The place is great. No problem with unit. The constant reminders about the digital guest book are annoying. While they provide tons of info, we had to call the emergency line to get the unit number. This is a case of trying too hard and missing the important info. Otherwise it was great.

This was our 3rd time in this condo so it goes without saying that we like it. We love the view and the quietness of the area however, for a couple of days during our stay, the National Irish Stepdance Team had apparently rented the condo above us. Needless to say, we were entertained at all hours of the day and night. Personally, I was happy when they left and I could get back to peace and quiet. The new sofa was very comfortable however the rest of the furnishing and carpet are a bit dated, especially for the rental price which has substantially increased from last year. The unit was fairly clean but there was a large amount of dust behind items on the mantle, fireplace, and bedroom furniture. The only other issue I had was with SCMR. Three years ago, we had an issue with the bed and delt with it ourselves. Same issue last year but upon departure I spoke with the staff at SCMR and was told thay would look into it and correct it. Well...upon arrival this year the first thing I checked was the bed and sure enough, same problem. I called SCMR at 6pm on the day of arrival and was told someone would be there first thing in the morning. At 7pm the next day someone showed up and I showed him the problem but he said "No speak English" Unfortunately for him, I am fluent in Spanish and explained the problem to him in his language. He shrugged his shoulders, never said another word, and left. We never heard back from SCMR for our entire 2 week stay. I was disappointed in their response to our problem. We took care of it ourselves for the third year in a row. Thankfully, we had no other issues requiring the assistance of SCMR. And, if you are wondering, YES, I will stay here again. It is my favorite building and my favorite location in Colorado.

The place was perfectly located and was exactly like described. It wasn’t cleaned very well (chips on the floor, food in the couch). And getting into the pool was difficult. The key didn’t work, so we called the number on the back. After I explained the issue (locked out and standing in swimsuits in the cold), they hung up on us. I called back, and they send we could come get a key from them, as delivery would take “quite awhile”. I asked where to pick up a key and they said never mind, I can’t pick it up because the place we are staying doesn’t manage the pool, so I need to contact them. They couldn’t provide contact info. Thankfully someone let us in at that point.

We are also sorry to hear that the keycard for the East Lake Clubhouse in your unit was not working. Unfortunately, the HOA of Willows codes those keycards and they do expire. However, we have spare keycards in our office in Keystone, and while we do our best to deliver these types of items to guests, there are times that we are severely short-staffed and our delivery times are extended. We are glad that you were able to eventually access the clubhouse, and since your stay we have delivered additional keycards to the unit for the clubhouse. We’re grateful for your feedback and we hope to host you again soon!
This was the perfect little getaway. You are close to Keystone Resort, lots of restaurants and the lake is beautiful. I wish I would have read the welcome packet a little earlier so I had known to bring my ice skates for the lake! We loved the fire place and enjoyed the resort hottub. Overall 10/10 would stay again.

Enjoyed the stay overall! Having the key pickup at a separate location, about a mile away, can be burdensome if you're not driving yourself. Though, the propert management company does a good job proactively informing visitors of all they need to know before arrival.
As Summit manages many properties, their staff often also doesn't know much about individual units - that became a bit of an issue when, upon arrival, I couldn't locate the property and the person answering the phone didn't know where to find the unit either. However, the personnel is professional and willing to try and help. Again, overall, glad to have chosen this unit for its beautiful view and excellent location.

The rental was very comfortable. Although, there is No Air Condition ! The unit I would not recommend for people with breathing conditions in the Daytime! In the Evening the Breeze is Amazing! In addition, it would be great to have a Steam Iron that works to press or steam your clothing! The Coffee Machine had a distinctive taste due to the Container...The View was Absolutely Gorgeous...It was a Rental we will return again .....

We booked this charming condo for my birthday celebration and upon arrival was greeted with a special Birthday wish and treat, a wonderful surprise! We loved the views from the condo during the day and nights were beautiful with the lights reflecting off the water and all the windows make this place really special. On the same little lake you can rent paddle boards, paddle boats, and we rented a canoe then rented bikes. We road on wonderful bike paths from Keystone ski area to Dillon lake. The bike ride was fun and gorgeous along the river, golf course, and lake as well as a great workout. We made a stop at a local brewery in Dillon for lunch and a beer, that made it all perfect.
The accommodations were very comfortable and highly recommend this vacation spot. We will visit again!

