Great little get away with a great view. We lived that the bike path was right or the back door! Also it was nice how quickly they responded to any issues we had!Anonymous from Fort Morgan - Posted: 8/23/2024

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5 star rating - it's much appreciated!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
Location was great. Townhome was clean. Two main issues. 1. Thermostat does not work and it was way too warm in the townhome. Had to open windows to stay comfortable. Electrical outlets, especially in the main bedroom, were loose fitting and on some only the top outlet worked. These are both cheap and easy fixes that I hope are addressed soon. Also, keycards only worked the first day to the clubhouse and pool area. Called the number listed and was put on eternal hold.Anonymous from Rogers - Posted: 3/22/2024
Thank you for your review! We will be sure to look into both of these concerns!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
Pros: excellent location (a 5 minute walk to the gondola), beautiful view, well-stocked for cooking, clean, spacious, pool & hot tub access, and it was mostly comfortable.
Cons: the living room furniture has seen better days (the green armchair was musty so we covered it with a blanket to sit on it), the bunk bed frame was broken, and the lighting in the main area was so incredibly dim. The last issue is an easy fix- just get better and brighter bulbs.
We would stay here again, if only because the location was so convenient.Anonymous from Colorado Springs - Posted: 3/5/2024

A well-maintained and comfortable condo. Roomy bedrooms and living area. Well-stocked kitchen.
A very short walk to River Run gondola - and a within a short drive of A Basin.Anonymous from Powell - Posted: 1/28/2024

The location of this rental was wonderful. However, the furniture in the rental was old and quite uncomfortable. The rental was also incredibly dark, unlike in the photo. A few lightbulbs would have made a huge difference. Overall it was a good rental, but a little attention to detail would have made it a 5-star rental instead of a 4-star place.Anonymous from Spring - Posted: 12/27/2023

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback about our service.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
The place was great until Friday September 29. We did not have any hot water or heat that morning. We were to stay until Saturday but due to the problem we elected to leave a day early. When we contacted the customer service for the unit. They said that we were informed of the problem they were having on Thursday but never received an e-mail or text from anyone. The problem was Friday due to a broken pipe according to the property manager that came by soon after I had called with the problem.Anonymous from Lanark - Posted: 10/9/2023
We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review. Your feedback helps us to improve service for everyone.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
We were satisfied with the property, except for the beds. Both the guest room queen and the master king had seen better days!! Very uncomfortable, both beds were simply worn out. We left a day early, as we could no longer tolerate the beds. Unfortunately, the management company could not or would not offer a solution for the problem. With regard to the issue of comfortable beds we did not experience good customer service.Anonymous - Posted: 7/23/2023
Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your feedback!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
The facility is in a great peaceful place.Super clean. Ground floor entry with nice deck. The main room is super spacious with 9 foot ceilings. Kitchen is nice with gas stove and oven and granite countesr. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Dining table with 5 chairs and kitchen bar with 4 chairs. Very comfortable beds. Looks out over mountain and path to other areas, not parking lot or another unit like some units do. Heated pool was incredibly warm and comfortable even for cool day. Two working hot tubs a bit warmer than pool. Only real problem was that the directions they gave with a map and google were to a gate that DOES NOT OPEN with a room key - only open with in-car garage opener type unit. They need to direct you to 20 ****** Dory road off Montezuma road, not the one they give you. Not at all clear how to get in from their directions. Furnishings not new or fancy but satisfactory and homey.Anonymous from Columbus - Posted: 6/20/2023

This condo is very nice! Great location within walking distance to the Gondola at Keystone! Very clean and well organized! Beds are super comfy and kitchen and bath have all the supplies you need. It’s located in a quiet area and very close to the pool and outdoor hot tubs. We will definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I have is that housekeeping doesn’t need to use air freshener. We had to air the condo out upon arrival because it bothered my husbands allergies.Anonymous from Montague - Posted: 4/27/2023

