The full-size luxury kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites that include a crockpot, blender, food processor, and more! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats four and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar.
The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings. Warm up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the mounted Smart TV with Xfinity streaming and sound bar. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the couch is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet. The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating and sweeping mountain views.
The master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and ample storage. Enjoy mountain views from the sitting nook by the window. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom also offers a sitting nook by the window, ceiling fan, and ample storage. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.
Guests of Sail Lofts can park two cars on site, one car inside the heated garage and a second in the open parking lot. A third car can be parked in the Town of Dillon parking areas when available. There is also a storage closet for storing gear and elevator for guest use to access this rental.
Please note this property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved and a minimum age of 26. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. We hope to see you in Summit County soon!
