Our family of five had a wonderful week at this clean and convenient condo! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and kitchen well-stocked. There was plenty of paper towels, dish soap/detergent, tissues and TP for our 6 night stay. We did laundry twice which was extremely easy - no quarters needed as there is a great app! Storage in the condo was impressive. There are plenty of hooks and shelves for all of our ski gear. The ski lockers are convenient, and parking is easy.
The walk to the gondola felt a little far, but it was fine. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nightlife is very quiet!

Got off to a bad start with not being able to get into our unit until close to 6:00pm and there was still someone in the unit at that time. Once in the unit, some TV’s weren’t working along with toaster, kettle, toilet seat was severely loose, etc. However, whoever I was texting was very responsive and handled everything very well. There is a new building going up and unlike the last 2 times I stayed here, you can’t walk out the pool area right to the gondola or village, you have to take a considerably longer path around the new building being constructed. If you eliminate the late check in and and the new construction overall it wasn’t too bad. I think with this construction making the walk longer to the gondola the cost (roughly $1,000/night after taxes, fees, etc) needs to be lowered as I had friends paying same in a nicer place w ski in ski out. The attentiveness was excellent, the room was good as was the common areas and amenities but I would look elsewhere next time for location/value.

The place was great. Clean, quiet, well stocked, and met our expectations. The rental was up to date, the pool area was clean and functional. The pool was warm, the outdoor grill was clean and worked great.
The downsides. Only one parking space was a real inconvenience, the mornings began with backup alarms on vehicles ringing at 6:30 am. The construction made for a longer walk to the lift and killed the view to the slope.
I would recommend staying here, but maybe after construction of the new condo is completed if those things bother you. I would stay again!

We loved this rental condo. It was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit within walking distance to the village and the gondola. We would definitely come back! The springs has great amenities. My kids loved the heated outdoor pool with slide and hot tubs. The heated garage was also very helpful. I will use summit county mountain retreats directly the next time we come to Colorado. They were able to accommodate an early check in, which was wonderful after a long travel day with kids. They even found and mailed back my daughter’s forgotten iPad! We can’t wait to come back - thank you so much for a trip if a lifetime.

Our condo was everything we needed and more. Me and 4 buddies came up to ski for a week and this place was perfect. Super easy and close walk to gondola made for easy ski in ski out days. The hot tub and steam rooms were nice after long days on the slopes. Many restaurants and shops walking distance from our condo. 10/10

We've stayed in units at the Springs/River Run many times before. We were disappointed this year to see the construction project at River Run makes it so the Springs is no longer the closest building to the gondola, and the bridge to River Run restaurants/shops is blocked off. It was no longer as convenient as it has been in the past. This was all a surprise to us.
We found the unit to be well stocked. The bed arrangements in the second bedroom works well for families, and the fresh linens from SCMR are great. We had two complaints within the building - one of the elevators wasn't operational during our entire stay. This caused a lot of delays working your way down from the fourth floor. Also, the water pressure in the unit is AWFUL. The showers are more of a trickle. We did try to communicate with the property manager about both the water pressure and our frustration about the construction surprise, the the responses put it back on us. Not any help on either issue.

Us-2 adults and a 17 yr old, only 3 people, experienced renters and own vacation rentals We have stayed in many ****** Keystone condos. This one was not that case! The unit hit high marks on many levels both comfort and functional. The kitchen is well stocked. This was good as we brought Thanksgiving dinner with us The beds and linens are comfy and the unit is set up with the end user in mind (meaning ample shelves and hooks for your stuff!).
Items for consideration-I do wish the living room furniture was firmer. The hot tub needs cleaning, more frequent during these busy days! There are the typical little things you could get hung up on/call out in the unit and on the property, but that’s typically everywhere.
The process with Summit County Vacation Rental company was good, all codes access worked as intended. Be informed that we used all electronic communication, email and txt. I am sure live voices are available if needed. We had no need to communicate via voice.
Again, this was one of our better properties and experiences!