We had an excellent stay at the townhome! The rental is specious and comfortable with a view of the beautiful mountainside and the slopes. We loved the location and the ability to quickly walk to the gondola or to River Run Village. We discovered that the hairdryer wasn’t working and the property management was quick to replace it! The next time we visit Keystone, we will check to see if this unit is available!Anonymous from Clemson - Posted: 4/4/2023

Very clean and bed capacity worked very well.
Stove top electric start did not work, had to light with match. Also front left burner did not work well. Dishwasher did not thoroughly clean silverware or plates.
But we were able to work around these things easily.Anonymous from Bloomington - Posted: 2/28/2023
Thank you for your honest review and we will be sure to follow up with our maintenance team about these concerns!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
This location is excellent, but only rudimentarily clean.
The shelves, cabinets and blinds all had thick layers of dust that aggravated my family's allergies. There was no way for us to clean during our stay. There were three brooms (no dust pan) and a small underpowered handvac that was so clogged with wet nasty dirt we had to clean it before we could even start to use it. When it was clean it only had suction for a couple minutes. I had to charge it 4 times to vacuum the floors one time. Also, would like to have some kind of mop to clean up spills in the kitchen.
Anonymous from Bossier City - Posted: 2/13/2023
Thank you for reviewing our property, I will pass this on to our housekeeping team and make sure the blinds and cabinets are cleaned thoroughly and had you brought these items to our attention earlier, we would have more than gladly addressed your cleaning concerns.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

Property is in a great location when construction is not blocking the path to the gondola. This was a huge issue for us upon arrival with two small children and an elderly grandma who had a tough time with the extended walk. The interior is a bit dated and the cool surround sound system has a blown center channel. The outlets are old and have a hard time supporting any kind of charger. Additionally, the outlets are very hard to access when you can find one. The lighting is also very dim in the main room/kitchen.Anonymous from Arvada - Posted: 11/28/2022
We thank you for having taken the time to give us an evaluation of your stay. We understand that is was an extended walk to the gondola during your stay, however the south bike path has since opened and is a shorter distance to walk to the gondola. We can certainly pass your suggestions along about the decor, sound system, and lighting. Had we known about the outlet issue, we would have happily sent our maintenance team to replace those- we will do that now. Thanks again, and we hope to serve you again soon.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

Very nice location with a short walk to the gondola. It is close to the outdoor pool and hot tub.
Everything was clean except the dishes. I had to Re wash everything in the kitchen. Everything: glasses, plates, silverware, cookware, crockpot.
The beds were all comfortable except the trundle mattress.
I would stay at this location again.Anonymous from Colorado Springs - Posted: 3/5/2022

Nevertheless, we’ll surely communicate your feedback to our housekeeping team and going forward, we expect more scrutiny about our facilities’ cleanliness. We hope to have you back soon as a guest of Summit County Mountain Retreats.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
The pictures do not do this place justice. It is updated, spacious, comfortable and a literal 4-5 minute walk to the Gondola lift. The beds were ultra comfortable and the showers were piping hot after a long day on the slopes. Absolutely recommend and hope to return.Anonymous from Derby - Posted: 2/27/2022

Condo close to lifts and has beautiful views of mountain. However, furniture needs upgrade. Also bathroom showers could have been cleaned better to remove mildew.Anonymous from Odessa - Posted: 2/27/2022

Great experience overall. While the unit could use some TLC we loved it again this year. The unit is close to the gondola and to the pool & hot tub. We love the view as well. The condo is quite spacious, tooAnonymous from Omaha - Posted: 12/14/2021

Overall the rental experience was good. The dishwasher needs repairs. It did not close properly and did not cycle through. When the soap container was closed, it never opened because of not cycling through. It would also be nice to have a couple of the small shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom.Anonymous from Warsaw - Posted: 8/20/2021
We are glad to hear that these guests had a good experience in this unit. The dishwasher has been addressed by our maintenance team at this time. We stock the units with an initial supply of soap are glad to provide additional toiletries at our office upon request as well! We hope to host these guests again in the future.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
Our second time staying here. It maybe dated and work around the edges, but completly comfortable. The balcony has a wonderful view of the river and mountains, grass you can play on and steps away from Riverrun. Wish they would get new mattress and bedding, but the space works so well for us we will come back as is.Anonymous from Fort Collins - Posted: 7/8/2021

