We had a great time but these condos are showing their wear. and our door didn't lock, unless we were inside and used the deadbolt. The construction was disappointing, would have been nice to know beforehand.

Well equipped kitchen. Nice supply of start up kitchen soaps, paper towel, bath soaps and lotions. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Easy walk to River Run Village. Great pool for kids with water slide and family friendly hot tub. Nice game room and theatre room if you plan to hang out at resort. No issues with check in process as given in detailed instructions. Highly recommend.

Our rental worked out perfectly and was everything as described. We were able to get an early check in which sure helped out with our stay. Our coffee maker did not work, but was replaced immediately upon my call to the office. The only thing that was a problem was the carts to bring our luggage up on almost all had flat tires:( We had 7 in our group so we had a lot of luggage and groceries.

Be aware that the Hunky Dory parking lot is closed and that area is fenced off for construction of a new building. This makes for a longer (and muddier) walk to the gondola from The Springs. The gondola was closed due to high winds a couple of times so the walk was about .25 miles to the lift on the other side of the bridge. You may want to look at other properties in the village area as they will now be a shorter walk to skiing each day. Not a deal breaker, but it should be mentioned and kept in mind.

Thank you for your honest review, there is construction happening in this area for a new building, but Keystone Resort does provide a shuttle as well that can take you from this property to the River Run base area!
We came up for a 3 day weekend and felt so cozy in this home. The amenity center is beautiful and brand new but guests are only allowed to use during designated times, like Saturday from 9-11 am. This was a a bummer when coming back from skiing and unable to relax in the heated pools and hot tubs.

We have been coming to this area every summer for almost 20 years. We found this condo 2 years ago and absolutely love it! It is in the perfect location and is just the right size! It is always well-maintained and clean and the property management is always super helpful if we need it! We enjoy hiking and eating out so this condo is in the perfect location for all of that. We will definitely be returning year after year!

It was great; however this website had false info about 4th of July activities in Keystone published when we booked our condo. It was disappointing to arrive and find out no bike parade, petting zoo, fireworks etc were happening.

We loved our time staying at this property. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, with heated flooring surrounding both. The property was clean, quiet and we loved the balconies overlooking the mountain views. The kitchen is wonderfully well stocked and we enjoyed eating our meals at the condo after a day of hiking or rafting. There are fantastic trails nearby to walk, shops and restaurants nearby and access to the bus. Our son saw a baby moose nearby while walking on a trail. We loved our time here and hope to return soon!

Great location (within a 3 min walk to the gondola or keystone shops) and spacious condo with 4 beds (one room has a bunk bed). Everything was clean and ready to go. The hot tub and pool was great for the us and the kids after a day of skiing. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The unit was very convenient to the lift. However the unit has the original carpet that has seams open creating a tripping hazard. All the closets and most of the dressers are filled with things, there is little room to put belongings. Even under the sinks there are paint cans. The kitchen has lots of cookware but nothing matches(lids to pots), very short of forks and spoons. We have rented from SCMR for many years and don't feel this unit is up to their usual high standards. We will NOT rent this unit again.

We were very pleased with the amount of cookware, utensils and glassware. There was plenty of linens for our group of 5. We LOVED the location. A short walk to the gondola was amazing. A true ski in and ski out. Our daughter loved the pool and hot tub. The unit does need some updating. Carpet is in pretty bad shape. Overall our stay was great. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time skiing as a family at Keystone
The lodging was good but I have two daughters and they got after me for getting a room with only two bathrooms. We made it okay but won’t make that mistake again.
Parking is a issue as well,when people rent a property this size there will be more than one vehicle. Please try to correct this for other guests.

The condo is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The decor is great. It walks right out to the hot tub which is a huge plus. We hope to stay again soon.

