Stayed a week just after Keystone closed for the season. Keystone of course was dead (no shops or restaurants open) but still a good base for visiting other resorts. Price was very good. Apartment and facilities generally quite good without being exceptional.

Beautiful space, clean and everything we could need. However, disappointed with with all the construction and not being able to walk to the gondola like we had hoped and done in the past. Also, biggest issue, check in at 4:30! Really? And check out at 10:00 am! Really? Not even 18 hours in the lodging but you pay almost 300.00$ for less than 18 hours! Unless you're short staffed I don't understand how it can take all day to clean a small space since we weren't there long enough to mess it up AND your rules of taking the trash out, washing the dishes, again, leaves not much for anyone to clean up after! We are just a couple, no kids, no pets and are neat, tidy people so felt this was a bit much and again especially with the construction right outside our window so no sleeping in even a little.

Great location, short walk to gondola and river run. Outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and a bonus was the steam room. King size bed in main room slept 3 comfortably, the Queen pull out slept 2. Tried the pull out couch, but like most not very comfortable. Having a second bathroom was great for showers after skiing/pool. Movie room was run down, but was fine watching movie in our condo. Pool table also little old, but worked for the kids to play.

As we prefer to walk to the River Run Gondola, we always stay at either Red Hawk or The Springs and rent with Summit County Mountain Retreats. The underground parking is great and allows us to ski the arrival and departure days. We were not aware that a new large construction project blocked the direct walk to the Gondola and River Run Village making the access longer and more difficult.
The only downside to #8830 is there is no dining table or chairs. The condo is set up to sleep 4 in the living area which doesn't allow space for dining other than at the breakfast bar or couch.

The unit is a great location, great for a couple and or a family. the pool and hot tub as well as the other amenities are great. The usual short walk to River run had a slightly longer walk due to the construction of a new building between the springs and the Gondola. Great experience!!

Overall a very pleasant stay in Springs 8830 for our family of five. Laundry across the hall was very convenient as was the proximity to the gondola. Unit a bit small for 5, but our girls are young so they made the murphy bed and sofa work. Very clean and management was very attentive. Feedback relayed to mgmt - could use more hooks and hangers (in closet) for hanging ski clothes/clothes; dishwasher in need of repair - there was somebody there working on it when we checked out. Dinner seating is a bit limited, but we made it work. As for Springs - adults tended to take over the 'family' hot tub as the evening wore on. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Family of 3 including an 8 yo child coming to hang out with friends in the unit next door and ski for the long weekend. Loved the Murphy bed to maximize space, nice floors great for ski life. Loved having ski lockers and mountain access right out the door- 50 yd walk to gondola. Not a ton of storage but can tell owners made effort to maximize what they could, except for main closet that contained a lot of stuff that couldve/shouldve been in the other locked closet rather than take up the precious closet space. Also only contained 4 hangers, so despite hanging space, unless you brought your own hangers, that was essentially wasted space. Decently equipped kitchen, many of the top bowls and plates dirty requiring rewashing prior to use. Could hear noise from very early morning trucks/plows on nearby gravel road on daily basis, but if sleeping soundly, hopefully not a big deal for most.

The unit is very clean. The bedroom has a king bed and it’s a little tight to get around but it’s very comfortable. My daughter used the Murphy bed and had no complaints. Everything was in good shape and we had plenty of towels. The unit is on the second floor and the balcony faces a small wooded area with paths for walking. The pool area is very small for such a large complex but it’s very nice. Only complaint was the slow elevators.

Awesome place. We loved it. A very spacious one bedroom place and you are right on the mountain. It would be nice if the property management company provided robes for the pool/hot tub. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The upgrades are very nice (floors, countertops, etc), and the beds are comfortable (even the sleeper sofa is better than most). My only complaint is the kitchen seating. The barstools are too tall and there are only 3. If you had 6 people, there wouldn't be enough room to eat. 4 appropriate sized stools are a must.