Condo is exactly as described. Great location with great views. Well stocked for cooking, if you chose. Water pressure in shower is lacking but wouldn't let that deter from renting this place. It was unusually warm for CO during our visit so the box fans they provided came in handy. However, I would recommend an oscillating stand fan for the bedroom. There wasn't really a convenient place to put the box fan in the bedroom without the possibility of tripping or blocking a doorway. We will definitely be back.

We had such a great week of R&R here! Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of town, but a quick drive to Dillon, Frisco, or Breck. Clean, well stocked and prompt response from property management. Loved sitting out on the lanai overlooking the lake in the afternoons and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 for spring break! The main are was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay as well as for entertaining a small group. The beds, including the 2 pullout couches, were comfortable as well and there was a nice view of the lake and mountains in the background. The 2 things we felt could possibly be improved would be having a few more bowls available. Also, one of the large windows was missing its blinds which resulted in the sun shining brightly into the unit in late afternoon/ early evening. But overall...a great rental!

me and my friends enjoyed staying although there are minor technicality but they resolved them the next day i reported. Kitchen equipment are so useful since we’re always cooking. Bathroom are kinda small. Rooms are good for 4-5 people yes, its quite spacious but interior needs a renovation. There’s a fireplace but no proper instruction on how to use it. Condo place are quite near to the ski resort, its has a nice view. The only disappointment we experience is that the housekeeping management. Reason is that we asked for a extra/new set of towels since we’re staying for a week but they informed us that they need to charge us! And will be available on the third day of stay but they didn't even come at all.

The Willows 1713 was an amazing rental for myself, my boyfriend, and my 4 year old son. The rental was very roomy, clean, and the views were amazing. I loved the cozy fireplace and the bedroom was my favorite! The bed was super comfy and made for a very relaxing and restful stay! The location was great, short drive every where or even just staying at the rental and playing in the snow or ice skating was fun for us! Property was clean, quiet and well maintained.

My wife and I were very pleased with Willows 1713. It looked good online and even better in person! Perfect for our needs and wants - roomy, clean, great location, full kitchen, balcony with a great view, nice bedroom with comfortable king bed, plenty of amenities, reasonably priced. The proximity to Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne, Breckenridge for shopping, dining and activities was great. When we left The Woodlands in Texas, the heat index was 112 degrees; being in Keystone with highs in the low 70s and lows in the low 50s with low humidity was heaven! And access to local golf courses was a plus as we both play golf. We would not hesitate to stay at this condo again, or recommend to friends.

1 shade would not work, and the one in the master has holes in it. Tables (coffee and dining) could use an upgrade as well as better fireplace tools. Other than that, it was comfortable and totally clean.

We had a wonderful stay, really enjoyed the view from our room every morning seeing the sunrise over the mountains. Much to my surprise the unit has actually been updated a bit since the photos. There’s an instant pot, coffee maker, toaster, crib, high chair, all stuff that made our stay so convenient. We will be back again next year!

This is a fairly large one bedroom condo. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. It is convenient to the mountain via shuttle and close to restaurants. Having the kitchen was great too. They even have an Instant Pot. Great for cooking after a long day of skiing. The pool is small but well kept. We did not require any additional items so other than confirmation, good directions, etc. which was great, I can't speak to the communication issues others have experienced. My only cautions-Be aware of all the fees charged. In hindsight I do think it was a bit pricey. Also an extra hour for check out (its at 10am) would have been helpful for all of us to pack ski, swim, kitchen, etc gear since we had been on the mountain the whole day prior.

This condo was in the perfect location for our weekend in Keystone for a pond hockey tournament. The only issue we had was witht the property management company. One of our children had an accident in our bed and we contacted the company for fresh sheets, but they never arrived. Thankfully our friends were staying in another unit and they were able to get us fresh sheets through their property management company. Also, the microwave looked like it had it been cleaned in months, so it was disappointing for how much we had to pay for the cleaning company that something like that was disgusting. But otherwise, the condo itself was cozy and inviting.

I visited Keystone September 11-14 for a SDA conference. I was fortunate to find this condo for my stay. It was outstanding in every way, it was just across the road from the conference center within easy walking distance. The condo itself was fantastic inside and out. It had everything we needed and the view was spectacular!! I would definitely stay the again next year!