We stayed here one night and while the fees were high, the condo layout and amenities were great overall. The pool and hot tubs and proximity to mountain great. Carpet could be replaced.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to our set booking prices. Our cleaning fee is broken out and charged separately. Whereas hotels roll their housekeeping costs into their nightly rates, we choose to simply charge our guests the cost of a departure clean regardless of the number of nights in their stay. We have found that our cost for a departure clean is the same regardless of a guest’s length of stay, so guests with longer stays get to see the value add up.

Everything was great! Stayed in the same unit last year. Location is perfect, just steps to the gondola and restaurants. Check-in process easy. Although the unit is a little rough on the edges, it worked perfectly for a guys ski trip. Three perfect days of skiing!

We rented this spot, due to the building having a pool, number of rooms and proximity to the ski hill. All those things are excellent. As is becoming the case with most facilities rented through a property manager, they are functional and as advertised, but wouldn't ever describe it as luxury.
The proximity to the hill can't be beat, and different from Keystone owned properties, this building has a pool right out the back door. That's excellent.
The parking garage is a bit difficult to navigate for a larger car, with pillars and tight spots, but its underground, heated and a total bonus.
Walking to and from the ski hill is incredible. The ski school and gondola are a very short walk across the parking lot, and its the same to scoot into town for dinner, drink, coffee or dessert.
I'd suggest groceries from the Citi Market, just down the hill, and you'll find the kitchen totally functional. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate.
The only complaint that came from myself and also my spouse, was beds. the beds were all pretty uncomfortable and perhaps in need of a mattress upgrade. When you're dog tired from skiing, perhaps that doesn't matter to folks... but after several days, it mattered to us.
Humidifiers, boot dryers, tons of hooks to hang equipment and gear, are all bonuses to this place. We'd definitely use it again, and our kids loved the bunk room.
Having used VRBO many times, I would say that the systematic communication of the management company wasn't personal, but it WAS very effective. Before, during and afterward, I do feel if we'd needed anything there would've been a response.

The property is great overall - great location, plenty of space in the unit. The amenities of the condo are great - awesome pool and hot tubs (great for kids). The units don't have screens on sliding doors, and in this unit, two of the bedrooms only have doors and no windows. So, cooling off the rooms in the summer wasn't ideal. Also, the fitness room equipment was a little beaten up with two things not working at all. Overall, great place to stay!

We will also recommend that the property owner add screen doors for the patio sliders to help with air flow as the majority of Summit County properties do not have A/C. Overall our stay was great. The condo and the property had what we needed for our short stay. It had a nicely appointed kitchen and overall the unit was very nice. I have to agree with others that some updating is needed especially the carpeting and perhaps a fresh coat of paint. Upon arriving the tables in the living area had dust on them and the bathroom tub in the shared bathroom did not look cleaned as it still had hair in it. It would be helpful if the sliders would have screen doors as it got hot and there was little air flow. We did have fans and that helped some. Overall I would recommend this especially if they have children as the pool area was really nice.

The rental experience was good with Summit Rental. The condo was spacious, the location ideal, it included great amenities and parking was a big plus. My only issue was the unit itself is a little beat up. The carpet is threadbare in spots and dirty. The shower curtain and tile were moldy. One of the couches has lost the integrity of the cushion base. I'm glad I rented this during mud season and didn't pay a lot per night, but did enjoy it.

Building is very good location short walk across parking lot to gondola. Wagons available to haul skis or small children. Ski lockers on site. We slept 4 adults and five kids comfortably and didn't use sofa sleeper. plenty of room. Would recommend owners update xfinity boxes (free upgrade available). Pool a little cold but hot tub and steam room awesome. Unit was well equipped and met all our needs. would easily stay here again and recommend to anyone planning on staying in keystone.

Our entire family was blessed to spent 5 days in Keystone last week. We knew we wanted to stay at The Springs since my husband and I spent a few days relaxing in September of 2017. The 3 bedroom condo worked out perfectly for our growing family (2 daughters, their husbands, and one infant grandchild). Everyone was amazed at the space in the condo and amenities. Every evening someone played pool, sat in the hot tub, worked out, watched TV in the movie room, or grilled outside! So much to enjoy! However, the reason we travel to Colorado is to experience the wonderful outdoors. The nearby trails gave us the best of all worlds! No doubt we will return!

