Highly recommend this place - had everything we needed and was a great location in Silverthorn. It’s on the third floor so be mindful of stairs but that gives you the views!

The place is nice overall with a nice view. the unit is located on the third floor, so be prepare to walk =).
My family would have enjoy our stay if we didn't have to worried about the parking permit. I was told the parking permit would be on the counter, but when I arrived there was no permit. I even took time out of my vacation to go to their office to get the permit, only to be told I don't need one. Honestly, if I didn't need one then why are there signs everywhere on the property with towing signs for no permit?? Lucky, my car wasn't tow otherwise it would of been a problem.
if you have 2 cars then you don't need a permit, but I had 3 cars. I would need a permit for the third car since it will park on the street.
overall, I didn't enjoy my vacation as much with having to worried about my car being tow.

OUR CHECK IN TO THIS CONDO WAS VERY MUCH A PROBLEM. WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE GARAGE DOOR CODE IN OUR TEXT WITH INFO ON HOW TO GET INTO THE UNIT. THE ONLY REASON THIS WAS RESOLVED EASILY IS THERE WAS A PERSON FROM SUMMIT THAT WAS DOING CHECKS ON THE PROPERTIES.SHE GOT US IN. THAT IS WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS A HIKE UP TO #24. THERE WERE 5 LANDING TO GO UP, 40 STAIR STEPS, AND 3 OF US WERE OVER 70 AND ONE WAS 82. THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS CONDO DOES NOT STATE THAT IT IS TOP FLOOR AND THERE A 5, 8 STEP STAIRS ALL THE WAY UP. PLEASE INCLUDE THIS IN THE DESCRIPTION. WE GOT TO THE TOP FLOOR AND DISCOVERED THAT THE CODE WE WERE GIVEN WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD LOCKED THE BOTTOM LOCK SO WE COULD NOT GET INTO THE CONDO. A CALL TO SUMMIT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES TILL SOMEONE UNDERSTOOD WE HAD A CODE FOR THE DOOR CODE LOCK BUT NOW WE NEEDED A CODE TO OPEN A LOCK BOX TO GET A KEY.THIS PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES TOTAL. THE CONDO WAS ALMOST SPOTLESS EXCEPT THE AREA LEFT OF THE REFRIG WHICH LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD JUST PUSHED ALL KINDS OF DUST AND DIRT INTO THAT AREA. THE REFRIG ONLY MADE CRUSHED ICE AND NOT CUBED. THE MICROWAVE ABOVE THE STOVE DID NOT WORK AND A VERY SMALL, SMALL MICROWAVE WAS ITS REPLACEMENT. THE TOASTER DIED ON DAY AND IT TOOK ABOUT 2 DAYS TO REPLACE. THIS TOOK A SECOND CALL TO SUMMIT. THE KITCHEN WAS TO BE REMODELED BUT THE CABINETS LOOK WORN AND DATED,THE GOOD?? LINENS WERE OUTSTANDING, VERY CLEAN EVEREYWHERE BUT THE STASH NEXT TO THE REFRIG, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR 5 OF US, NICE FURNITURE, COMFORTABLE TOO. THE VIEW IS OUTSTANDING AND YOU FELT LIKE YOU WERE ALMOST ALONE IN THE MOUNTAINS.THIS CONDO WAS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY. CLOSE TO SILVERTHORN,SHOPPING, DILLON AND THE SKI AREAS.LOTS OF GAMES AT THE CONDO BUT WE BROUGHT OUR OWN. WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY !! JUST WOULD BE PREPARED TO HIKE THE STEPS. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY CONDO !!

This information is provided in advance and is recommended to read over this information before arrival to avoid any confusion. However, if a guest does have any trouble they can reach out to us directly. That is why we operate 24/7 and have a large staff to assist our guests with various issues.
Really enjoyed our short stay in Silverthorne. Unit was very comfortable and cozy. Just what was needed after a long day of skiing. End unit had views that were amazing.

PROS
-We loved the area. Have been coming to Summit for years and this was our first time in Wildernest. Trails galore not far from your door.
-Foose ball table was super entertaining.
-Excellent value with priceless views.
-Super comfy king beds.
-very clean, with the exception of some dishes, but after using the dishwasher we discovered why!
-Summit free shuttle stop right across the street
CONS
-This unit backs up to a busy street (all bedrooms do). Windows HAVE to be open at night in the summer and you may have a hard time sleeping with the car noise.
-No A/C -this isn't unusual for Summit County, but the unit would get up to 78 in the afternoons which took a while to cool down in the evening.
-4:30 check-in is late. We've rented several times with a competing property management company who has always called us early and allowed us to check-in when rentals were ready.
Need to Know:
No foil or cooking spray on site.
Coffee pot and filters are provided; no kuerig

We were two families traveling with teens. We skied Copper and A-basin. The apartment has everything you would need...kitchen was well equipped (even had spices), bathrooms were clean and had all the basics including really nice soaps. The living room was very comfortable for watching apres-ski football games. The rental team was incredible...checking in on us (via text) during the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed.
Things to note, the apartment is up a few flights of stairs, not located near anything (must drive everywhere), parking is really tight...I don't think you could find a space for 3rd car.

The whole experience was professional and great, better than I hoped for. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. The management company is excellent as well. We had a small problem which they took care of right away.