Our rental was the best location! We were able to walk with our 3,7,12 year old to the gondola with ease. We were right next to the swimming pool and hot tub which was very convenient. We enjoyed both of those things. We had all of the kitchen items we needed for cooking. I loved having a laundry machine, with the kids everyone got dirty every day. The rental property management people were super nice and the directions were easy to follow. Overall this condo is a great location it’s comfortable and we had a great time. Would definitely book it again. Could maybe use a little bit of updating to the living room furniture but otherwise everything was great.Anonymous from Fayetteville - Posted: 3/27/2021
We are glad these guests were able to enjoy all of the amenities the unit had to offer such as the proximity to the gondola and the laundry in the unit. We hope to host these guests again in the future!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
The townhome was clean and well kept. It was roomier than other condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. WiFi and Cable were excellent. Only wish it had garage parking.Anonymous from St Petersburg - Posted: 12/22/2020

We loved the condo. It is 125 yard walk to the gondola. You have great mountain views, too. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the fire place and the kitchen. Loved parking at the front door, too.Anonymous from Omaha - Posted: 12/15/2020

This was a fantastic spot to spend a few days. We stayed in between summer and ski season, so there were not many people around, which made for the perfect vacation for us. 2340 was perfectly appointed and extremely clean.Anonymous from Falcon - Posted: 12/15/2020

