were relatively smooth if you read the instructions well! Very reasonable with all their available amenities. A good ski in-ski out. I had a few lights out when I first moved in but customer service was quick and professional to address the issues. I would stay again! Thanks

Our stay at slope 2772 was flawless; the unit was what we got offered and more. I was pleasantly surprised of the snake creek view from any window of the condo. The location was perfect for us ; right next to the condo was the creek and the bike trails : we visit during summer so our activities were fishing ; hiking and biking. Also you can walk to keystone town from any of the paths. The beds were very comfy; the condo was fully stuck with everything we needed ; the shower was delightful . Lots of parking lot spaces. And SCMR was very helpful and responsive to every inquire .

We have visited Keystone many times in the past. The condo was great, only downfall was not enough comfortable seating in great room to watch tv and hang out.

Very nice condo! The building was right by the Peru lift and ski school so super convenient for our family. The layout was a little sketchy for little kids given the high loft (stairs) but we knew that when we picked it. I would definitely stay here again but maybe find a single level instead. This space would be perfect for two couples! It's a really nice place at a good price.

Slopeside #2772 was everything my family and I could have wanted out of a condominium. Very close proximity to Mountain House and several different bus routes made it so easy to get around Keystone. We loved being able to ski almost right up to the front door. The hot tubs were perfect and private and the best way to end a day on the slopes. The condo itself was quite small but cozy. If you don't mind being in close quarters with family then you'll still enjoy yourself. Large windows throughout the entire condo give you an almost 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains. If I had to come up with one down side it would be that the beds were too hard for our liking. Other than that, it was bliss in the mountains.

Me and my husband and 2 friends loved this place. The setup was perfect, bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools, plus salt & pepper. The double headed shower was a fun experience. The vest was the hot tubs, took us a little bit to find them and figure out how to operate, since there weren’t any lights for us to see. But they had towels and heated mats. The area was nice and quiet with lots of wildlife. We saw a moose, fox, and a beaver crawling up stream. It was a nice relaxing stay.

Only issue we had was the 2 out of 3 keys did not work, and no we did not put them next to cell phone or credit cards. I noticed other guests were having same issue with their rooms. Just a hassle to have to go back to office and exchange them.

Condo was as described. No major issues at all. Check in was easy. Parking was easy and out of the snow. Very short walk to the lifts and kids ski school.
Only issues I'd be aware of are relatively soon lighting in living area at night and stairs to upstairs lift which could be an issue for people with mobility issues.
Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Unit was perfect for our family of four. Clean, well stocked, and exactly as pictured. This building is so close to the lifts. We were able to walk the kids to ski school in the morning and return home to have a second cup of coffee. It was easy to come back throughout t the day for a lunch or snack break and then head back out. The unit has lots of hooks for ski clothing and use of a ski locker downstairs. Underground parking was convenient. Very satisfied with our stay and would rent this unit again.

Nice top floor condo with great views, lots of towels. Not a lot going on in Keystone this time of year, but the air bnb was nice and clean. One of the keys didn't work but luckily there were two extra. Sad to be kicked out of the hot tub promptly at 10pm. Other than that it was a good stay.

So, the property management company did not respond to me when I asked for more towels in the home. They literally sent me a text asking if I needed anything, and when I responded, I got nothing back. We are a family of 4 and we had another adult come along. So, we were 3 adults and 2 kids. They said there would be an "abundance" of hotel towels, and there were only 3. The TP was terrible, so we bought our own. Amenities listed "hotel" shampoo/conditioner/soap and none of that was there either.
The home itself was nice, the views from all of the windows were breathtaking. At one point, our oldest son said, "I keep looking at the window and thinking it's a painting."

I was in Keystone to attend a conference. This unit was clean, with brand new kitchen and bathroom. Both sleeping areas were clean with comfortable beds although small (but who is spending time indoors in Keystone). Beautiful views from the large windows throughout. It turned out to be a 15-20 minute walk to the conference center, but that was fine with us since the weather was nice. I can only imagine that this would be perfect for skiing in the winter since it is (as the name suggests) right on the slope side.

We booked the condo for 4 days over Christmas. The booking process and check-in was absolutely flawless. The condo was fantastic - well equipped and exactly as described. The covered parking garage was a godsend as we had a lot of snow. We would definitely reccomrnd - the whole experience was perfect!

Our family absolutely loved our time at Keystone and a big part of it had to do with our lovely condo at Slopeside. We came during the early session (few days before Thanksgiving) with our young beginner-level children intending to take advantage of the proximity to Mountain House ski lessons/bunny slopes. Unfortunately there was not enough snow to open Mountain House in time for our trip so we were a little disappointed that the mountain would not be so convenient for breaks/meals etc however the shuttle service was very easy and quick so in the end everything worked out just fine. We made several simple meals in the condo and it was great to be able to save money and eat comfortably at "home" instead of going to restaurants with little ones. The kitchen and bathroom must have been recently updated. Just beautiful. Gave me inspiration for our own bathroom remodel. Loved the double shower heads! The kitchen was small but functional with a little stove and dishwasher. There was everything you could possibly need to prepare a nice meal. The views from the unit were lovely. And we made use of all the amenities, like the hot tubs in the evening, laundry room, ski lockers, and garage. Communication by the management company was very helpful and well organized in advance of our stay with recommendations for restaurants, what to bring, etc. Thank you for sharing your awesome condo with us would very happily come back again in the future!

We had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower was wonderful. The only thing better would have been a balcony. And there was no toilet paper upon arriving. Hot tub and parking garage were a plus.
