We had a great time during our early season getaway. Crowds were small and accommodations were as advertised. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. There was plenty of wood for a fire and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We drove to the ski resorts rather than using the shuttle, but the location was close to multiple resorts.

The rental was large enough for my family and 2 dogs. The property was centrally located in view of the beautiful mountains. Sunrise and sunset was awesome. Lights of Silverthorne at night was breathtaking. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I can’t stress enough how clean this townhouse is. I’m picky, and found nothing to complain about! It’s very quiet, nice Mountain View’s and walking trails tight out the back door.
There were ample nice towels, good bed linens, well stocked kitchen, tons of dishes, so very easy to settle in and feel at home.
We were disappointed in the beds. Both master and second bedroom are in desperate need of new mattresses. My pregnant daughter ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed hurt her back. The couches are in similar condition, very lumpy and tired.

Thank you for your review and feedback, when picking a mattress that fits everyone needs can be difficult with everyones difference preferences, but we can always work with a guest to provide mattress toppers or even an air mattress.
Trying to find the line between critical and productive. But this experience was not what i wanted as a whole. Not overly negative, i think we might have just had overly high expectations of this property and what we were going to have. To call this a 3BR i'd say is just not true. There is 1 Master upstairs that's nice, large bed, beautiful views, no balcony, nicely updated bathroom. Older carpet, tired furniture, old closets, etc. It's also 4 flights of stairs between the basement, the alleged 3rd bedroom, and the top floor bedroom, FYI. But what they're calling the 3rd bedroom is really just the basement, which is a walkout to the hot tub area, that they had a "pull-out" couch as the 3rd bedroom. 3 baths for sure, not one of the main floor. Closer to Breckenridge than it is to Keystone up a very steep unwalkable hill to any of the city/town below. Nice kitchen, fridge was stupid loud and hard to enjoy the living space while it was on and running, unplugged multiple times just so we could enjoy sitting and eating. Couch on main floor was pretty tired and missing armrests and table on the outside patio was more than wobbly and a hazard to put anything on. Garage codes never worked, no screen doors, no AC, so it was hard to get a breeze without letting in bugs/animals. I could go through some more stuff but overall i wouldn't recommend.

Thank you for your honest review and feedback! Our listing is accurate with all bedrooms/bathrooms listed properly as well as photos so guest can see what the property looks like before they book! We have also recently updated the ice maker in this fridge to help with the problem of it being loud as well as we have reached out to our maintenance teams to look into the screens for the doors, the back table, as well as the garage door code not working!
We thoroughly enjoyed 184 Burgundy. Very few properties offer such amazing natural views from the back deck. Mountain peaks, Rainbows, Lakes...deer moose and birds! Plus, it sits right on National Forest trails! The rooms were spacious and the four story layout works wonderfully. The bonus basement room offered a perfect place to spread out. The kitchen utensils were beyond adequate...lovely flatware and dishes. The long kitchen table provided a great setting for daily banter. We loved the wood burning fireplace. Top shelf stay and the rental company overcame VRBOs mistakes.

My family recently stayed and had such a great time. Location was perfect, we visited Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge. All a short distance away. Kitchen had all the necessary tools to make a delicious breakfast every morning. Definitely will be coming back.

Thank you so much for this great 5-star review. We really appreciate your business and helping to share the word about Summit County Mountain Retreats.
This property was able to sleep 9 of us just fine. However it definitely needs some work. The kitchen chairs were extremely wobbly - we were afraid to sit on most of them. The carpet is pretty worn and dirty. The bunk room beds are not very comfortable. The kitchen had most everything we needed (we had to buy some kitchen towels because we only found 1) and we enjoyed the hot tub. We have stayed in many different properties in Summit County over the years and probably won't come back to this one. We didn't feel it was the cleanest and have had better experiences at other places.

Thank you for your 5 star review!
Stayed here with my wife, 1-year-old daughter, and our 50 lb mutt for a week-long mountain getaway before changing jobs. This place met all of our needs and I recommend this unit to anyone who wants a quiet spot with a bit more space than an apartment/condo. Positives are a well-stocked kitchen and ease of getting into town. Negatives are carpet that is clean but needs upgrade, view is nice but immediate area is of Buffalo Mountain burn scar.