The unit was clean, up to date, and had a great view of Keystone Lake and mountains. For the record, Keystone Lake is really an oversized five-acre pond.
We had two issues arise. First, there is immediate parking by the Willows building, and we were under the impression this was all the parking available for this building. The third day of our stay all of these parking spaces were occupied, so we went to the office (around 6:30 on a weekday night in the summer), and there was somebody still there, and he was able to explain that there was more parking available which was by the next door building. Second, our room key (a magnetic stripped card) stopped working the fourth day, but once again they took care of this issue at no charge and very quickly.
Overall, I would recommend this company and would rent from them again.
Thank you, for making our stay in Colorado so wonderful. The only negative was we didn't want to leave.

This unit in the Willows is in a perfect location. This is our second time booking and we love it. Beautiful view of the lake. in the evening, sitting on the porch and looking out over the lake while drinking a glass of wine is a great way to see the sunset. Close to shopping and Breckenridge Epic Adventure is close and too fun. Will will stay there again. Some thoughts: 1) if you have kids and you want to play the Playstation, bring charging cables because we could not find them, 2) Bring AA and AAA batteries for the remotes...ours were dead, 3) the humidifier has various speeds, so push the power button multiple times to get high output...we figured this out on the last day after many dry and bloody noses.

The Bad: Microwave and coffee maker went out but were replaced after notifying property managers.
The GOOD: The view of the frozen lake/ice-skating rink was awesome you never wanted to close the curtains, balcony with grill will be awesome in summer, unit was clean beds were comfy and one pullout mattress was memory foam. Met up with my son and friends who drove up from Colorado Springs (go USAFA) For skiing and Super Bowl! Short convenient bus accesses keystone resort and Breckenridge a short 20 min drive.

The space was just what we needed for our quick ski get away, it is close to the slopes and you can use the shuttle system for transportation. It is well kept, clean, and has a beautiful view. Very spacious! Cant wait to go back!

This older condo has a great layout for two with a couple others on a pull out couch. It is located nicely by the lake and has a beautiful view of ice skaters and the mountains in the background. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. There is one major flaw that needs attention. The kitchen stove is older and burners do not fit properly anymore resulting in uneven surface for cooking. Also the larger burners would work for a while and then quit working completely. Its time for a new stove or at a minimum replacement of the burners if they are available.

It was clean and spacious. It fit the 5 of us very comfortably. We loved the location on the lake. It was close to Keystone Resort and had an amazing view, not to mention ice skating on the lake!! I would love to come back next year for NYE.

We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in time. The key was not in the lockbox, but we were able to go into the office upstairs to grab that (where we were also greeted by a cute pup). The directions to get to the rental were easy to follow, and once in there we were not disappointed. We had an amazing time there, and would definitely go back!

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, had lots of space, and a beautiful view. The only negatives I found were most the outlets are worn out. To get my charger to stay in an outlet, I had to pull a couch away from the wall and use one that wasn't used often. The other negative would be the mold in the shower. The tile desperately needs to be redone. BUT, besides that it was a great place! They had all the kitchen supplies we needed, the location is close to everything, and the view really is to die for!

Roomy and pretty. The bus is 30 seconds from the unit, and having an elevator was great! The parking 5 seconds off the door could not have been better. Well equipped kitchen though we did not use. Very good value.

The condo was clean and beautiful. Walking distance from a couple restaurants and ice skating at the back door! The only thing that was unpleasant was the key cards. One never worked and the other had to be swiped 10 times, literally, to work. One night we were stuck outside in a snow flurry and had to use the emergency key to get in! Nothing really to do with the condo itself but maybe they should get new key cards!

Willows #1713 was in a perfect location with breathtaking views. The property was very spacious.

We rented this unit for a hockey tournament on the lake. The views of the tournament from our room were incredible! It was spacious, clean and inviting. We wish it was easier to light a fire, and we had a few minor issues with the shower area, other than that it was great. We would definitely stay again.

Summit County Mountain Retreats: they were wonderful! We wanted more firewood and I called them on Sunday morning. The young lady who answerd said, "I am not sue how to do this, but I'll make it happen". A few hours later, we had plenty of firewood delivered. Super-friendly and I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay with awesome day/night views of the ice skating rink and xmas tree. Walk right out side to the shuttle to the slopes. Hot tub was broken one night but MGMT made up for it very easy by sending us to the resort nextdoor to use.

Good and inexpensive. With the kitchen, we saved the money on food and the room payed for itself. Will be looking at renting again for another week come Spring. The only thing that we were disappointed with was that the hot tub was in another building and you had to go outside to get there.

I would have left a 5 star review - but the building smelled musty - especially in the halls. The condo was darling and comfortable - just could use an update at some point. Perfect location - so near the conference. Comfortable bed - loved the view off the deck.
