This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, top-floor condo sleeps 5 across a king bed and a queen over twin bunk bed. This cozy condo is located just across the street from the Lake Dillon Marina and overlooks the Dillon Amphitheater with sweeping views of the lake and front range mountains. There are many nearby stops for the local Summit Stave bus service which runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. This vacation rental also includes access to the shared Lake Cliffe Condo Complex amenities including indoor and year-round pool and hot tub, outdoor sitting area, hammocks, gas grills, horseshoe court, and a shared laundry facility. Come experience Dillon and enjoy the Rockies! Enjoy luxury renovations throughout that include updated bathrooms and a kitchen.

The living area provides a spacious and cozy gathering space, complete with a Smart TV, a gas fireplace with stone surround, beautiful mountain and lake views, and board games. The private balcony is just off the living area with outdoor furniture.

The full-sized, updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample space, and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four people and there is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and great light from the large window. The in-unit laundry can be accessed from the primary bedroom. The refreshed en suite bathroom is fully updated with a shower and granite countertops. For your convenience, both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen over twin bunk bed, Smart TV, and another en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

To book this vacation rental, the reservation must be made for 2 or more nights, if your reservation is less than 2 nights you will be contacted to either extend or cancel. Comfort and views

This was our first trip to the area and it did not disappoint! The condo's location is a perfect homebase to explore the surrounding areas. We cooked almost every meal in the well appointed kitchen. Morning coffee and am evening drink on the balcony overlooking the lake was good for the soul.The beds are very comfortable and the living room felt like home. We will be back.

Ski getaway in Dillon

In town to visit our son and ski for a few days we found this rental to be exactly what we wanted. Conveniently located to Keystone resort and a great place to relax all together after a long day on the slopes. Unit is on 3rd floor so climbing up and down on tired legs make sure you don’t forget anything! The unit itself is very nice, spacious with a wonderful view of the lake and lots of comfortable seating and a nice tv. It was spotless and had everything we needed (we cooked in one night and had take out another) Bring your own ice for beverages. Beds were comfortable with memory foam toppers and ample pillows. Plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper in each bath and travel size toiletries were provided. One “filter less” package of coffee (similar to a hotel) was provided which means you still need to bring coffee if you actually stay more than one night or make more than one pot. Small Keurig in the unit but you’ll need your own pods. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great value. FYI - hot tub is indoors in another building which requires a short walk outdoors. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect hub for winter activities!

We spent seven days here in the peak of winter, and it was perfect. I came to Colorado to play in an outdoor pond hockey tournament that was supposed to be played on Lake Dillon. It was moved to Georgetown, about 25 miles away.. I enjoyed this centrally located condo so much that even though it’s kind of far from Georgetown , we will stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of five, all the amenities you could ever need, and breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Very close to Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge.

Cozy Retreat

The condo is in an older building, but the unit has been updated nicely and is perfectly located across from the reservoir and amphitheater. The 3rd floor location lends the unit some privacy and the views are fantastic. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated and clean. The condo could use more towels (only 4 bath towels in a unit that sleeps 4-5) and some beach towels for the clubhouse/hot tubs would have been nice. Also, we had trouble figuring out the coffee makers and kourig, and, contrary to the management company info, we had supply for only one morning. These issues weren't deal breakers, only suggestions for improvement for a new listing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would consider the unit in the future.

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved everything about this property from the location to the cleanliness to comfort and coziness - it has it all. We skied at Keystone and it was a short drive. Then did meals and other activities around Dillon and Silverthorne. It was an ideal place to stay. We’ll be back!

Ski getaway

My husband and I loved staying here. It was just minutes away from Keystone so made it very convenient. The condo had all amenities we would need, even some we didn't think we would need. The views were very pretty, especially with the snow. There was a lot of communication prior and during our stay so we knew if we needed anything we would be covered. It was on the third floor so bringing skiis and gear was a little tiring but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for sure.

Site seeing getaway

Great location, beautiful views, clean, well stock with linens, cooking utensils, towels and games. Very comfortable. Be prepared for no elevator if you have problems with stairs though. Loved our stay.

What a Gem!

Bang for your buck!
Not only is the location easy access to Keystone, Vail, Breckenridge, the views are incredible. We sat on the balcony, mesmerized, even in the cool November night. The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, and very spacious. The two bedrooms are afforded extra privacy as each is located off it’s own doored short hallway with private bathrooms.
THE BEDS!!! I am actually about to email them to find out where they got the mattresses. Not too hard, not too soft, but just right. Parking was easy, the check-in process flawless. Pug Ryan’s is just across the road, as are many other dining options. Removed from the hustle and bustle of some of the other small towns but still easy access to everywhere. We will be back.

Great location and facilities

Great condo overlooking the Dillon Amphitheatre and right next to the trail. Amazing beds with very nice furniture. We used the games and were able to walk to a lot of places.
