Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, tvs in every room, mountain window views 360*, plenty of bathrooms and showers. Heated floors, warm fireplaces and hot water. Coffee pot, slow cooker, toaster and all the items needed to make all meals. Stocked with toilet paper, tissues, shampoo and conditioner, soaps for sinks, showers and laundry. Clubhouse including fireplace, sitting area with pool table, bathrooms, pool and hot tub. We had an issue with the dryer and it was fixed within a few days. Clean and very well maintained. Close to all shopping and dining needs. I’d love to stay again if the opportunity arises. Mountain trail behind units and sidewalk for biking. Highly recommend.

In general the condo was very clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped but the coffee maker did not work. Water boils but does not come out the spout over the grounds. The top floor king mattress needs replacing. Very visible sagging on each side. The pillows were a bit too firm for my taste. Pros: fireplaces, video game console was a hit with my kids, heated garage, views, sleds in the garage, plentiful hot water. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was stunning. New, warm, lots of windows and ambient light, convenient location, private bedrooms so kids could sleep without being bothered by noise in the main room. Complex has a beautiful hot tub which is a short walk away. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

This home was fantastic. It is so well maintained and comfortable for our crew. Everything we needed was available and stocked. It was a short walk to the shuttle in the mornings to hit the slopes. Hot tub was perfect to end the day.

We stayed here with a bunch of our extended family for a long weekend getaway and loved the house! We had ample amount of space and there was so much to do! The pool was the biggest hit with the kids and adults alike. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with every gadget needed to make meals super easy.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. The unit itself was awesome. It was well maintained and had everything we needed. It was quiet and great for relaxation, even with a three year old. The nearby towns were great. So much to do and see (hikes, lake, river, shopping and the gorgeous scenery surrounding everywhere you turned. Would definitely return!

We always love staying at Settler's Creek. This condo was just perfect for us. We so enjoyed it. Our only issues on this trip was that there was a couch in the garage when we arrived. We were allowed to move it to facilitate parking our vehicle. But the couch in the house was broken on one end making it very uncomfortable. The other issue is the washing machine didn't work the entire time we were there. When you plan a week long trip to a condo with an advertised washer / dryer...you purposely pack planning to be able to wash. It was a pretty big bummer...but we made it. Overall...the place is wonderful and we would certainly return.

The townhouse was beautiful, although I was surprised by the amount of stairs. It was great to have our own laundry. The kitchen was great, as we prepared a lot of our own meals. Very nice and quiet location. We did have to call the company for help with a couple of things, but they were very responsive.

The place was clean and lovely, just as the pictures showed. The big disappointment was the pool, hot tub and club house are only open during the weekends. This is not stated in the listing or mentioned in the constant communication with the property management (via text and email). Considering we booked the place for a quick getaway during the week, it seems this should have been mentioned. This was especially disappointing Considering relaxing in the hot tub was going ro be the main experience of our getaway.

There was ceiling damage in the queen bedroom that should have been fixed, but it didn't affect our stay. Checking in and checking out were effortless and well-thought out. To say we were happy with our rental would be an understatement. There is so much to brag on about this rental. The location was perfect; tucked away in a quiet mountain neighborhood yet still close enough to all the other mountain towns. We were grateful for the views from inside our townhome... especially the morning we woke up to a June winter wonderland with 6 inches of snowfall over night. Everything inside the rental was clean and organized. We took evening walks every night and found some really cool hiking trails within the community (I would recommend highlighting this somewhere within the advertisement for the rental and this was probably the best perk for us). We would love the opportunity to rent this townhome again, especially in winter season.

This is a lovely property. It was very clean and in a quiet location. Loved the gas fireplaces. The only suggestion I have is for the owner to replace the pans with non stick interiors. We cooked several times and it was difficult to clean the pans. There was an issue with the upstairs heating unit and Summit County Mountain Retreats were quick to respond and everyone that came to repair the unit were very professional.

Fantastic townhouse in Settlers Creek. Less than 5 minutes from River Run Village. Property description is accurate and house was well-maintained and clean. Summit County Mountain Retreats was very responsive and excellent to work with.

Property had heated entryway with closet for storing ski attire.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, nice separation of bedrooms for privacy. Lots of windows with snowy views. Enjoyed warming the place up with fireplaces, nice having washer/dryer inside unit. Wonderful to have a garage and downstairs walk in closet area to leave ski equipment, boots, etc. Summit Co Mtn Resorts was great to work with, good communication and response to our needs. Highly recommend Keystone Ranch restaurant. Pricey but excellent fillets!

The property was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. Shuttle service to Keystone was a nice plus! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. It wasn't clear enough on where to drop garbage. Someone made my son physically sort our recycled glass! Hot tub area had no towels on 11/30.