The accommodations were amazing, very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The staff is very professional and provided clear instructions for checking in which made it very easy for us and were on call should you need anything. The Springs is a great complex: great amenities and unbeatable convenience to the slopes. Summit Mountain County Retreats made checking/checkout super easy. The room was very clean. We appreciated the abundance of towels, soaps, humidifiers, etc. Although we didn’t use the heated pool, it looked amazing. They are a very thoughtful management company and I would highly recommend them.

We had a great stay at this property. The management company was great with communication and allowing us to check in about an hour early.
The property location is great. An easy, quick walk to the gondola. The resort shops are also easily and quickly accessed via the bridge just outside the pool gate. Speaking of the pool...the slope-side hot tub(s) are always welcomed after a day of riding and the pool was warmer than expected.
The condo unit had everything we needed and the 2 bathroom, 1 bedroom (with ability to sleep more) worked out perfectly. Also, the laundry room was directly across the hall.
There are a couple things that could be improved upon with the unit, but in no way would they eliminate this property from future consideration.
Overall...great stay!

For our second consecutive year we used Summit County Mountain Retreats to book our Keystone stay. We stayed in Red Hawk last year and booked the Springs this year to shave a few more steps off the walk to the Gondola with 4 young kids. SCMR provides a priceless app that provides so much information and answers to all the questions you could think of before your trip. We utilized the Local Discounts at Mountain View Sports for the second year in a row as well and had another great experience with them too. One of our keys wasn’t working and I emailed SCMR while on the slopes and had a new one delivered by the time we returned to our room. This particular unit is a little snug on fitting all the luggage that comes with a family of 6 but has nice white linens and all the necessities you need to cook all your meals and a bunch of board games/cards for the kiddos to play while relaxing at night

A perfect place to stay for a weekend or more ski trip. The underground gauge was very nice to keep the car out of the elements. The unit itself was perfect for a couple with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The unit came with everything we needed for our weekend. We cooked breakfast every morning and then walked the 100 meter to the ski lift. A perfect place for a ski trip we will be back.

The Springs was perfect. The location was at the base of the gondola and a very short walk to River Run Village. The Snake River runs right next to it and we even had a moose meander down from the mountain next to the pool area. The pool area was smaller but lovely. The room was excellent and the one bedroom had plenty of room for the four of us.
Keystone is stunning and there are plenty of activities onsite and close by. Everything from the booking to leaving was perfect. We would absolutely book at The Springs and through Summit County again. Excellent!

Love The Springs building. great location close to the village, but not so close that it's loud. Pool is wonderful; so much better than the other condos we have stayed in. Loved having a murphy bed in the condo; much easier and more comfortable than pull out couches. Patio is nice and faces tress, which is great. Really liked the unit for the most part; Just wished the couch was more comfortable and in general there isn't much storage for clothes, no bathroom drawers, and not any extra kitchen space if you bring any of your own food. Other than those small things, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

A wonderful place to stay when you're in Keystone.
Steps away from the gondola (there was a fun music event and HH the weekend we were there) and steps away from Keystone (where there was also a festival). The kids loved the heated pool and the adults loved the hot tubs. Clean space, comfortable accommodations.

Springs #8830 one bedroom condo is exactly as described on the website. The condo was clean, well maintained, very quiet and came with all essential supplies for a great stay. The heated underground parking was great and the ski lockers were very convenient. The kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs. The condo is an extremely short walk to the gondola/ticket booths/ski school/River Run Village. The WiFi was excellent and the murphy bed was easy to use. My only complaint about #8830 is that the mattress on the king bed is worn out, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. I would absolutely recommend this unit to a friend.

Great Condo. Plenty of room for my husband and myself. Two full baths was nice. The couch did make into a bed, but we did not need that as well as there was a Murphy bed. That was very comfortable as was the king bed in the bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. plenty of towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Great location. About a 2 minute walk to the gondola and 3 minute walk to the village shops and restaurants. A family with children could easily stay here.

