the place was roomy and comfortable. However a few things need to be addressed:
1)stairwell temperature was EXTREMELY warm--handrails were hot to touch & its varnish was melting to the touch.
2) Sauna was missing temperature control (not just the knob) which made it useless to use.
3) There were no instructions for any of the great controls(e.g., 2 TV remotes--looked identical but only 1 was the master control;great, new Kuerig coffee maker which had options for Kuerig cup or regular basket brew but how to choose and control and was there a preset?)
4) temperature control was spotty--extra bedroom was cold while main room had a blowing (premature fan blew cold air)air right on the sofa-sitters.
5) master bedroom had great folding shutteers but I think they were installed backwards--hard to open from the bedroom side.

The place was clean comfortable and homey. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were here for the Leadville 100 Mnt bike race..driving time to the different locations was great. The grounds of where we stayed were beautiful. No ac but we didn’t need it plenty of box fans. Would come back

Spacious, well equipped and organized, very detailed instructions, close to the shuttle and pool, convenient ski locker, nice balcony and view, close parking. Enjoyed the stay without any problems.

Overall adequate condo for a smaller group or family. Was disappointed the property hot tub was out of service during my stay. The sauna also looked rough and needs repairs.

Disclaimer - We tend to choose this unit for location, to visit family (not ski). The unit is a second floor walk up and we can walk to our family. It is economical and is good condition, normal wear for an older condo. We are only three, so it might be a bit crowded for more than two couples or a family of more than 5.

Great end unit on second floor. Larger than most 2 bedrooms. Two big moose lying in grass out our door on day 1. Older but well kept unit. Stove needs replaced and living area could use a larger TV. Really enjoyed our stay.

The vacation rental was great. The dishwasher wasn't draining but maintenance was there to fix it in a timely fashion. The only issue we did have was that a lot of the dishes in the cabinets weren't super clean and we had to wash things before using them. There were also a couple of throw pillows on the bed that had some kind of crust on them as well as one dirty pillowcase that we had to switch out with a spare. Other than those few things, everything else was amazing. The location was close to some beautiful hiking trails. The Dillon Reservoir is close by where we did some pontooning. We also got to see a Moose on the property. Overall it was a great trip.

The accommodations were fabulous. Unfortunately the hot tub has not working. This was a prerequisite to us booking and we were very disappointed that we were not aware when booking. We would have selected a different property. I would not recommend unless the hot tub was working.

We travelled to the area to visit family. We arrived late and the signage for this unit is not well lit and somewhat hard to find. The unit is a second floor main with a loft bed/bath. The location was within walking distance of our family which was the most important consideration. The condo was clean, but not spotless. We did some food prep and the kitchen was adequate to prepare a Thanksgiving meal to take to the family. The layout is what one would expect. We weren't skiing, but there was bus service and I assume it served Keystone Resort. There is a convenience store across the street.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked, and the bathrooms were very spacious with lots of storage. The fireplace was a added bonus that we all enjoyed. The swimming pool/ hot tub was a short walk away so that was nice since it was so cold outside. The only downside is how far you have to park to where the condo is. It made loading and unloading a little more difficult. But great location, condo was perfect. We will definitely be back!

the condo is a great space and met our needs, it felt more spacious than some and that was great, but could use some updating for sure. the shower curtains are moldly. we were very disappointed to find the pool ice cold, slimy and cloudy, they did come shock it after we called but still cold. the property management company said it was the HOA's problem and they could not really control it.. the hot tub was not working at all. Main reason we chose this condo was for the pool/hot tub for our kids to use so that was a huge disappointment and unfortunately for that reason we likely would not stay here again.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the space this property has to offer. We will certainly replace the shower liners. We can also understand your frustrations about the issues with the pool and the hot tub. However, we only manage the unit and not the common areas, as it is the responsibility of the HOA, but they are currently in the process of replacing the entire hot tub!

Could not ask for a better place for the price. The unit had everything I needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and a great view from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants, stores, hiking an fishing nearby.

Wonderful time with family in the mountains! The Condo was clean & had everything we needed. Pool & hot tub were right across from condo. Location was great to drive to Breckinridge , Copper Mountain & Dillon.

Clean and well located, but 2 of the 4 stove burners didn't work and the furnace would run LOUDLY all night blowing lukewarm air.

Felt like home the moment we pulled up as we’ve stayed in this same area multiple times. We were notified the pool was not available, but there was a chance it could be by the time we arrived. Most disappointing that it was being resurfaced and definitely not going to be ready for use. The hot tub was still usable, so this helped slightly to ease the pain, though it was out of service a few days as well.
Nice quiet unit. Loved having the fireplace to warm us up on chilly mornings/evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Towel refresh was appreciated mid-stay. Some work might need done in the upstairs bathroom, but was completely usable and nice to have in that space. Very comfortable unit. One of the humidifiers seemed to be missing a piece and was not usable. Plenty of extra blankets to snuggle under. We would stay here again.

We apologize for the pool closure during your stay but I am glad to hear that our staff was able to make you aware of this closure before your arrival. Nice ski condo, very well cleaned and homey. A little hard to find if you follow the map from the VRBO App make sure to come onto Tennis Court drive from the North side of the loop rather than the south.

Overall good. It’s very convenient to Keystone if that’s where you are staying. Nice layout and comfortable. The upstairs gets a little hot for sleeping (even when downstairs is cool). Parking nearest to condo is a little limited and the footing in the lot and sidewalks can be slick. I was in a party of two so the place was plenty big enough. I would up to 4 would be very comfy.

Our stay was enjoyable, it was everything we needed for our family. The only downside was the heating didn't work and we woke up to it freezing 65 degrees. And a 10am check out was too eary.

The HOA has not turned on the boiler to the complex just yet as temps have been pretty warm for this time of year, however the furnace has been replaced and is working great! However, we would have been more than happy to bring space heaters to the guest. 10 am check out time is standard in all ski resorts.

This property has great space, lofted ceilings, and a nice outdoor deck. The bar counter angles down so things fall off if not careful and the deck is uneven. However it is a great condo for the price.

Great complex and unit. Unfortunately, the slopes had to close after the first day of skiing. Understandable under the circumstances. We made the best of it with the rental unit. Most disappointing is there has not been an opportunity to recover monies for 3 day ski passes. Trust the ski resort will make this right.

Nice Place, good condition! There was something sticky on the kitchen floor and the carpets needed a vacuuming but it was fine. We enjoyed ourselves very much. I would recommend the facility put salt down as the warm days caused ice melt and the cold nights made the parking/walking areas refreeze so very slippery to walk on.

This is a large two bedroom right in Keystone. Ski shuttle located right outside the door. The access to the house was tricky in the dark. Real beds for six people. Very clean, minor maintainence in progress.

It’s was just amazing!! Quite and beautiful! It was enough space for all 3 of us. The upstairs bathroom has soooo much drawer space! I love that they kept a detail review on the website how to deal with the house example: keeping the humidifiers around the house. There is allot to do so plan ahead or just relax.. Either way you and your family would enjoy this area and this condo!

We were only staying 1 night to ski Keystone on a Friday and Saturday. My husband and I had 2 friends in town and wanted a place that would be comfortable for everyone. This condo was the perfect spot. It was very clean upon arrival. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen with dishes to use and towels in the bathrooms. The hot tub and pool clubhouse was a great amenity too after a ski day! I'd highly recommend staying here for even just a night, we'll be renting from these owners again!