Everything from the location and the view was phenomenal! We were there for 3 nights on a snowboarding trip and it was probably the best trip yet. The property was extremely spacious and comfortable.Anonymous from SAN DIEGO - Posted: 11/15/2020
Perfect place to stay for a few days of fun in Keystone and the surrounding mountain towns. Accommodations were good. Property was clean and nice and close to pool and trails. We enjoyed the kitchen and having a set of washing machines. Place is a little dark and could use more overhead lighting.Anonymous from Castle rock - Posted: 10/30/2020
We really enjoyed our getaway to Keystone! This particular condo is very well equipped and it is in the perfect spot. Super close to the pool, shops and restaurants. It is also right on the trail that leads all around yet it was quiet and overlooks the slopes/mountainside.Anonymous from Omaha - Posted: 7/22/2020
This condo is one story on the ground level. Close enough to everything to walk but not right in the midst of everything. We wanted something that gave us our own little space. The condo is spacious and well equipped for Storing ski equipment, cooking and comfort for relaxing. There is a small yard with a sidewalk that is a short walk to the gondola. We also enjoyed a night in the lodge playing pool and the jacuzzi. Rental process was easy. SCMR consistently sent emails to keep me throughly informed. Checkout process was easy. We really enjoyed our stay!Anonymous from Mobile - Posted: 3/17/2020
We had a great stay. the unit was around the corner from the pool and hot tub and a short walk across the parking lot to the gondola. The little town was easy to walk to as well.
The unit was clean and well-maintained. I would come back and recommend this property to friends and family. The only reason for the 4 star on the property general condition was because the bunk bed was a bit wobbly for the person sleeping on top. Our son chose to sleep on the couch instead.Anonymous from Lake Forest - Posted: 3/5/2020
We selected this townhome because it was close to the Keystone lifts and reasonably priced. It fully met our expectations. We were two couples and there was plenty of space. The view of the wetlands and ski mountain was great and would be good winter or summer. Living room was spacious. Kitchen worked well for us. Entrance area was great for all the ski equipment. Only regrets: Only one outside parking space (although were extra common spaces nearby), master BR was a bit tight, and windows/doors leaked cold air.Anonymous from Fort Collins - Posted: 2/29/2020
Location was the best! Ground floor and close enough to walk in ski boots and not rent a locker. Hot tubs and steam room were a 1 min. walk out the back door. Kitchen had everything we needed.Anonymous - Posted: 12/26/2019
Pictures make this place look well used,, with old green sofa. I almost rented a different unit based on this. So happy we stayed here. Furniture is tan microfiber NOT green - everything is modern and updated. LOVED the beds and wonderful shower. Lifts are within 2 blocks and swimming pool is down the walkway. Hoping to return to this rental in the future. Location and BEDS makes this place A+++++++. Would love to know the brand of the mattress I forgot to look.Anonymous from Gering - Posted: 12/3/2019
We have stayed in 2340 before-great location and amenities. SCMR property management is always great. Glad that there is a step stool now in the guest bathroom for kids. It is the little things that matter when you are travelling with the little ones. We would stay there again. One wish for improvement-too many TV remotes to deal with :(Anonymous from Irvine - Posted: 11/4/2019
Wonderful unit with plenty of space! A favorite for our family. We can’t wait to stay there again!Anonymous from Castle Rock - Posted: 10/8/2019
We were so excited to stay in the Red Hawk townhomes this trip. A few years ago we stayed at the lodge and my daughter was upset the same condo wasn't available but this home turned out to be perfect for us since we already knew the complex and all its amenities. The extra space was great as our future daughter-in-law joined us as well. It was the perfect spot for all of our Summit Country adventures.Anonymous from DALLAS CENTER - Posted: 8/20/2019
Everything was great! The check in process was very easy and quick. The condo is in a great location, and the scenery is breathtaking! Just steps away from the pool, trail, water stream, and ski lift. The furniture and mattresses could use some updating, but other than that, it was perfect! Thanks so much!!Anonymous from Paragould - Posted: 8/18/2019
Nice sized unit for our family of 4. Nobody had sleep on the couch and the adults had their own room. Kids could play pool at the condo high rise next door and swim. Short walk to town. Nice sized kitchen and living area.Anonymous from Windsor - Posted: 8/11/2019
This is the second time we've stayed at Red Hawk, and we love the location. It's far enough away from the village to enjoy some quiet time, but close enough to walk to the lifts and village.Anonymous from Flower Mound - Posted: 7/31/2019
We visited this location for 3 days. The location was perfect, lots of things to do in the area. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the master bed squeaked something awful. You couldn't get in and out of bed without it being very loud. Probably something simple like tightening the headboard. And one of the chairs on the patio was torn as if someone stood on it. But other than that, we had a great time and would definitely go back.Anonymous from WOODSTOCK - Posted: 7/22/2019
Location, Location, Location. Just perfect to enjoy a July Vacation in Keystone. The patio has wonderful views, just off the bike path and you have a great space of open grass and the patio to enjoy. The furniture is dated/worn but works, the unit is quite large and we cooked and entertained 10+ people several nights. Beds were fine, pillows again kind of worn. We would stay here again without a doubt, the dated furnishings pale in comparison to ease of use, location and peacefulness.Anonymous from Fort Collins - Posted: 7/8/2019
This is a great place to stay. Perfect for the family exploring Keystone or using it as a dropoff point for day excursions. We were staying close by for a conference for my wife while I worked remotely from the townhouse. Our only issues were that the gas grill by the pool never got set up in the week we were there. One of the hot tubs was not working and the steam room was turned off the whole week.Anonymous from Aurora - Posted: 6/24/2019
We had a great stay at the townhome. It was secluded and quiet, but an easy walk to river run. Gondola and Red Hawk pool/hot tubs within sight of the back porch. Not much extra space in the bedrooms, but this is made up in the common area, with the entrance hall and living room larger than the pictures appear. We did several loads of laundry and had no problems with the dryer (as some previous reviews noted). Great value as well and we would book again.Anonymous from Louisville - Posted: 6/16/2019