We had a great ski trip to keystone. The location was fantastic. We never drove our car once we got there. Everything was very close. River run village was just a short walk. River run had a great little grocery. All the restaurants we tried were great and the people were so friendly. Night skiiing was fantastic.

The condo is lovely, comfortable bed and living room furniture, has everything you need. The humidifier was a little difficult to find but finally found it buried in the closet under lots of other stuff...and you need the humidifier for sure. The property is conveniently located steps from the gondola and river run village, which is awesome. Check in instructions were easy and worked well. Parking was in a safe, secure garage. Unfortunately, the only thing that I was NOT satisfied with was the checkout process. I was diligently following instructions to remove the trash and take it down to the trash room. I left the room at 9:57 to do this just prior to the 10 AM checkout. Thankfully, at the last second I grabbed my phone on my way out to take the trash. Back at my room at 10:02 to grab my bags and suddenly my key doesn't work. So they turn your key of promptly at 10 AM. I understand the need to give cleaners time to clean, but seriously, cutting off the key at 10 on the dot. I was traveling on my own so all my stuff was in the room and I was now locked out. I called the number on my key and after a couple disconnects, finally got directed to a keybox in the entryway to get a master key. She said I could leave it in the room but it would be great if I could put it back in the keybox. I brought the key with me to put in the box. Of course once I put the key away in the keybox in the entryway, I could no longer get back in the building to get my bags (now sitting in the lobby, visible through the glass) or my car. I was getting really ********** by this point, so I got the key out again (thankfully remembered the code) and opened the door, propped it with my backback, then put the key back. I also could not then go grab a quick bite in the village before hitting the road because I now could no longer get back in to get my car after leaving the building. Made for a stressful and frustrating note to leave on (and I was hungry).

Facility was very nice. Summit County Mountain Retreats staff was very nice to deal with it. We had a negative experience with the Springs parking garage staff (extremely rude to our family on more than one occasion) and a few glitches at check-in that was quickly resolved. Overall, a nice stay.

We only stayed a night at this place but we wished we stayed a little longer! It was very cozy, well-kept and had everything you need. It was better than what we expected. The balcony had a beautiful view of the mountain. The bathrooms were stocked with clean towels and toiletries. Check-in and check-out was easy. The only thing I would have hoped for is that they make the check-in a little earlier (2-3pm) and check-out time a little later (11am or 12pm). They did have a late check-out request but they did not call me back until half an hour before the normal check-out time so we were already up and packed anyway. Other than that, the place is still awesome; I would still come back and rent the place.

This is a great resort to come to with kids. The pool was warm even though it was snowing. There is a kids playroom. The theatre and pool was in constant use unfortunately, but we spent more time in the playroom and pool or in Keystone village. The village is in easy walking distance, and assecible with stroller. It’s a cute town, and if you like skiing, kids actually ski free!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Springs 8830. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. There are several restaurants close by. We were there in October when the village is pretty much closed down - we knew this ahead of time. There are fantastic hiking trails for families, a recreation center in Silverthorne with a wonderful pool and Rainbow park beside the recreation center has an incredible playground.

The room was very cozy and was stocked with toiletries. Was spacious enough for myself, my husband and our two children. The kitchen was stocked very well. The only thing that was off-putting to me was the closet in the bedroom. Extra pillows and blankets were strewn about in the bottom of the closet, so we had no way of knowing if they had been washed or not. Other than that, we had no other major issues.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was exactly what I expected and more. First off the condo was very clean and had more towels, linens, paper products than we needed which was great! The Murphy bed for our two boys was much easier to use than a sofa bed (there is a sofa bed if needed). The laundry room is literally across the hall less than 5 feet away - another great perk. The second bathroom was very handy and the new king size bed in master was very comfortable.
The springs location worked great for us. A one minute walk with kids to ski school and the gondola. We used the pool and hot tubs and the movie room as well.
The condo was a good size for our family of four. It would work for a larger group and will comfortably sleep 6 but seems ideal for four.

