Expecting a luggage cart and elevator, we packed in our largest luggage (47lbs). Upon our arrival after 9:00pm, we were shocked to learn the elevator had been inoperable for weeks and we had not been advised. Though 87 years of age and in relatively good shape at sea level, carrying our luggage up 2 flights of stairs in Keystone, CO was hazardous. If SUMMIT had advised us of the elevator problem, we would have made an alternative choice for lodging. Though we have contracted with SUMMIT for 5 years, WE WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!

We have check out records and notified you via text two weeks before your arrival date that this was happening in the building. PRIME LOCATION! You ski down the slope and right into the lodge. The ski lockers were super convenient. The best way to describe River Run is it is a hallmark movie town! All I can say is book this place you will not regret your decision!

Lone Eagle 3019 is a beautiful condo with plenty of space. The ski locker is large and has drying hoses and shelves for boots. Setup an location were ideal for skiing.

We enjoyed our stay at Lone Eagle #3019. It's a cozy condo in a great location and is well equipped. The management company was very professional, which was refreshing after some of our other experiences in the area. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this condo again or book another through Summit County Mountain Retreats!

Stayed here for 1 night after a work conference in Denver. It was the perfect vibe I was looking for coming from hot Florida! Fire place + Harry Potter and some wine, it was the perfect night. I did the Lily Pond hike near by and explored the lake in Dillion before catching my flight at 5PM. Perfect Location and will be coming back with my husband for a trip and will be booking this unit.

My wife and I rented this condo to celebrate 30 years. We didn't have a huge amount of time for this getaway so we spent most of our time in the condo, or on property at the hot tub & outside fire pit area. We had a wonderful time. Condo was in great shape. Very comfortable and nicely decorated.

The vacation rental was a lovely place to stay but the elevator was out of service for 4 days and there seemed to be no urgency to fix it. While that may be acceptable at a low quality rental, this was unacceptable for the price we paid to stay here. It was incredibly onconvenient and everyone in the building should’ve been refunded part of their rental fees.

This was the first ski in/out place I’ve stayed at and I loved it. Super convenient access to the lift. About a 15 minute walk to town, but only a 2 minute drive and parking is easy so I would definitely recommend driving. Great price considering I booked the place less than a week prior. Great amenities. Only downside is that the elevator was out of service, but we were close to the stairs and would have taken them anyways. Would definitely stay again!

You cannot ask for a better location in Keystone! Lone Eagle is my favorite place to stay. It’s literally the best ski in/ski out. The walkway takes you right to the gondola and just over the bridge is River Run village. It’s a quick walk to everything but tucked away so perfect in the trees. Our condo was roomy/clean/cozy and exactly what we needed.

We had a couple hiccups (none that were any fault of the owner) and that is why I only gave a 4 star rating overall. The elevator was down our entire stay and hoofing up 3 flights of stairs, with luggage, at elevation is ROUGH. Also, our fridge stopped working and ruined an entire order of groceries for our trip. Maintenance was sent over and he said he needed to get a part and then never showed back up so the fridge remained at room temp. Between the stairs and the fridge it was frustrating but with those things fixed, I would stay again no questions asked.

Rental was beautiful and so perfectly located! Elevators were down, but management didn’t charge us for early check in. Convenient to everything - especially the lift! Would highly recommend staying here. Check in was quick and easy. Read your email and documents - they’re very helpful with this process!

The one and only elevator was out of service during our entire stay. Carrying luggage and other items up 3 flights of stairs in the thinner oxygen air was difficult for this 67 year old. Fortunately I am in fairly food health for my age.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect, and to us it seemed much bigger than in the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed, the WiFi was fast, and the view was beautiful! There was even a peekaboo view of Snake River. We went during the first 2 weeks of October, and we were at the condo all day since we worked remotely through our stay, so there are a couple things to note from our time there:
Most of the restaurants in River Run were closed because it was “shoulder season”, but we picked up groceries and ate at the condo the majority of the time. The pizza place and Mexican restaurant at River Run switched off the days they were open which was nice.
There was construction going on at River Run for a new condo building and we could hear the beeping of the tractors for most of the day.
We could hear the neighbors through the wall, closing drawers and cabinets late at night, but that only happened a couple times.
The property management company was very responsive and helpful.
Vail was a 30 minute drive and the farmers market was still going while we were there - a must-do if you can.

Overall, we had the best time and would recommend this place! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the time we had in Keystone. The condo is very comfortable. The only complaint would be the bedroom. We suggest a different bed and furniture for the room. Rails were squeaky, and the TV cabinet serves no purpose unless you know how to operate. Better with a King and cabinet for storage. Some minor repairs, like a stove that will lock, and some new carpet or flooring would be nice.

I would recommend replacing the carpet as there were several stains on the carpet. I would also recommend updating the cookware as much of it was older and some pieces were not operating properly and/or falling apart. Also, the television in the living room would not connect to cable and The shower drained very slowly so that should also be repaired. Finally, the rack wheels to the dishwasher were in a drawer and we had to place them on the rack in order to operate the dishwasher.

My fiancé and I had the best time at Lone Eagle! It is in the perfect location, close to river run village and everywhere else in the keystone resort. We utilized the free shuttle that took us all around keystone. It was the best vacation we have ever been on, and we can’t wait to go back!

This building is one of the best locations and accommodations in Keystone. It is secluded and quiet, yet a five minute walk to the village. Also, it is ski in ski out. I would stay here again.

