Place was clean and cute. Wish we had more large bath towels and pool towels to use. The coffee mugs are very small. No cleaning supplies in unit either if you need to clean the counter and tables. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was such a lovely vacation and I slept like a baby in their king size comfortable bed. There is no air conditioning but night time was cool with all the provided fans. There’s so much to do within walking distance as well.

The condo was great and close to the lifts. Our only reservation was that the king size bed filled most of the bedroom so there was little room for our stuff. Also it was quite high and took some effort to get into.

Condo is located in a great spot within short walking distance to Keystone gondola, restaurants, rentals, etc. Condo well stocked, king bed in the room very comfortable. Only gripe was that the facility hot tubs seemed to be in repair a couple of the nights we were there, but that is a facility issue not the condo. Would stay again next time we visit Keystone!

We loved our stay at this location. Nice, quiet and quaint. It was clean, and cozy. We really enjoyed the amenities. The Hot tub and Pool were very nice.

Only thing I think would make it better in the age of technology would be some power strips in the living room and by each bed to plug phones etc into.

What a marvelous home base for a week-long summer retreat!

The condo itself was great and simple. It had all the cooking wears you might need. The furniture was the right size for the place, including the King bed that took up most of the bedroom, but that's the point of a big King bed! Balcony was pleasant and in the shade by noon. Easy location on the second floor was nice to be able to take the stairs and the unit stayed cooler than if it were on a higher floor.

The in-unit box fan and window fan were key to keeping the place cool in July, but when you do the fan-and-window system right, the condo stayed cool throughout the day.

Location in Keystone Village was great. Tucked away from the main square, but close enough that shops and restaurants were steps away. Keystone Wine & Jazz was going on during my stay; you could barely hear the crowds from inside the condo.

Hot tubs at Silver Mill weren't quite hot enough. The sauna at Silver Mill was out-of-order over the course of the stay. The accessible hot tubs and sauna at Dakota were great, same for the pool at Dakota.

Access to alpine hikes cannot be beat in Keystone and the July weather was sunny and warm, with cool and clear nights.

SCMR was communicative throughout the stay via text. The prefect amount of "we trust you're doing good. Let us know if you need anything", without being the annoying kind of "is everything OK?".

the place was great, however the ski area seemed to always say the season was over and why things were not customer focused. I would think if the ski area is selling lift tickets and people are paying to fly out and stay they should either say they are closed or stay open with full customer service in mind. gondola closed, trails closed, customer service closed, staff who were there were not helpful. we then went to snowmass who had a whole different experience, bands playing lowere, mid and top of mountain, lifts open until 6 given it was spring skiing, staff everywhere, trails open. free smores and hot coco at the bottom, ski patrol was cooking dogs on the grill at the top for anyone who wanted one as they came of the lift for free. what a difference from gloom and doom to fun and excitement. We went to keystone to look into buying a place and quickly figured out keystone is not a customer experienced focused resort as it was a ghost town that viewed their visitors and guests as an inconvenience and not a necessary and valued partner within their operations as most other ski areas do.

Property was well cleaned and staged, and really liked the location being secluded away from the River Run plaza. There were a couple of small maintenance items like loose door hardware and faucet handles that needed tightening - informed management and they said it would be taken care of for the next visitor. Very accommodating for ease of check-in and check-out; glad we are able to speak / text with someone very quickly with any our our questions. We had a great time and will be adding this property to our return list when we come back to Keystone!

We really enjoyed staying in this rental. Just enough space for the two of us. It got a bit on the warm side in early mornings but the fans helped. I was disappointed to find that the hallways of the condo building itself seemed to have heat blowing all day. During the summer, especially this summer, it definitely was not needed.

This was the 2nd year in a row I stayed at Silver Mill. It was just me and my two children. It was just as great this year as it was last year. SCMR is super organized and always helpful. It was an easy choice to pick the same place to book through, especially as a single parent. The room was very clean and the only issue we came across was needing a new box fan which SCMR replaced almost immediately after I asked for one. Will definitely come back again!

My husband and I decided on a last minute get away for our anniversary. I was able to find this location and book it the night before our arrival. The staff was excellent and made sure we were able to get on on a holiday weekend with no glitches. When I picked up my packet of information, the team meme we was super friendly.

The unit was very clean, nicely furnished and was in a great location. The resort amenities were good and the access for the Village was perfect. Only improvement I would recommend is bigger cups for the coffee. Everything else was great!

Great location. Walk to shops, restaurants, gondola and a small grocery market. Close to 3 shared hot tubs that were well maintained. Unit could use some maintenance like paint, a good cleaning of all utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom sink needed to be unclogged as it filled with water quickly. The king bed was comfortable, but not a lot of space to move around or store your things in the bedroom.