It was a nice place to stay, except we could get two of the tv's to work at all. We contacted management and they only contacted us to come and help after we had already checked out. You might want to make sure things properly work before your room is ready, also you contacting people after they've already checked out is way too late.

8 of our family stayed here for a family reunion. It is a great location to stay, as it is conveniently located near Keystone entertainment, the gondola and chair lift to the top, shopping and dining. The pool/hot tub/fire pit area was a nice gathering space for the family and the kids loved it! There are a few concerns that we have: 1) the floor seemed very dirty and the carpet appeared quite worn and ragged, with the seams unraveling (carpet definitely needs replacing); 2) we wondered when the last time the table had been cleaned, as it was full of crumbs and had many sticky spots on it when we arrived; 3) we were told we didn't need AC because it cools down at night, which would be ok if the doors and windows had screens - there were 2 windows in the great room that had screens but one screen had a big hole in it and when we opened the window or the balcony doors without screens we were invaded with bugs; 4) 2 floor fans were not enough for 3 bedrooms and at least one, if not two, evaporators would have been nice additions; 5) the closets did not have room to hang clothes because they were filled with pillows and blankets; 6) balconies really are not very useful, as only accommodate 1 -2 people. On the upside, we were pleased with all of the dishes and flatware available, as we ate most of our meals there. The microwave, stove, and dishwasher also were quite good. Refrigerator was good but a working ice maker would have been a nice addition. Nice great room space. With the caveats about the carpeting, cleaning of the table, hole in at least one screen, and lack of available closet space, I would recommend this place to friends.

We loved the location of this condo. We were able to park our car and leave it the entire trip. Easy walking distance to the gondola and to River Run Village. The condo itself was very comfortable for 8 of us (4 adults & 4 kids) with a good price. Kids loved the bunk beds room. All adults thought the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the large kitchen, table for 8, living room space and desks. We spent a lot of time at the pool/hot tubs. The management company was very responsive to any and all questions/concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, especially for this price. My whole group was very pleased. I would totally recommend. The hot tub and pool were also a huge plus. I would, however, not recommend 11 people. We fit 9 comfortably (2 on air mattress instead of the pull out), but more would have been a little tight.

Family of seven for seven days. We had plenty of room, short walks to the lift/ski school, and loads of fun with the playroom and pool area. Would recommend The Springs and Summit County Mountain Retreats to any family looking for a high quality vacation.

We stayed here for a ski weekend with friends. Adults slept in2 rooms and kids all piled into the bunk room. Plenty of room to eat, sleep and play for 2 families. Walking to/from the Gondola was a breeze - there is even a wagon station right outside the door to haul the littles’ stuff. Came back for lunch and back out again- no need to buy a crazy expensive lunch on the mountain!! Hot tub was super fun. The pool/slide was loved by the big kids but too cold for the grownups!!! There’s a kids play house, game room and nice little gym inside. Only complaint was the single parking space but once we were there we walked everywhere and didn’t need the car until check out so it was only a minor inconvenience. Fantastic place to stay for families. We will definitely be back!!!

This condo was in a great location. Super close to the lifts and right in the middle of the village. We fit 5 adults and 3 kids comfortably for 5 Days. The condo could use a few upgrades but overall it was great for our vacation.

We had a super time in this large condo. 1) It was closer to the slopes than we expected. 2) Indoor parking with elevator or stairs to our room. 3) Grocery stores in Dillon are good and not far. 4)Everything works well. We had fun and relaxed. Love the hot tubs, hot pool, steam room with towels etc. Felt like home on the slopes. The village is just outside with outdoor fireplaces and good eats and shops. We cooked breakfasts lots of eggs pancakes and chicken for 11 people. NICE! Thankful for our time.