This lovely mountain retreat is set right on the slopes of Keystone. Inside you will find a well stocked kitchen, very comfy, roomy living room, two bathrooms and the master. Everything was pristinely cleaned and there was plenty of storage for your belongings. There are ski lockers available, a pool, hiking right outside your door, a lovely balcony with a gas grill, etc. Shopping and restaurants are literally right up the street with Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckinridge all within a 15 or so minute drive (weather). One thing to note, is parking is in an underground garage below the units. If you rent a car to come to stay, do not rent an oversized SUV or truck as it may not fit. We were fortunate and the one outside parking space was open for our stay. We absolutely loved this condo and will be back. Stay with complete confidence. Summit County Mountain Retreats really went above and beyond for us on our visit. Thanks.

We were at Keystone for my Niece's wedding. I did extensive research on where to stay. Lone Eagle 3019 seemed to be the place. Going through SCMR saved us money. The condo was perfect in every way. Pristine, well equipped, and a great view. When we needed something SCMR was on the spot. This was the perfect vacation thanks to SCMR!
River Run Village had some great spots. Zuma and kickapoo were great. Cala in Dillon was wonderful too.

Location was good for ski in/out and rental was nice. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The location was good for getting around and was easy to find restaurants and shops close by. The TV/cable took a bit to figure out but we got connected and then were able to relax and enjoy. Overall a good stay!

The rental was beautiful and comfortable from an esthetic standpoint. Unfortunately the provisions such as coffee and hygiene products were bellow average. Much more in line with hotel accommodations then a VRBO or Air BNB. Also our vehicle DID NOT fit in the parking garage even though we were under the 8ft max.

The condo had everything we needed (from Saran Wrap to a colander for draining pasta), it was clean (disinfectant spray in the kitchen, and Lone Eagle staff cleaning touch points frequently), perfect ski in/out spot with convenient lockers, and check-in was super easy. Within 5 minutes of arriving we’d already decided to plan our return!

This condo was a fantastic find. Easy check-in with management Company, clear instructions, easy parking underground, well stocked, clean and beautiful condo. Lots of space, great fireplace, great Kitchen (we cook), everything functioned. Easy access to ski lockers and hot tub. Easy access and walk to the village, gondola and ski lift. We've stayed at many ski in/out places in CO and this one is definitely near the top of the list. You will not be disappointed.

Check in was a breeze. Parking was a little tight however this seems to be standard at all ski resorts. The fact it is covered made up for this. The location can’t be beat at keystone. Apparently this is the only true ski in ski out location at the resort. Overall I enjoyed our trip and will definitely stay here again.

This was the best location for skiing! You can literally walk out the back door and ski over to the lifts! There were only two of us int he condo so there was plenty of room. It was so clean and cozy! We will definitely be back! Two things I think are important to note: 1) use the humidifiers that are in the closet. We didn't use them the first night and both woke up with extremely dry skin. We found the humidifiers in the bathroom closet and used them the rest of the time. 2) There is very minimal storage. If you like to unpack your suitcase, there is no place to put your clothes. There are a few metal drawers in the closet, but thats about it. The closet was filled with other stuff so we had to keep everything in our suitcase. I didn't mind it but if I had kids with me I probably would have been a little flustered. They have a tv armoire and a desk in the bedroom. My suggestion is to get rid of those two items and add a dresser. Other than that, this place was perfect and we will definitely be back next year!

Our rental was well appointed and very clean. The unit was very comfortable and our friends had other units and loved ours especially the large TV for college football. The grill was a bonus as we were able to grill out as the weather was spectacular

Everything in Lone Eagle 3019 was great. Great location for shopping, dining and hiking (we stayed in September)! Great for skiing in winter as this is a true ski-in/ski-out location at Keystone. Property description is 100% accurate. Photos of condo are also 100% accurate. We found the condo perfectly clean as promised. We originally had trouble getting hooked up to the Internet but after calling the property manager, a tech showed up at the door very soon and he got everything working properly within minutes. Two days later, we had an issue with the dishwasher; but after calling the property manager, a maintenance person showed at the door within 15 minutes and within 45 minutes, it was up and running. No problems after that and we stayed a total of 9 days. Process from reservation to obtaining room keys was very smooth. Would definitely vacation here at Lone Eagle 3019 again and would recommend this condo to everyone!

The unit (and the building common areas) were spotless and lovely in every way. The location couldn't better - above the river, steps from the gondola and plaza, but extremely quiet. The check in process was made very easy by SCMR and the customer service they offered was beyond excellent. We appreciated their daily texts to check in to make sure everything was satisfactory and the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. It was a perfect stay!

Location was great and the condo had everything we needed. Like most ski condos it was hot and dry. They provided plenty of humidifiers which were needed. The ski in/out with locker situation was great. Easy to walk to river run area. Do suggest they replace the mattress - too soft. Great for small family.

Everything was amazing. From location to the, drive in to the parking garage to absolutely everything you need for a great get away. The view is not of the actual ski mountain but of the mountain landscape the opposite direction. I think it's a better view. Very clean place and very cozy as well. When we come back to Keystone we will be staying here again.

This is our favorite spot in Keystone. Always a quiet atmosphere and steps to the gondola for a true ski-in/ski-out. Hot tub and steam room is our favorite and the ski lockers are a beautiful touch. This is true Colorado class. Customer service was top notch. Couldn’t ask for better.

We had a good 4 days in mid October. The condo was nice, big enough for 4 people at least. Kitchen was clean and nice, bathrooms were big, but the master bath shower didn’t work as well as the second shower. We used the hot tub and steam room several times, and those were nice. THe workout room was also well equipped. This is a great location and walking distance to the River run Gondola/Village. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there this winter when we return to ski.
