This updated multi-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, queen bed, and twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle. It features a private balcony with peaceful views of the tall pines and mountains on the top floor of the building. The fireplace and ample modern furnishings invite you to relax after a long day of adventure. The building provides its guests with a quiet mountain atmosphere while still being close to everything the resort has to offer.

The entryway has a bench and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a wood burning fireplace and a mounted flat screen TV. The cozy furnishings offer plenty of seating, and the surrounding windows offer beautiful views and natural light. There is a window nook off to the side, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee with the views. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers outdoor seating and beautiful mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features quartz countertops and updated stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is also stocked with household favorites including a crockpot, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a blender. Enjoy your home cooked meal at the dining table offering scenic views from the windows. The dining area comfortably seats four with four additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The first guest bedroom and master suite are located on the main level. The main level master suite features a king sized bed, large closet for storage, a smart TV, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower and double sinks on quartz counter tops. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle. It also features windows with mountain and treed views. The guest bathroom, located just outside the bedroom features quartz counter tops and a water room for added privacy.

The spacious top-floor master suite features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and quartz countertops. There is also water room that includes the walk-in shower for added privacy. Guests have access to a private washer and dryer in-unit, located in the master suite. Additionally, there is a sitting nook in the master suite.

Please be aware stairs are required to access this property. This is a third-floor walk-up.

*Please note, this vacation rental has a minimum age requirement and night requirement. The paying guest must be 26 years old to reserve and book a minimum of 2 nights. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. We hope to see you in Summit County soon!

Great for Families

Stayed in the upstairs room with our daughter and my friend's family used the rooms downstairs. The stairs (that we were well aware of) were tough when loading and unloading so be prepared for that, but we really enjoyed our stay and loved the space. Had everything we needed. Conveniently located near multiple bus stops as well.

Family Vacation

Loved the overall update of unit.
Great location and Nice views for morning coffee.
Very prompt maintenance service
(heating element was out on oven, replaced same day)

Was however disappointed in quality of kitchen accessories. Need to update cookware,OLD,Warped pans that spun almost off the stove while cooking, only 1 pot holder( was ripped), and the SMALLEST kitchen trash can (have bathroom 3 gallon for a 8 people unit). For someone who chooses to cook on vacation and the amount charged for these units you CAN do better.

These are all mentioned in description but just a Friendly reminder, there is No elevator and it is 3 flights of stairs, then additional stairs inside unit, the shared hot tub advertised still doesn’t work(as of Jan 2024) and the locker for ski equipment is only large enough for 2 maybe 3 sets of skis

Fantastic stay

Location was convenient being just minutes from keystone. The rental was modern and very clean with plenty of space to hangout and relax. We loved the storage locker that held our equipment so we didn’t have to carry it up stairs everyday.
My one single complaint was that the management company stopped responding to me on our second to last day. Even after a follow up “Hello?” 12 hours later, no response...

Great Spot!

Check-in was seamless and the unit was in great condition. Three colleagues went for a work trip but it could easily accommodate 2-3 small families with young kids.

Nice Unit

Rental was as described in the pictures online. However, the cleaning fees are ridiculous as you are expected to put run the dishwasher when you leave and empty the trash, leave your keys on the kitchen counter and if you dont, you are charrged.

Wedding at Keystone

We were in Keystone for a family wedding and stayed at this condo with our immediate family. This condo suited all our needs- it was very clean, the furnishings were up to date and the kitchen had all that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Clean, spacious, well equipped, and good location!!
We did not have an iron and an ironing board. This was brought up to the property maintenance department and they promptly got us both!
Will definitely return as well as recommend this property to friends and family!

Immaculately maintained Keystone getaway with a great view!

Beautiful and very clean property located in a well managed community. Check in/out process was easy and very quick. All of the property information provided was detailed and accurate. Full of windows and natural light, and a deck with a great view.
The mattress in one of the downstairs rooms (the room without the bunk bed) was sagging in the middle and not very comfortable. The bed in the upstairs room was small and had no box springs, just a thin metal frame that seemed a bit unstable. The owner should consider upgrading these, as tall or heavier guests would find both of these beds a problem.

Great views in a renovated space!

We really enjoyed this space. Comfortable beds and linens, modern renovations throughout, very clean, and fantastic views on a quiet road and well-maintained complex. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill even had a spare propane tank ready. We arrived to a pristinely cleaned condo and will definitely return.

Disappointed

We were t0ld the day before we arrived that our master shower was broke and might not be fixed. The heat did not work very well in the LR,it was 52 a couple mornings and was told we need to use space heaters and a fire to keep warm. Shower on 3rd floor was plugged and had to plunge to be able to use and with 8 people and only 2 working showers was ver inconvenient. Beautiful view tho.

Great Location, nice condo

We had a great time at this condo. The location was great, close to slopes, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The parking was a little tough to find something near our unit.
The condo itself was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, however we were not able to use one of the showers due to it leaking into the unit below us. Overall our stay was great and we would book here again!

Perfect place with beautiful views

We have enjoyed our stay at the Quicksilver very much,it is very spacious,it has all you need, close to the slopes as well as to the town .It has a beautiful trail to walk just next to the house. We would definitely stay there again.