Perfect rental in a perfect location. Very close to everything the resort has to offer and we loved the fact that we were able to walk out to the yard as we pleased. The kids were able to sled in the back within our view from the living room window, which was awesome! We will definitely be going back next year!!Anonymous from Houston - Posted: 12/5/2018
We loved this condo so much that we booked it again already for another weekend. It is reasonably priced but with an amazing location and all the standard amenities. Walk out the back door to the lifts and to the hot tubs!
Previous reviews have mentioned the king bed and I do have to agree that it is a little uncomfortable but it is nothing undoable by any means. We slept 6 adults with great comfort and ease and could have squeezed a couple more. All and all the price and location just can't be beat!Anonymous from Berthoud - Posted: 11/15/2018
We stayed here during fall shoulder season and it was very quiet and peaceful! Lots of beautiful hiking trails within 30 minutes. Most of the restaurants aside from Inxpot were closed so we ended up in Dillon, Breckenridge and Vail for eating and shopping instead. Townhome was very clean, but furniture needs to be upgraded. A recliner in the living room and new couch would have been nice to relax in after a long day of hiking. Master king bed very uncomfortable (I promise, I'm not a bed snob!)however, bunk bed mattresses in the other room seemed fine. We did not use the indoor Red Hawk amenities, but the nearby hot tub and pool were delightful! Loved sitting on our back porch to enjoy peaceful views of the mountains, stream and walking trail. Manager provided fantastic check in/check out texts and emails. We needed maintenance to come secure a window lock and the problem was address within a few hours. Get a new mattress and a comfy living room couch and chair and we'd be back in a heartbeat!Anonymous from Polk City - Posted: 10/1/2018
We've always stayed at Hidden River Lodge when we go to Keystone, but decided to try something different. We enjoyed the location, amenities, and the spacious layout of Red Hawk 2340. Our kids loved the pool, hot tubs, and game room. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and stocked, and the views were lovely. For an older looking complex, it was well maintained. It could have been a little cleaner (some hair in the bathroom drawers and floor) but nothing terrible. I personally prefer an upper floor over a ground property so that's the only thing I'd like more. That's just me though and nothing to detract from this rental. Overall, we had a good time and will likely be back!Anonymous - Posted: 9/25/2018
We could not believe how perfect this place was. Every morning we'd have coffee on the deck and then step onto the walking trails for a stroll. Every evening we'd take another walk and often see moose bedding down in the marsh. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and really comfortable. We were traveling with our 14 month old and were very pleasantly surprised at how baby-friendly it was. In fact, the spa/pool area is so close that we could put the baby down for bed and take the baby monitor to the hot tub.
We were there during the off-season so we didn't really visit River Run or the gondolas much but you are literally steps away from them. We also enjoyed exploring Breckenridge, Frisco, and Dillon. Family tradition to grab a pastry from Butterhorn Bakery in Frisco and it did not disappoint. Happened upon Mom's Bakery in Breckenridge and LOVED it. We mostly ate at the condo or picnicked on the trails which saved us some money. We mostly come for the hiking and the breweries. We had a great time hiking Spruce Creek to Mohawk Lake, Lily Pad Lake from the Frisco trailhead, and McCullough Gulch trails. The baby enjoyed tromping around at Sapphire Point and he had a blast exploring the walking paths right outside the condo. He also loved the playground at River Run. Favorite breweries were Breckenridge Brewery (Breck), Broken Compass (Breck), Dillon Dam Brewery (Dillon), and Outer Range Brewing (Frisco).
This was our first time traveling with the little one and we really didn't know how much we'd be able to do around naps, bedtime, meals, moods, etc. We were worried we'd be "stuck at the condo" the entire week. First of all, we weren't. We had plenty of time to explore. But second of all - if we had been - we would have chosen the *perfect* place to be stuck. I 100% would recommend it to you and we hope that we will return and stay here again soon.Anonymous from Austin - Posted: 9/23/2018
We love this townhome!! It was a little bit dirty, but then again, so is my house. We will see you next year.Anonymous from Russell - Posted: 8/12/2018
This place is pristine, big and so comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities. We loved the proximity to the gondolas and River run village. Keystone is such a beautiful place in the summer. We would love to come back in the future!Anonymous - Posted: 7/22/2018
