And when night comes, sleep comfortably on either a luxurious Sealy Hybrid mattress or the Laz-Y-Boy pull out queen with memory foam.

Amenities are plentiful: free Wi-Fi, Xfinity CATV with HBO and streaming apps, gas fireplace, remote control power window shades, elevator, heated garage, coin laundry, ice machine, and a ski locker. The shuttle bus picks you up right outside the building and can take you anywhere in the resort. There is even a heated shelter to relax in while you wait.

The Mall Condominiums are conveniently located in the Lakeside Village area of Keystone. The Keystone Conference Center, shops, restaurants, and activities are just steps away. The condo recently underwent a major renovation and has a new full-size kitchen, new flooring and paint, a skier prep area and a new luxury shower. A half bath was added in the upstairs bedroom for additional convenience.

A quick trip to Keystone

Such a wonderful place to stay for my conference. Extremely communicative, clear and accommodating hosts. Great location, loved taking river walks and exploring the plaza. Gorgeous spot and very comfortable. Also clean! My only complaint is that it does seem to get very hot throughout the day. Opening the windows helped a bunch but a big fan in the common space would be nice. I could see it getting super hot in there peak summer time. Maybe there was an AC unit but I didn't see one. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

Great Location and Amazing Views

The unit was absolutely beautiful and had some beautiful views, it was easy to locate and the reserved parking was heated and inside a huge shared garage which was a nice surprise. Another surprise that was not so nice was how extremely hot it was in the unit when we arrived at midnight. the unit was 84 degrees down stairs and 90 degrees upstairs where the bedroom is. There was one box fan upstairs, this definitely saved us as there is no way we would have been able to sleep with just the (useless ceiling fan. ALL the heaters were dialed to 80 degrees when we arrived and opening the windows downstairs when you are sweating proved to be difficult and there was no instructions, pro tip you open then from the other end of where you unlock and where most other windows will open, if the window only opens a crack it's the wrong side. I did email the management company and was responded to with a smart *** remark saying "This unit does not have an AC unit, hence why the temperature does not change when the thermostat is." That was a direct sentence that doesn't even make sense, but I guess Maria was trying to make me feel dumb with her hence. I was also told by her that there were fans in every room and there was not. I let them know that and no additional fans were ever dropped off nor did anyone from the management company come to the unit to check on things.

Our guests are very important to us, and we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication in our emails. We also asked if you needed assistance with the heat and offered to send our maintenance team, but we did not hear back or know that there were not enough fans in the property until after your departure. We wish we had known that you were still experiencing issues during your stay so that we could have made this right and had the opportunity to provide you with a better stay. We're happy to see that you enjoyed the views and parking at the property and truly appreciate your feedback. We will review this with our team to ensure we improve moving forward.

Just okay in the warmer months

Overall the unit was updated, comfortable and clean. However, there is no air conditioning and for some weird reason the owners have screwed shut ALL the windows on the main level! The two windows in the upstairs bedroom open, but they are right on the easily accessible rooftop. As a woman staying there alone, you would never want to sleep with the windows open! And even if you were there with other people, you could never leave the windows open because someone could so easily break in. Why the owners would do make the main floor windows inoperable is really unexplainable.

I apologize that your stay was not more inviting. I and Summit Count Mountain Retreats work hard to deliver a truly special place. This is my home for a number of months during the year, so I want everything to be pristine. It is difficult to immediately address every issue after a guest leaves the unit in the morning and a new guest arrives in the afternoon. You arrived in late June and some things needed repair. The guests 2 and 3 weeks prior gave excellent reviews. Somehow, in the week between when they left and you arrived, problems cropped up. I came out after you left and confirmed some things needed mending (e.g. towel bar, window blind, baseboard). I assure you every item has been addressed and again apologize that your experience wasn’t 5 stars.

Wouldn’t recommend

I was shocked to find this modern place did not have A/C and I arrived to find the heat on 70. In July - it was muggy and hot and I didn’t sleep well because of this. They supplied fans , one didn’t work. Who wants to sleep with a fan in your face? You had to go to some place a mile down the road to get your key and also respond with email and signed rental agreement in addition to booking it with air bnb , the whole thing was annoying.

The majority of properties in Summit County unfortunately do not have AC, so we do provide fans to help with this. I'm sorry to hear that one of them did not work properly! We have additional fans that can be delivered if we are made aware of the issue. The property requires a keycard for entry, so this does need to be picked up from our office.We try to make this process as easy as possible and are sorry to hear that you found it inconvenient. Nice spot. Great location!

Great location, very clean, and nice. The only thing is that the hot water did not last long at all. Not a huge deal, but you will have to be quick in the shower.

Beautiful

The condo was beautiful. All the creature comforts. Only complaint is Master bed is on 2nd floor and toilet is on 1st floor. Very nice having the heated underground parking garage.Safe and secure.