This rental is in a perfect location in Keystone but yet in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous scenery. It has upscale amenities and is exactly as pictured. It comes well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The only downfall would be cleaning - our bed comforter was dirty upon arrival but the management was quick to clean and replace. The ceiling fans were full of dust, but we weren't using them anyway this time of year.

Great quiet place to stay in Keystone. Just far enough away to be in solitute, but close enough to still be able to get to restaurants and shops. Great hiking and biking. Perfect for large family. We took 3 grandkids and our adult son joined us for part of the time too. The large table is great for puzzles and crafting after dinner too. The only negative was the flight of stairs to come up to get to everything. Once you're settled it's no big deal.

Very clean and functional ski condo in a nice neighborhood with a shared amenity center that includes pool, 2 hot tubs, and a pool table. House has heated garage and mud room, upgraded kitchen and comfortable bedrooms.

Mgmt company is organized and professional.

A couple areas to improve:
1) Would have preferred to have a house code or lock box rather than having to go to their office to pickup keys.
2) The amenity center had no towels one day and we had to call 3 times to get somebody to bring some.
3) The hot tubs need defoamer since it creates huge amounts of foam during use. (One other guest actually brought their own!)
4) The doors to the patios (off kitchen and master bedroom) don’t seem to lock.

Settlers Creek is a quiet, stylish town home development at the edge of Keystone, surrounded be beautiful mountain scenery. Secluded yet very accessible by car or the Keystone shuttle, which stops a few steps away from the unit. The condo itself is spacious, nicely furnished, with every amenity you could think of. Loved the radiant heated floors!

Minnie's cabin is a very short walk away, with a heated pool and two hot tubs.

The entire rental experience was perfect, we would not hesitate to stay at this condo again and/or use Summit County rentals in the future for other properties.

This unit was a little hard to locate, it took us a while to find it in the dark. The unit is very spacious and has everything it needs. It's overall clean. Water and heater function very well. Shuttle stop is very close to the unit. We are surprised how convenient this location is in terms of getting to and from River Run base. It is also more quiet and peaceful than the other lodging areas. Our group really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfect! The key pickup process was great, and they provided four keys for use. The location was remote from Keystone but perfectly situated on the Orange bus route for convenient access to the conference center and main lodge. The cabin was clean and comfortable as long as you like stairs.

Terrific unit, great location, good price, nice addition of more than a foot of fresh powder, though it was late May. Only negative is that we had servicing on the unit that resulted in being without water for an hour. We were not notified in advance. We suspect it was scheduled maintenance that was not re-scheduled once management learned the place had been rented. Management did not seem to own up to this when we complained.

The condo management company (that is us) has nothing to do with the hot water. This is controlled by the HOA management, which is a completely separate company. They do not notify us when they are having maintenance performed. We agree that this is highly inconvenient to our guests and we have attempted to get the other management company to make us aware of any kind of maintenance, but they do not. We are sorry for your inconvenience, but it is not fair to insinuate that did not care about you our guest. Nothing could be further from the truth.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, beds were comfy and the sheets as described were luxurious. Loved that the pick up for the shuttle was just a couple of door down. We didn't realize that the shuttle would take you anywhere you needed within keystone, it was very convenient. Would love to rent again in the summer and will definitely be back next ski season

We did not appreciate the customer service the manager provided. The food delivery company they recommended was 24 hours late with terrible excuses. The shuttle to the airport in Denver was so late we almost missed our plane. The property was nice but the recommendations, horrible.

The house very clean and set up perfect for us. With just a 30 yard walk to where the bus picked us up my 6 and 8 year old had no problem making it. Absolutely nothing to complain about for this house. Minnie's cabin was really cool and we enjoyed the hot tub. It is also only 30 yards up the road also (same place the bus picks up).

My family opted to have a family gathering this year in lieu of Christmas presents. Since we live in different parts of Texas is was a wonderful meeting place. The beautiful snow that God supplied was just a majestic setting, and the lodging itself was just what we needed to top it off. The townhouse itself was very well maintained and beautiful against the mountains surrounding the location. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Everything was clean upon arrival. We had a great stay. My only complaint was our key cards continuously stopped working and the balconies did not lock.

We totally loved the property we stayed in. In fact, I wish I could find something just like it at home. So comfortable and quiet. We were there mid season so we were practically the only ones in the area, it was great. I hated to leave.

Very clean and well stocked with supplies. The only downside seems to be the thermostat. The house got way too hot and no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. Other than that our stay was amazing.

This is an amazing property! We stayed here for a fall getaway for 10 days. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the pool and hot tub at Minnie's Cabin. We cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all the food easily. Also a very nice, short walk to River Run. We would love to stay here again. The Settlers Creek area has a great neighborhood feel. Summit county mountain retreats is the best way to rent a property too...such great staff.
