This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features a private balcony with beautiful slope views and private grill for guest use. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, the entire unit features updated hardwood floors and granite countertops. Oro Grande is nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, and a short drive from Arapahoe Basin. Oro Grande Lodge also offers shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

Entryway offers convenient storage for your gear as you come and go with a storage bench, hooks and closet. The living area features a Smart TV, surround sound system, queen-sized sleeper sofa all next to a beautiful gas fireplace. Additional sheets and blankets provided in the closet. The large sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light, and beautiful slope views with a private grill for guests to enjoy.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Down the hall is the full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom also features a Queen size bed and has a flat screen TV with bathroom access just across the hall.

**Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Nice unit!

Nice unit that’s very well equipped....stayed the month of September ...substantial highway noise...unit is hot as we needed door and windows open with box fans running....building being painted during most of our stay, they were noisy and smelly with paint fumes and exhaust....one inconvenience is the accessibility of the garage with luggage carts...had to take cart outside to the parking lot where we had to park car to unload and load...can’t easily take a cart to the garage...no elevator access....also HOA turned off gas fireplace half way through stay...

We do apologize about the temperature of this building during your stay, A/C is rare here in Summit County and that is why we do supply box fans as well as guest can always look at the map on our website for property location or call us if they want to be in a quiet part of Summit County! We will also pass along this feedback to the HOA about the luggage cart situation!

Great Stay Close to the Slopes

This apartment is very well located, just 10 minute walk from the chairlifts. It also has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, complete kitchen, nice bathrooms and indoor parking. The pool and hot tub are a great perk my kid loved it.

Great location

Beautiful condo with lots of space for your group. You can take advantage having a well appointed kitchen to cook in if you so desire. Really enjoyed having heated garage & easy access to indoor hot tub/pool. The only thing is the hallways & common areas stay really warm all the time. Otherwise enjoyed our stay

Nice, but should be more for the price

The unit was clean and the main areas spacious. The bedrooms were a bit tight and we could not use any closet space because they were also packed with stuff. I liked having two bathrooms, but there were *just enough* towels for everyone and not enough for pool and showering for our party of 5. The main problem with the room was the heat. It was over 75 when we got there but the thermostat was set to zero. The guest book said there'd be a nest thermostat but there wasn't. The owners did send maintenance to check it out but they said there was nothing wrong. It just made it hard to sleep, impossible to enjoy the fireplace. Two of the bedroom windows could not be opened to help cool it down. The kitchen was decently stocked, but just one days worth of coffee. That was fine because we brought coffee, but the filters were the wrong size and the pot kept overflowing. It was just okay and with only two real beds in tight bedrooms, and few extras, a late check in and early check out, not to mention having to take out trash and do dishes at check out, it just felt like the price was way more than it should have been.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We do supply the amount of towels for the unit capacity, HOAs should provide pool towels at the pools for guests, but if they do not we can always call them to get some dropped off.

We had a GREAT time in a GREAT place

Great place. Great view of Keystone mountain. Hot tub and pool were nice and were used every day. Well stocked with towels, bedding, seating for 6 at table, a garage for our vehicle, and even a locker in garage for ski equipment. Only complaint would be the heat in the room even though we turned thermostat way down, but we managed it all with cracked windows. Kitchen had everything except a cookie sheet, but didn’t change my rating of 5. Kitchen even had coffee filters, salt/pepper and other seasonings, and more. On day of arrival, I received a text with helpful info about the place, and surrounding area, check in and check out info, etc. I would stay here again.

Great condo in a perfect location.

Condo was very clean and conveniently located near Keystone. The temperature was warm upon arrival but cooled down with the windows open. The staff was very friendly and easy to get a hold of when needed.

Great stay and good access to moutain

Had a great trip. Easy access to the Mountain and Gondola. Place was clean and well stocked. Had a little trouble controlling the heat even with thermosat turned all the way down, otherwise great stay.

Great stay

Very nice place, great amenities and directions prior/upon arrival. All the pots/pans, spices, utensils etc that you'd need. It was clean. The owner was very responsive and proactively reached out to us each day to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. We'd 110% stay here again.