I enjoyed my stay very much. The views were spectacular, and the location was fantastic. The kitchen was very nice and had everything I needed except for a biscuit cutter.
I had a problem with the TV and wifi when I arrived. It was after business hours before I realized it, so I had to wait until the morning to contact management. It wasn't until late afternoon before it was fixed. Later that evening the TV stopped working again, I think for a different reason. It cleared itself up a few hours later and worked fine the rest of my visit.
As other reviews have stated, the mattress in the master wasn't very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was old and not particularly comfortable. Not terrible, but not great. The linens and towels were all first rate, however.
In spite of the furniture and mattress, I would probably rent this place again.Anonymous from Choctaw - Posted: 6/20/2018
Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your patience with the TV not working. We will pass along your feedback about the mattress and furniture to the homeowner. Biscuits sound yummy! You can also use a glass or an empty tin can in place of a biscuit cutter, or go the rustic route and form them with your hands (just get some flour on them first!). We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
We could not be happier with our stay: this townhime is more spacious than it liiks in the pictures. Godola was less than a minute walk; We could see fireworks from our back deck, and children could go out to sled in the back yard and make snowmen, hot tub and pool is just across the yard. we were very happy with out choice of housing.
Summit’’s office staff are winderful people-we have rented with them before and will certainly do it next year. Hope this particular unit is available for our next vacation.Anonymous from Irvine - Posted: 4/11/2018
GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION!. VERY ROOMY FOR COMPARED TO TYPICAL 2 BEDROOM PLACES IN THE CO MOUNTAINS!!!Anonymous from Brighton - Posted: 3/27/2018
Thank you!Anonymous from Cedarburg - Posted: 3/27/2018
We had a great stay at Red Hawk. Just a short walk to the gondola for skiing and a short walk to the village for shopping and dining. The management company was very accommodating, as our humidifier did not work. A replacement was brought within the hour. Our unit was clean and comfortable for four people. The only improvements I could recommend is that our master bathroom shower curtain was moldy and should be replaced and the selection of pots and pans in the kitchen could have been better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay in Red Hawk again.Anonymous from CHATTANOOGA - Posted: 3/1/2018
Annual ski trip with the fellas and this place was phenomenal. Well-appointed kitchen, plenty of space for our crew (five this year). In-unit laundry meant we could all pack a little lighter for four days on the mountain. Clean unit, very well maintained. The night we arrived, it *dumped* snow... waking up and looking out over the back patio at all that fresh powder got everyone's motor running. Just a great time!
Guess who just got back today? Them wild-eyed boys that had been away. Haven't changed that much, to say; but man, I still think them cats are crazy. They were askin' if you were around - how you was, where you could be found - told 'em you were livin' downtown, drivin' all the old men crazy.
The boys are back in town.Anonymous from Lisle - Posted: 2/28/2018
Great location and spacious, needs new furniture and mattresses. Not particularly clean, found previous occupants socks behind nightstand.Anonymous from La Crosse - Posted: 2/19/2018
We appreciate the feedback. We apologize that the vacation rental was not as clean as it should have been. We will follow up with our housekeeping staff.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff
Perfect location, loved being on ground floor and able to walk right to walking trail; beautiful grounds. The townhouse had plenty of extra toilet paper and kleenex -unlike the very expensive house we moved to for the wedding!Anonymous - Posted: 10/8/2017
We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. The kitchen was lovely and the breakfast bar was a favorite spot for meals. My kids loved the bunk beds. The master bed wasn't very comfortable, it might be time for a new mattress. We enjoyed the backyard and deck. Even brought our BBQ with us and grilled out a few times. The proximity to the walking path and pool was nice and being able to back your car up to the front door and unload was very convenient. My husband did some maintenance like repair a window that wasn't closing properly and he also repaired the back porch light that was inop. I think that made him feel like at home
Overall we loved our visit and would recommend this townhouse to a friend.Anonymous from Russell - Posted: 9/8/2017
Clean, well stocked..Anonymous from Russell - Posted: 9/6/2017

