We were up and Dylan for a wedding that was taking place there. The Airbnb was a wonderful place for us to stay for tonight's before the wedding and after. Everything was beautiful, especially the view. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was the rug in the kitchen. Many of us were we tripping over it.

Directions to access entry were great, however instructions to find guest passes were not updated to show that passes were in the condo itself, not the locker by parking spot. Management was also switching from email to texting the weeks prior to our stay, so it was very confusing trying to locate information needed prior to arrival. We were unable to sign onto the internet, i texted the number included with check in info however we never received a reply for 2 days, and only after we finally spoke with someone in the office. Internet was never connected during our stay after technician troubleshooted . Condo was wonderful accommodations!! Communication not so great.

This property was perfect. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your stay in Dillon. The building feels new and nice inside and solidly constructed. High ceilings, lots of windows and never heard anything through the floors or walls. Inside the unit feels very nice and updated. All of the beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the unit was very clean. Property managers were easy to communicate with before arrival and during our stay. Amazing location right in town with a view of the water from the balcony too. Highly recommend choosing this unit for your next stay in Dillon!

The condo was a perfect place for our family vacation. The condo is spacious, beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. The location is a close walking distance to a new park and playground, which our grandkids loved. The lake was also a very quick walk and we enjoyed all the activities it had to offer. The management customer service was great and we found the rental experience very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.

Be careful when reserving the was my first time to use Airbnb and I got charged a $305 fee by them and then the reservation was turned over to Summit County Mountain Retreats and I was charged more fees. Just be sure and read everything very carefully before signing the paperwork. I learned a hard lesson. We own our own condo in Dillon, so we were very familiar with the building and area. The unit was exactly as the photos showed and a perfect place for our family members!

We are the management company of this condo and VRBO (where this guest booked) is a listing website, the listing website does charge the traveler fee for each reservation on top of what is being paid to us for the actual condo, we will never add on any fees or charge additional fees without reaching out to the guest first.

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 3 kids (18, 15, 12). The dual main suites are perfect for this arrangement. bunk beds were great and big and the pull out couch in the loft worked for our 12 year old. One suggestion is to put a ceiling fan in that loft area above the stairs. There are no windows and no air flow at all.
The upstairs main suite needs better lighting over the bed. I read at bedtime and couldn't see well enough to do so.
One issue we had was the smoke detector in the kitchen is SUPER SENSITIVE. We boiled water for mac & cheese and it went off. We made scrambled eggs and it went off. No matter what we were doing in the kitchen, anything on the stove made it go off.
Other than that - this place was great! The location was super nice to be able to go several places on day trips. The view from the porch is phenomenal. Hope to come again!

Condo was just as described. We have been coming to the area at least 2x a year for the last 10+ years, this is one of the best condos we have stayed at in Summit County. In floor heat worked througout and was responsive. Spacious enough for 6. Plenty of storage in the kitchen for groceries and places to spread out. Wifi was fast and consistent. TVs in rooms worked great. Fireplace worked and put out heat. Sofa was comfortable and lots of room to gather. Bathrooms had great water pressure and showers were clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Provided humidifiers were clean and worked. Pass was closed when we were leaving and management granted us extended stay until the interstate opened! Minor issues - Storage locker handle/lock was broken. Kitchen soap dispenser was broken. Linens on bed in main floor master were mismatched for size of bed (king duvet cover with a full comfortor on a queen bed). Snowed daily (yay!) but plows were constant street noise all night - we often don't stay right in town for this reason so it is to be expected. Brooms for daily upkeep were in rotten shape and no vaccum cleaner. No view of the lake, only other condos and 10-mile range.

Here in Dillon for a family wedding, great place to stay for our families together. Very clean and comfortable beds. Used the kitchen for cooking and everything we needed available. My husband and I stayed in the Sail Lofts condo with another couple for a few nights in the Spring. This condo has the “wow” factor! It is large, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, very well appointed and has a great balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. The location is walking distance to the lake and downtown Dillon and an easy drive to Breckinridge. The service we received from the rental agency was friendly and fast! We have stayed in many short term rentals in our travels and this was among the best.

There was nothing to speak of one way or another. Except, Summit County Mountain Retreats sent relentless messages regarding check in and check out, as well as numerous messages asking for a review. This has all detracted from my vacation experience. The condo was OK, but not great.

We are also sorry that our automated system was annoying to this guest. We have found that it is better to use a system that allows guests to report issues quickly and easily, rather than waiting on hold for extended periods of time during peak times. Additionally, we offer multiple ways of interacting with our staff that are quick and easy. This includes our phone system, texting system, mobile app and email. It is our goal to give our guests multiple ways to interact with us in the easiest manner possible so that they can enjoy their stay.

Super nice place - right in the middle of all the Dillon activities (breweries, restaurants, music) which is exactly what we wanted. Do note - if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the best option - can be a little noisy outside when windows are open - but again, that’s what we wanted. That being said, the views from the balcony and rooms are outstanding and the lake proximity is about as good as it gets. Lots of activity near by. Generally well stocked kitchen, and they had fans and humidifiers which were helpful. Could use a blender! All in all, this place could become a regular stop for us. A++ all around.

This was a kids and grandkids vacation. With the playground and lake, all within easy walking distance (even for the kiddos), the location was perfect. The space allowed for family gathering and yet was laid out so you could have privacy, the perfect balance. We were NOT prepared for no AC in the unit (common in Summit County), and things “cooked up” a bit in the afternoon sun, but it cooled down nicely at night, and there were plenty of fans. Excellent rental experience!

The location of the sail lofts is ideal if you prefer options. It's located near bars and restaurants (walking distance for many), very close to the lake, shopping, and great for going to multiple ski towns. Quieter than staying in the busier ski towns, and wonderful views when traveling in any direction.

