Overall the condo was convenient, clean and well-equipped. We have been renting vacation properties from coast to coast for over 15 years and have never had any issues, HOWEVER I will caution any guest considering renting this condo that there is a CONSTANT loud rattle and hum which we believe to be from the pump room serving the hot tubs directly below the unit. If you are seeking a peaceful getaway, I would caution you to consider another option unless you are hearing impaired. We notified the management company after our first night and, though they were pleasant, they told us that there is nothing that could be done because the cause of the noise was outside the condo (bummer for us).
We rented at the end of August when the daily highs were only 68-74 degrees and needed our patio door and bedroom window open 24 hours a day to keep the unit comfortable (it was noticeably warm) since there is no air conditioning. Also, because this is a lower-level condo, anyone sitting in the hot tubs will be able to look directly into your windows and you will be able to clearly listen in on their conversations whether you want to or not.
We were gone most of the day so the noise was only a problem when we were trying to relax at the end of the day or sleep.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We do apologize this guest had this experience and we did reach out to the HOA like we told this guest, however there was not much they could do either as this is where the hot tub mechanism was located, however they are looking into dampening the noise!

Perfect location for the cost. We had 4 adults so a little tight. As with any rental,some concerns. Strangest one was the unit had only 3 dinner forks. They responded quickly with extra silver ware.

The room was great, location great, everything was great,
EXCEPT that there is a fan going bad in the men's bathroom below the condo and it produced a fairly loud constant 24/7 noise. The noise volume and tone was almost identical to being within 5-10' of an older washing machine.
I brought it to the attention of the Silver Mill property maintenance department TWICE, once on the phone, the second time in person talking to a gentleman. (which ironically their door is literally 20 steps or so from the men's room). They said that they would check it out but I don't know if they actually ever did as the issue wasn't resolved within our 5 day stay.
So we had to listen to that noise every night, sleep with the noise every night 24/7 for 5 days straight.

Other than that, the condo was nice and not any issues with it, very short walk to the gondola and many good places to eat.

My rating will be for the condo ONLY as the condo owner shouldn't get a negative review because of the HOA's property management team!

Great location, perfect for a snowboarding trip to keystone, just a 3 minute walk to the gondola, plus all the stores and restaurants are right there too. The amenities were great too (hot tub, sauna). Definitely coming back!

8171, just a step away from the elevator, which was convenient for everything. However there was a constant noise day and night coming from an HVAC unit below the room heating the first floor hallway between the ski lockers and suana. The unit was well equiped except for poor quality paper products and only 3 Spoons. The fireplace always took several minutes to come on. The "Mountain View" is narrow and currently covered by large crains building new condos.

We had a great weekend at this location. Checkin was super easy and the place was perfect! Nice, cozy seating and bedding. The hot tubs were also a great way to relax after a chilly day on the slopes.

The condo was in a great location. Access to all the shops and restaurants was so convenient. Lots to do in the area. Horseback riding at the Keystone Stables was so much fun and our guide - Karly was so knowledgeable about horses and the area.

Lovely decor, comfy bed and pillows great location at the base of the mountain. underground gated garage parking. Coffee maker and all the necessities were available for our use. Beautiful view of the Mountains off the balcony. Due to the resort being closed for the season we rarely saw anyone, so peaceful!

The unit was very close to the slopes (closer than the free parking). It had everything we needed. Well, except only enough coffee for 2 days. And no filters for using your own coffee. The hot tub would have been perfect (just outside the doors) but it was closed (COVID). You can use one at the Dakota if you want to walk over there. Ski lockers on the first floors. Parking is convenient in the garage under the complex. Would definitely rent again.

The condo is fairly spacious and could easily accommodate 2 adults and one child/toddler. Great views from the balcony! Due to Covid restrictions, did not use the pool or outdoor hot tub, which would have been had it been open.

We came to Keystone to enjoy the Ice Castles which we had never done before. We had the greatest time, the venue was 11 minutes away, the condo was lovely and we had everything we needed for a blessed night. Everything worked in the unit and we cooked and played games and then went to the hot tub. We would definitely come back. I do wish the people who built pull pout beds would make them a bit more comfortable but the sheets were amazing. We are grateful for the chance to have the night at this sweet spot and may just return soon!! Many Thanks!

Great condo. amenities were perfect for a party of two. Located on second floor of building next to elevators (which we never heard). Unit is situated directly above the sauna on the first floor which we think is why we had trouble regulating the heat at a comfortable level. Generally it was too hot. The community hot tubs were wonderful.

Our stay in Silver Mill was great! The condo was clean and in a great location right in the middle of River Run Village. The only low points were 1 - there was only one elevator working 2 - the hot tubs (all three) were not hot, they were warm at best.

It was in a good location but it was also pretty noisy from the stairs and the hallway traffic. The pillows definitely need to be replaced, they were pretty flat. Otherwise, the parking, the location, the ease of getting the key and checking out were wonderful. If you bring a noise maker to drown out the noise from stairs in morning and hall traffic, you will be fine!

It was our 1st trip to Keystone. Very nice and clean resort. Our room was perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed. Cozy and a nice view. Close to the other Condo's and to the Shops in the Village. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights because we had a wedding to attend. We will definately come back!

Stay was perfect. It was unusually warm in Keystone, however our rental had the fans needed to keep us cool. That was very much appreciated. Place was very clean, location is perfect. Pool table in the lobby was so much fun every night.

We stayed during the summer and the condo was a perfect home base for our trip. We got to explore Keystone, Breckenridge, Dillon, and more all within a short drive! The condo itself was clean, spacious, and comfy! Hot tub just a few steps from our balcony and we enjoyed the little shops and restaurants right below us. We would love to return during ski season!

We had a great experience at Silver Mill. The room itself was a great option. Very detailed instructions to check in and check out, and it turned out to be very easy! You can see mountain and the hot tubs from the balcony, so you know when they're occupied or one is available without leaving your room. The room is on the second floor. We had one question from Summit County Rentals while we were there and they were extremely responsive and helpful to us! And Keystone in general is great. Silver Mills is a great location with quick access to gondola, village shopping and food.

Overall the unit was okay but did have a few issues. One cabinet face fell off, one of the blinds fell easily when pulled on it, and the sliding door between the master bedroom and bathroom needs handles. Expect apartment/hotel noise such as children running up and down the halls all hours of the night and if you go to be early,good luck because two hot tubs are right outside your bedroom and does not close until 10pm. Parking was great, all underground. SCMR was quick to fix things but unit does need some updates. 4 people was extremely cramped.

Rental experience was good. Property was very clean and nice. They were very friendly in the office. Gave advance notice, 2-3 weeks, of an early arrival to try to check in early but was not able to. Disappointed with that. I don’t know what the cleaning schedule is, but with that much notice, and willingness to pay extra, I thought they would’ve been able to be more accommodating.

This is our second year in a row staying at Silver Mill but our first in this particular condo. The property was clean and obviously well maintained. The description accurately depicted the property. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Be sure to check out Luigi's Pasta house (a 5 minute walk from this condo). It's one of our favorites!
