This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in the Plaza building. This condo sleeps 6 across two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private patio looking at the shared pool and mountains in the background. The Plaza Condominiums are conveniently located in the Lakeside Village area of Keystone. The Keystone Conference Center, shops, restaurants, and activities are just steps away. Keystone Lake is located at the center of the village, offering spectacular water and mountain views as well as activities. Rent a paddle boat in the summer or ice skate in the winter! Fishing is available right out the front door on Snake River. You also have access to Keystone Lodge & Spa next door that features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities.

This condo offers a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio; this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and coffee. Enjoy your home cooked meal with the whole family, the dining area seats six and there is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

The living area features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of seating. Cozy up by the fireplace with a book or watch the snow fall across treed views with mountains in the distance. For an additional sleeping option, the couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa.

The spacious bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. There is ample room to store your items with a large dresser, two bedside tables, and a closet for guest use. The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combination, double sinks, and granite countertops. There is also a water room for added privacy. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This vacation rental is new to our management program. Please note, parking for ONE vehicle is available in the underground garage.

Sisters Retreat

Our rental was lovely-right beside Snake River and we could walk to our children and grandchildren’s rentals. Lovely condo, great location and helpful staff. Thank you for a great get away. We hope to return next year.

Perfectly located, peaceful condo for conference in Keystone

Clean, very well equipped condo was the perfect home base for family of four while attending a June conference. Conference center was barely a 5-minute walk, while recreational walking/bike trail that follows river runs right by condo. Main Keystone village about a mile away (easy flat walk or a couple of minutes by car), and for hiking, Loveland Pass 15-20 minute drive.
Parking in garage super convenient.

Keystone

I’ve stayed in a couple of Summit’s places and they have all been wonderful and very clean! This place not so much. Several of the dishes and silverware were dirty, floors dirty and counter top not wiped down. Beds were very hard. Living room was great though! Would stay at another Summit place just not this one.

Good overall stay

Great stay overall; clean and comfortable place. Only complaint is it's location being a bit further away from the village. You'll either have to drive or take the shuttle.

Great location, very clean!

The vacation rental was very clean. It is in a great location and the management staff was super responsive. We had a great time! We even saw 4 moose right outside the property!

Very spacious comfortable condo

The condo was perfect for my wife and I. It was well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and steam room that was nearby.

Clean, comfortable, and roomy

This is by far the best one bedroom condo that we've rented. There was so much room. We had a game night with 6 people and were very comfortable. Many windows enhance the open feeling. Beds were comfortable as were the couches and chairs. Nice sized TV, clear with good reception. We didn't do any meals at the condo, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It is close to the pool, hot tub, plaza, walking path. We stayed in the summer, so not too sure about walking to the lift shuttle. Like all Keystone indoor parking...very tight for SUV. Visitor parking is practically non-existent, my son and my sister had to be creative when they came to visit. Would definitely rent again.

Good location

The place was clean and served the needs of our family of 4 for a weekend getaway. That said, the hot water heater needs to be replaced because there was only enough hot water for two quick showers. After a day of skiing, no one wants a cold shower! Also, the beds are incredibly hard.