Lovely rental. Easy to fit all of us. Nicely appointed kitchen and spacious bathrooms. Deck was nice to get a little outside air in and I am sure very nice in the summer. Nice thick cozy towels for the room and plenty of blankets form cuddling up to watch a movie. We loved the pool, hot tub and steam room. Overall we came back home to Morrison feeling super recharged. Our only complaint was the maters in the Murphy bed wasn't very cozy. Would be better to take out the spring mattress for something more firm. Amazing location as well. So close to the lift that it was easy to pop home for lunch.

The room was comfortable with everything we could need. Regarding, Keystone skiing, we found the slopes to be much more challenging than we would have liked. The green runs are more like blues here. Also, the snow during our trip was hard and chunky. However, the process with SCMR was smooth.

We came to the Keystone area with our daughter, son-in-law, and four grandchildren. We rented a one bedroom, and they rented a two bedroom. We were located on the same floor and wing so it was very convenient for us to get together, but also nice for time apart. The resort was very close to the ski lift, and the village that had shops and restaurants. Nice parking facility, and locker room for ski gear storage.

We are from Denver and we love to come up in the off season to get away from the City. We love staying in properties managed by Summit County Mountain Retreats because the experience is always seamless.
The condo where we stayed was spacious and comfortable for my husband and I and our 4 kids. It felt bigger than a one bedroom. It was immaculately clean, too. The pool was warm, and my kids really loved the play area and pool table in the common area.

The property was in a great location and the pictures did not do it justice. The property was very spacious for 5 guests and it was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely do a return visit and would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

We stayed in a 1 bed/2 bath unit (#8830). We choose this unit b/c of the 2nd bath & outdoor area. The mattress in the bedroom could be replaced - not real comfortable. Since we were coming during the off season the place was quiet! :-) Only saw a few people & parking garage only had about 9-11 cars at the most. The outside pool area was really nice - 2 hottubs (1 adult only), a little waterslide/pool, a splash pool & firepit. At night it's all lit up with lights & sitting in the adult hottub you could see the gondola. The unit could use some more cooking utensils, sharper knives & a pair of scissors. The red snuggler chair was very comfortable - want one of those for my own house! I would stay here again. check-in was quick and easy. There is now a tv above the fireplace/coat-tree in the far corner - but pix are accurate & unit is as described. Hot water got REALLY hot. showerheads could probably be replaced with newer heads that had more waterflow/pressure to them. Overall a good stay & I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for a 1 bed/2 bath unit!

The condo was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a wedding and several activities with the wedding party. We checked in late Wednesday evening and it was a very smooth process with great directions provided. We were pleased with the rental in regards to cleanliness and maintenance. The owner was very responsive when we sent a message requesting a pack n play. The location was convenient to several activities in clouding hiking, fly fishing, and golf. We also utilized the kids play zone within the building and the park and mini golf nearby.

Great place in River Run but off the main row so no loud music waking us up at 7 AM while on vacation. Awesome swimming pool. Comfortable murphy bed.

Thank you for the feedback. We understand the 10 a.m. check-out time is early, but cleaning vacation rentals is very different from cleaning hotels. We do offer late check-outs for small fee if no one is checking in on that same day. This is advertised in our Guest Information Portal. Guests can check out as late as 6 p.m. if its available. Airbnb offers vacation rentals managed by individual homeowners and property managers, all of which get to designate their own check-out time. Our check-out time is the same whether you book directly with us or book via any online travel site. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise! We agree--The Springs is a great pool, especially for kids.
The best part about this property is the close proximity to the River Run Gondola. The property was well maintained and clean. The room I rented was perfect for four guests and had a great view of the outdoors. I liked having access to a covered balcony, laundry facilities across the hall and underground parking. I would highly recommend this location to others.

really enjoyed our stay and could not have been more conveniently located! Could have used a little help getting settled in but overall great accommodations.
