This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful mountain and treed views. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow lots of natural light in the living area. Other features include a private laundry and a deck and a balcony. You're a very short walk from nearby shops and restaurants, just 3 minutes from Mountain House Base Area, and only one shuttle stop from the ski slopes. Soda Springs offers shared amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub.

From the entryway, head upstairs to the living area. It features vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and large windows with beautiful views. There's a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. Please note, firewood is not provided by the homeowner. The queen-sized sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The private balcony is just off the living area where you can enjoy the surrounding mountain town views!

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors have been recently installed in the dining area as well. The first of two bathrooms has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedrooms, the deck, and the laundry area are on the lower level. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to the deck. There's also a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the deck. It has spectacular views, seating, and extra firewood.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Great Place for family getaway

Very nice 2 story condo. The two bedrooms on the main level worked great for our kids to have a bedroom to themselves. Upstairs with the kitchen, dining, and living room was very cozy and the outdoor balcony always had hummingbirds to watch while relaxing or grilling.

Anniversary Getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen for plates, silverware, pots and pans. We loved sitting out on the upper deck. It's like being in a tree house.

Great Place to Call our Home away from Home

The Condo rental at Soda Springs 1907 was just as it was described on the listing. The property is very nicely updated with modern appliances and a nice layout.
The kitchen was probably one of the most complete kitchens as far as having all the things you hate to buy at the grocery store because you just need a little bit of them- IE a great spice rack, all the pots and pans and bowls you could need, coffee pot and coffee, etc. We really enjoyed being able to be cooking in the kitchen and being able to see in to the living room from the elevated view.
The bedrooms have very comfortable bedding and were very roomy. The position of the condo was very quiet and felt very cabin like overlooking below to the swimming pool.
Check in was very simple and the vacation rental management company was very responsive to my inquiries.
I would definitely stay in this condo again the next time we visit Keystone and Summit County!

Excellent townhome

Perfect for our group of 4 adults that all needed their own bed. The hot water did run out at one point but after that we staggered showers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cooked several meals. Plenty of room to relax. Especially appreciated all the places to hang ski gear to dry. Obviously an perfect location for Keystone. As others have stated there are a lot of stairs. Bedrooms & Bathroom are on 1st floor, living dining and kitchen on the second floor so up and down frequently. This was not an issue for us but be forewarned.

Great Base Camp

The boys and I enjoyed our stay! The shuttle isn't too far from the door, and the pool/hot tub is right down the steps.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the layout of this condo - my family of six was able to spread out and we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to shuttle stop and just a few min ride to Mtn House base.

Trip with granddaughters.

Great place at a great price. Enjoyed the surrounding area and ventured out to other places in Colorado such as Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Place had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised.

Comfortable stay in a quiet condo

We were thrilled with our stay in this Keystone condo. The layout was plenty spacious for our group of 4, with room for many more. It was a short walk to the pool/hot tub, and a longer walk into the main resort area. We enjoyed the view from the deck. Our only minor complaints were some of the dishes needed to be re-cleaned and the house did not have laundry detergent (that we could find) for the in-unit washer. Otherwise, we would recommend!

Mountain Time

We had a wonderful time at Soda Springs 1907! The views were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The unit was clean and comfortable and the decks were a great place to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Soda Springs #1907 by Keystone Resort

The property has a great layout and was well stocked. We had an issue with parking. Only one pass was provided for a group of 8 which included 5 adults in separate cars. The property mananagement could not really help with this and they do not provide and parking passes in town at the Mountains. You are on your own and this does take up precious time in a short trip. The master bedroom had inadequate heating for the zone. They did come over to look at it and brought a space heater. The master smelled like cigeratte smoke and the bathroom area had some odor. There was cleaning supplies under the sink so used that to clean a little more. I do want to say the location to Keystone was fantastic and our group had a wonderful stay. The size and layout of the unit makes it very comfy.

Perfect Getaway!

Great Getaway!!

Very positive experience with this place - this place fit 4 adults and 3 children very comfortably. The kitchen/living room at the top of the stairs was a little inconvenient, but overall a non-issue for our 4 & 6 year old to climb up and down.

Beautiful

We didn’t expect to have such a long ways to unload. The stairs from parking lot were steep and hard with luggage. The kitchen is up another two flights so groceries were exhausting.

The management company fixed the hall heater, with out it the place just can’t warm up because of all the open space and windows.

This was a perfect location for early snow training and great price, which makes up for the hike!!

Great place

Great location, loved the VIEWS, decking, beds. We did run out of firewood and couldn't get anyone to deliver more which was a bummer. Overall a great place to stay

Very Enjoyable!!

This was a great place. We stay in Keystone first weekend of December every year, and of all the places we’ve stayed at, this one definitely had the best stocked kitchen! Wood-burning fireplace was a favorite, view from the upper deck was beautiful, and kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!