The condo was nice but very noisy!! The condo is right above the 3 outdoor jacuzzis where big groups of peope were partying, so hard to go to bed early! The condo is located very accesible to the ski lifts and gondola.Keystone does not have many restaurant options, which was a disapointment. SHower has NO pressure and the bathroom sink was clogged.

Easy check in. If your are taking a shuttle service your key pick up location is not in the same building as your rental so please consider. Easy location to walk to the slopes. My only thing is more detail of where is the trash, exercise and pool is located at; that took some hunting so better detail on that from would be nice. The hot tubes where easy to find and there are 3, great for for distancing from others.

I stayed here with my wife and son. The location was great, and it was kind of a bonus that not a lot of people are in the resort area during the fall. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing I think is important to note is how tall the bed is. I'm about 5'10, and I had to really hop up into the bed. I would imagine this would be quite difficult for elderly people and those shorter than me. Summit County Mountain Retreats (the company renting out the room) was very easy to work with as well.

Easy and inexpensive. Early check in and late check out. The condo was very clean, well equipped. Exactly what a traveler wants to enter. The peripheral property was the same. Multiple hot tubs, all clean and sanitary, billiards table indoors, lots of seating and conversation areas. Many eateries nearby. Bicycle trails, hiking trails nearby.

We loved our getaway at this location! The condo was beautiful and cozy! The shops and restaurants were conveniently located on site. The only suggestion we have is that someone monitor the hot tubs. The noise from all the drunks in the hot tubs at late night hours kept us awake, but other than that we had an amazing time!

This 1-bed condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for 2. Location was excellent, right in the village, close to shopping/restaurants/gondola. Was so nice to have underground parking and a ski locker. Condo had everything we needed. Silver Mill hot tubs were closed d/t COVID, which was a bit disappointing. But we were able to use Dakota's hot tub/pool, which was a short walk away and worked out ok.

This unit is perfect for a couple looking for a snowy getaway. We had two small children along with us, which made it a bit tight, but for 2 would be perfect. I love the large kitchen and amenities making it easy to cook meals if you choose.

Our stay at Silver Mill was very lovely. My boyfriend and I wanted to get out of Denver for the weekend and the apartment we stayed in was clean with a very comfy (but tall) bed and was stocked with fun board games to play at night. The only bummer of our weekend was the town had 1 open restaurant which closed at 8pm and the rest were either closed due to COVID or until the ski season starts. Either way, a bit disappointing and we had to search around for places to eat when I specifically reserved a place in a town so that we did not have to drive around. The hot tubs outside of our building were closed however, I did see a sign that stated there were hot tubs & a spa nearby that closed at 9pm. We did not get a chance to check out the spa or find the open hot tubs. Overall, our stay was great for an escape from reality but in the future I would make sure the ski town was open at the time of our stay.

I have stayed with SCMR a couple of times at different resorts in Keystone. My most recent trip was at the Silver Mill Lodge #8153 in mid-September. They’re great bargains during the off-season. Lodging is nice, safe, clean, comfortable, and I like the safety of having the parking garage available. The units are well-stocked with all the things you might need for cooking your own food and staying comfortable. Usually when I go in the off-season it is very quiet. The most recent trip I took, the hot tub area was closed, but this was not their fault. I felt like their Covid precautions were thorough and the place was very clean. The most recent time I booked, I was contacted by someone at their office to let me know the heat was going to be off in the building I had booked the weekend I would be there, and if that bothered me I could easily be moved to a different unit. It wasn’t a problem for me, but I appreciated their transparency upfront instead of letting me know about it only if I had happened to call and complain. I wish the check-in/check-out times were a tiny bit more accommodating, but I can live with it. I’ll still be using SCMR for all my quick mountain weekends away when it’s not ski season.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because many locations never seem to match the photos, but this place was perfect. My family loved the condo and everything worked perfectly. Was so close to the lift and everything in the square, you don’t even have to move your car once you park it. Clean, friendly, had everything we needed, and so much more. Balcony looks right out to the hot tubs and you can see part of the mountain as well.

This great location made for a great trip at a wonderful resort! We travel often to various ski resorts throughout North America, and for two people, this was as good or better a place to stay as any we have visited.

The condo is clean, well laid out, and in a perfect location. Restaurants, bars, groceries, and most important - skiing - are all very close. The ski lockers and parking are an added benefit, and the online instructions/personalized site is the best/smoothest check-in process I've seen. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this mini apartment style resort. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. The location couldn't be any better. It is the skiing community, a couple minute walk to the slop and lifts, Starbucks, a couple cute restaurant bars. Jacuzzi's right under the room. The room had a kitchen and more than enough space. The check in process was easy.