It was the second time we stayed at this property for a family ski trip. We had plenty of room and everything was clean. Only two recommendations - get pillows in the living room that don’t shed and fix the stove so it will close .. the kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Overall, we would stay again.

My husband, 8 month old son and my parents all had a wonderful stay at the Sail Lofts. It located with in a few minutes to several great restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We were skiing in Copper only but the drive was easy and only about 20 minutes. Keystone is right around the corner and we met a few people in the building that were skiing Breckinridge.

The place felt much bigger than pictured. My husband and I stayed downstairs and had our own bathroom with a great shower. The second bedroom in the first floor has super comfortable double bunk beds. The second floor has a loft area which was perfect for my soon to roll around while grandma did some work. My parents had plenty of privacy on the second floor.

The beds are ultra comfortable, the towels are soft, and the floors are heated!

The only negative aspect about the stay was that the washing machine had a very noticeable mildew smell that hits right when you walk in the door. We tried to run sanitize on the washer and air it out but that did not help. We notified the rental company so hopefully it has been addressed. But even with that I would give it a 5 star stay and would absolutely book again when we are back in town.

We arrived just after 4:30 which was our check in time, the property wasn't ready until after 5:30, the cleaning crew was parked in our only designated spot and they also took the only luggage cart for their own use and never returned it back down.

We called the management company about not being able to check in and they said they tried calling and were unable to leave a message because my voice mail was not set up - that is incorrect and we tested it. Voice mail works fine.

The washing machine had a moldy odor coming from it that spread throughout the condo, like it hadn't been clean for a long time.

The main microwave doesn't work, don't worry there's two more??

We found a strip of fake eyelashes in the couch, obviously the couch hadn't been cleaned/vacuumed in a long time.

Toilet paper holders were falling off in every bathroom. Bathroom sinks were clogged and would not drain.

We were left with just TWO trash bags for 10 people and a 3 day visit.

The description that we were given says to bring a bathing suit for the hot tub .. there is no hot tub - 6 real disappointed kiddos.

The pretty lamp shade in the main picture is missing .. it is just a light bulb...

We will not be back.

Thank you for your honest opinion. We have sent your comments to the staff concerned. I apologize for this bad experience. It is very disappointing to hear what happened. After looking into this further, we have found that the phone number on file for the guest was not correct, the guest input the phone number wrong when they made their reservation. Our staff reached out to the phone number the guest provided us with, we are sorry they put the wrong one down and we were not able to get in touch with them to notify of the delay of check in time. We do have a clause in our rental agreement that covers a delay in check in time and goes over the options the guests have, if they run into this unfortunate situation. We will have our matineance staff look at the toilet paper holders and the bathroom sinks. In our rental agreement and guest booklet that are both available for guests to see prior to check, it states that we only provided the initial supplies and guests are required to source anything outside of that. We have reviewed the listing and everything that was sent to the guest and there is no mention of a hot tub, we are sorry they were confused.

Nice clean place with modern finishes. Close to Keystone, Copper Mtn and Breck. A mile away from City Market and shops including Outlets of Silverthorne. No need to buy sleds because they have plenty for your family to use.

We had 8 guests (2 families of 4) comfortably in this unit for a Christmas ski trip. The location was excellent for access to Keystone and Breckenridge. The unit was modern and cozy. All bedrooms and the loft had humidifiers. The cookware was high end. This unit looked very new. We could not have been more happy with the accomodations.

We love this condo! The proximity to the lake and resorts makes it the perfect place for us. The condo is BEAUTIFULLY furnished and we just loved the space. Communication with the property management was proactive and clear. I never had questions because everything was clearly stated.

Immaculate Condo! Everything we needed in this condo. Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone! Very easy check in / out and very helpful staff contacted us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything! Absolutely 5 Star vacation home in a great location! Thank you!

The unit was very conveniently located next to a shopping area in Dillon, but did not sacrifice on the view! We had to cut our trip short due to the increase in COVID-19 across the country and management took care of us accordingly. We are definitely considering rebooking for next year!

Stayed here for 4 days in late February. The condo is amazing in every respect. Sparkling clean, in fact everything is brand new. Huge rooms with a private bathroom each. Modern interior and the best feature that each room has a humidifier to combat the dry air of the mountains. Will stay here again for sure.

I live in Dillon and had some guests in town. Decided to rent a local place to have more room for us and a mini-vacation from living in a vacation town.

this place was super nice. wireless chargers by every bed, great location near the marina. beautiful kitchen, and amazing internet speeds.

AAA+++ unit and experience from top to bottom.
heated floors in the bathrooms were nice as well.

The location was perfect, we went up to enjoy the ice castles and scenery.

We had a fantastic stay - the place is beautifully decorated and clean. Communication was top-notch. We visited the Ice Castles during our stay and were pleasantly surprised that it was only a few minute walk from the accommodations. We did have an issue with the building (although this had nothing to do with the unit); there was unfortunately vomit in the hallway for about 24 hours. Again, the unit itself was impeccable.

The homeowner of your vacation rental, upon reading your review, reached out to the HOA to pass along the feedback. From the HOA Manager: "This was a very unfortunate incident. We went to Dillon to visit the Ice Castles and wanted a place to stay that was close. This condo was absolutely perfect!

The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The layout was perfect for my family. My husband was able to get some work done upstairs, while my 4 year old did his thing down stairs!

Of all the VRBO's we've stayed in across the country, this has been one of the best. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit!

Very nice and clean condo. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Spacious, our group was very comfortable in this condo. Management was very easy to contact. We had no issues.