This condo was clean, the property well-maintained and there was plenty of things for my kids (age 3 and 6) to do. The pool and hot tubs were clean and comfortable even on a cool fall day. It was nice that the condo association provided towels for the pool. The condo was roomy and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend stay during leaf-peeping season. Just a heads up that there is quite a bit of construction going on around the building (Fall of 2022) so there's a bit of mud to walk through and a detour if walking to Keystone.
We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here mid-June 2022. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Staff was responsive and accommodating.
Lots of attractions and stores closed (understandably), but bike trails wide open and not very crowded.

This place is about as close as you can get to the ski lift and all the village amenities! The beds were comfortable and the everything was just as pictured. Very clean and quiet. The hot tubs, pool, and steam room are awesome after a day of skiing.

Very nice condo in a beautiful location. It's located adjacent to Keystone's gondola, River Run Village, and a bike/walking path. The unit was nicely decorated, clean and in good condition. The management company did a nice job of communicating with us before, during and after our stay to ensure everything was in order. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.
There was an unusual problem with temperature control affecting our wing of the building during our stay. The hallways and units were very warm. In some units (not ours), people couldn't turn off heat registers - a problem in July. We opened windows which kept our unit comfortable and didn't have major issues. We spoke with another renter who has stayed in the same building many times in the past. This was the first time they encountered this problem. So we assume it's a temporary issue with heat controls that will be resolved by building maintenance.

The location right next to the lifts is amazing! the ability to have the app as well as have the page downloaded to my phone and all the information at my finger tips made it easy to find our check in items and rental. Just make sure to read through it before you go! They were also sweet enough to have a balloon, card and cake ready when we arrived because we were celebrating my son and husbands birthdays! The place was clean and included extra special comforts like humidifiers for each bedroom! The details really made our trip extra special!

The two bedroom unit was great. Unfortunately the HOA caved to the pressure of COVID and closed all the amenities. The Keystone security officer was a total jerk to us and the other guests but the property management company was great.

Great condo, had a great stay at the Springs. Balcony looked towards the road with lovely views. Condo was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. Bathrooms were newly remodeled which was awesome. I love renting through Summit County Mountain Retreats, super helpful and always respond quickly.

This condo was in a great location, walking distance to the gondola. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything needed from bedding to kitchen items. We had 6 adults and, while there was sleeping for everyone (using the pullout sofa), the overall size (mainly the living area) was a bit small for all of us. But, for eating, it worked in that there was seating for 6 at the dining table.

Outstanding location, amenities, and space! Kids and wife loved it, and I appreciated being steps from the gondola with the littles in tow. Heated pool and hot tubs at end of the day were a big hit, as was our proximity to the village. Working with the property management team was super easy too, book direct and avoid additional fees assessed when going thru a third party. Must stay!

We had the best time at The Springs in Keystone. Beautiful clean condo with nice beds and bedding. There were actually 3 beds in the bunk bed room, so there was plenty of room for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a wooded mountain view off the balcony. The nearby river is also a relaxing sound when sitting on the outside. The indoor parking with elevators made carting all our things in and out so easy. The pool with water slide and 2 hot tubs were so nice and the kids loved it. A beautiful outdoor area with a grill, splash pad and fire pit. We were just a few steps away out the back door from the cute Keystone shopping area with lots of places to eat and stores to shop in. Definitely a place to check out. Check in and check out from the condo were very easy, and there was little we had to do. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay, location and accommodations, and we will definitely be coming back to this exact condo in the future. Keystone was also a nice middle location for all the area traveling we did, and Breckenridge and Silverthorne are so close, and offer many more activities, including the outlet mall. 5 Stars overall!

Great location. Instructions for getting to the unit were clear and easy. Unit overall great for our needs. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Ski storage was nice. Easy walk to the gondola and the village. Needs some basic maintenance in the kitchen but overall a good stay.

Couldn't get any better. Slops were right there. Pool hot tube all that. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was perfect. It had a kitchen that was filled with all dishes and pans you needed. I highly recommend this place and the people I rented it through was awesome as well

This property location is only a few hundred feet from the River Run gondola and a short walk to the Village. The fourth floor condo has all the amenities you need for a great stay. The king bed master is comfortable with nice linens and the trundle bunk bed is great for kids. The bathrooms are spacious with plush towels. The heated pool and hot tubs are relaxing after a long day. The heated parking garage and ski lockers are very convenient. Highly recommend this property.