This unit was clean and updated. Summit County Mountain Retreats was on top of everything from booking to exit. We cooked our family Thanksgiving Dinner and this unit had everything needed. Hot Tubs and everything River Run has to offer is just outside your building. Only disappointment is the pool is too far away and we did not use due to this inconvenience.

A golf weekend with a co-worker, we decided to stay at Silver Mill instead of your run-of-the-mill (see what I did there?) hotel/motel. Central to the River Run Village, everything we needed was there - and open for business (restaurants, most shops, general market, etc). The room was spacious and comfy. The amenities were awesome - parking, hot tubs, community room, etc. We will be making this part of our Summer golf weekend routine!

The location, views, and open conversation was great. However, our air did not work. Wouldn't kick on regardless of how high or low the thermostat was set. Luckily the weather was conducive to having the window open and the fans plugged in. If you're wanting a quiet stay I highly recommend this location. However, if it's in the off season the town is very dead and closed down. It's just something to be aware of

Three of us stayed for a girls weekend and it was great! Walked everywhere- no need to drive. One thing to note--the bed is extremely high. I'm 5'4" and it was as high as my mid section! My sister and I had to use the bed frame as a step to climb up. So if anyone in your group has physical limitations, they would struggle with the height of the bed. Small thing and not a problem for us, but our Dad is physically limited so we always notice things like that. Also the pull out bed is stained and super thin.
But overall, the place is great and easy access from the Village.

Once again, fantastic. Third year in a row with Summit Country Retreats and another great stay. Room was awesome, everything we could have expected. Even better, the Summit folks are top notch to work with. Fantastic communication and customer service. Responded to any questions or concerns within an hour or two leading up to the trip. Highly recommended!

We loved the location and communication with silver mill. The unit was very Clean offed well. Having the parking garage was a lifesaver. Our only complaints were that the quality of the appliances was a little lower than expected and it took about one week for management to clean our room hole we waited for a large deposit back.

Overall we are glad we stayed.

Great experiece, excellent location and very confortable and clean. The parking space in the basement is just Great!
Just some doubts at the begining while getting the appartment Keys, but at the end, no problema at all.

This condo is very well kept with comfortable rustic decor. We enjoyed the mountain view from the covered patio and the hot tubs. The Gondola ride to the top of the mountain was FABULOUS and a must do! Many restaurants within walking distance and a nice grocery store in Dillion. The cookie sandwiches from Mountain Top Cookie Shop (walking distance) are amazing! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The rental was very clean, and nice. The couch being a hideway bed was very comfortable, more than expected. We were very happy with our stay. Was easy to check in and check out, we didn't need anything but there was always follow up asking if we did. The location was very convenient to everywhere in the village, everything was within walking distance to food, shops, and various activities. We definitely would come back.

The property was nice and cozy. However the cleanliness was an issue. The bathtub was dirty upon arrival and all of the dishes were dirty. Spots on the glasses, plates, and utensils. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them.

This rental as wonderful! Everything was well taken care of an clean. It was the perfect space for our family of 3. Being in this area was a little loud two of the 3 nights but not too bad! Loved being able to walk everywhere! We would highly recommend this one!

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The location was great, the amenities were excellent. I would have liked to know that the shops in Keystone village were closed. We had planned to walk around the village even though we were skiing at Arapahoe Basin, but then found that everything was closed. Other than that it was a great experience.

The condo was exactly as described. Perfect fit for 2 adults and 2 children. (Really any 4, as long as 2 don't mind a pull out couch or air mattress (twin provided in unit)).

The River Run village is a great location to be in. Dining, shopping, and skiing all within seconds / minutes walk from this unit.

Our favorite part of this particular location was it was close to the stairs. Getting up and down was simple, and not waiting for the elevator was nice.

We will look to stay here again next time 100%!!

We came up for a quick weekend adventure to Keystone and staying at Silver Mill made our adventure seem like a week. Being close to the Gondola and having a parking spot helped get us on the mountain in no time. Proximity is key if you are visiting for a quick shred.

Keystone river run retreat was a great location with an easy walk to the gondola. We stayed only three days, skied three days and enjoyed all of the Riverrun restaurants. Great condo, great hot tub, great locker room and loved the underground parking.

Great place, exactly as described! Right in the center of town, quick walk to the lift. The king bed was super comfortable, very cozy place. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property was clean and in good condition as advertised. The bed is very comfortable. The location is great. One perk of this unit is that it overlooks the hot tubs, so you can take a look and see if they're full or not. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