Convenient to river run and gondola. Five to ten minute walk. Table seats six with three additional at bar. Bench in entry for boot removal.Anonymous from Xenia - Posted: 2/20/2017
Lives bigger and nicer than pics. Overall outstanding experience. Pool was to cold one night but they told us we could use the Dakota facility. The dryer cuts small holes on clothes so make sure you don't use the dryer until they get this fixed. We had a number of shirt casualties. Management asked my wife for pics of damage and they will consider paying us for the damage. Not yet resolved. Some of the shirts we lost were 50-100 so it adds up quick. We will stay in this unit again after they purchase a new dryer.Anonymous - Posted: 2/13/2017
Spacious living room area for our group, and great views off the back porch. I can imagine this would be spectacular in the summer months! This is very close the community pool/hot tub and about a 5 min. walk to the gondola.Anonymous - Posted: 2/13/2017
Cozy condo and 5 minute walk to Gondola and ski school. Very close to pool and hot tub, and just a minute walk to the common area. Loved our stay!Anonymous from Broomfield - Posted: 1/2/2017
Loved every moment of the townhome great location and very clean only downfall was the lefts cost way more than expectedAnonymous from Overland - Posted: 12/30/2016
Nice place to live in and convenient to local ski resorts.Anonymous - Posted: 11/25/2016
The condo was beautiful and great location! Stocked with all the items you would need. Only complaint is the master bed is very hard, pillow top would help! The view is beautiful and you can hear the stream with open windows.Anonymous from Forest Lake - Posted: 11/13/2016
My kids and I loved this condo. It was beautiful to see the mountain right out your windows. You can sit on the porch and listen to the river, and see wild life. We did get to see moose one morning.Anonymous from Greeley - Posted: 11/12/2016
GREAT PLACE TO STAY. THE OPEN CONCEPT OF THE LAYOUT OF THE PLACE IS SO WELCOMING. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM ARE GOOD SIZE AND CONVENIENTAnonymous from Lanark - Posted: 8/30/2016
Great location. Ample space.Anonymous from WOODBURY - Posted: 8/30/2016
The condo was perfect for our stay - it was clean and cozy inside with a beautiful, direct view of the mountains from the patio. Location was near the pool, the stream and the walking trail to the gondola or shopping and restaurants..Anonymous from Saint Paul - Posted: 8/27/2016
Nice place. We had a great time staying at #2340 Red Hawk. Clean unit that had everything we needed. It beat the heck out of staying at a hotel. Very quiet location with a security gate that made it very private. Will look into staying in this unit in the future.Anonymous from DALLAS - Posted: 8/19/2016
Great stay. Amazing condo. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with needed utensils and dishes. We definitely will keep this as a FAVORITE!!Anonymous from Stockton - Posted: 8/15/2016
We switched to this unit after staying in the main Red Hawk Bldg 5 times. We loved the extra living space & bigger kitchen as we have our 3 boys with us. Didn't hear any noises from our upstairs neighbors, which was a concern with a ground floor unit. Well-equipped kitchen, awesome, thick bathroom towels & soft sheets. Only room for improvement was the sitting area furniture. The couch and arm chairs were uncomfortable..we stuck pillows under the cushions to make them better. Also the king bed mattress was not comfortable and could use replacing. Bunk/trundle beds in other room were great. Rental team was great. Would definitely stay there again...especially if they get some new furniture and mattress!Anonymous from st louis - Posted: 8/1/2016
Beautiful views & great location for summer visit. We could here the river running from porch & when windows were open. Only a few negatives, they were painting the outside the first 2 days we were there so there were workers right outside our windows which most of them were covered with plastic to keep paint off so we couldn't see out. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen towels for cooking & doing dishes. Overall it was a great stay our kids Loved the bunk beds, pool & hot tub :)Anonymous from DEPEW - Posted: 6/21/2016
