We stayed here for a 3 day snowboard trip and it had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and very pretty, quiet location. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed our time here! Beautiful scenery with the trees and mountains. No road in view. Very well decorated and clean. The shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed resting in the living room, TV had lots of options to enjoy. Relatively short drive to Frisco for groceries, and Vail for skiing. Space heaters worked well to supplement. Would highly recommend, thank you!

This unit exceeded my expectations! Great views, great wildlife, and condo is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a great kitchen AND access to a hot tub! The interior seems all new and almost sparkles! Be aware that elevation is over 9000 ft, drink lots of water!

This condo was the perfect remedy for a too-busy life! Tucked away off the beaten path, it was quiet, picturesque & comfortable. The hosts thought of everything & their choices in amenities were outstanding. The decor was relaxing. Our only regret is that we didn't get to see the wildlife that others wrote about.

Great location - easy access to several different hikes
Saw a moose and several deer off of the balcony out back.
It was a very comfortable condo, kitchen was well stocked. Needed maintenance and they were very responsive and fixed the issue.

While we loved this condo – it is beautifully furnished, clean, and has an amazing view - the property management definitely gives a corporate vibe. I'm not sure we'd book with them again – preferring smaller, more personal touch. We ran into an issue accessing the community hot tub (there was an additional lock we weren’t given the code for). Though the response for support was quick (via text), they asked for our patience while it was investigated. Sadly, the extra lock was never explained or unlocked during our stay. This burned a bit more considering our experience checking in on arrival day. We asked if it would be possible to get access to the unit 1 hour early. It was vacant, clean, ready for us, and we’d had a long day of travel. In all our previous rental experience, we've never had an issue getting in a little early if it is possible. However, with Summit County Mountain Retreats, there is a fee for each hour early you request. So, they offer no flexibility or buffer (without a fee) to weary travelers - but expected our patience, with no compensation, when we had a service request they couldn't resolve. Flexibility goes both ways, in my opinion – thus the 4-star rating.

We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Early check in fees are very standard in industry we operate in as it is not time reserved in the property and does require our housekeeping team to rearrange their daily schedules to accommodate any early check in or late check out requests. We have also looked into the communication about the hot tub issues and it was stated you had access to the hot tub but the HOA put a lock on the hot tub jets. Since the common area hot tubs are managed by the HOA we have no control over the lock on the jets to the hot tub but we did reach out on your behalf and unfortunately did not hear back during your stay.
The views were great and we loved that it was steps away from hiking trails! My husband and I were able to hike all day and then come back and relax at the condo. We will definitely be back!

The interior of the this condo may be the most well furnished and perfect unit we have ever stayed in! The kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was incredible and the view of the back porch provided opportunities to see wildlife such as deer and even a moose.

The condo is beautiful and the location serene. Everything inside was well appointed and I found everything I needed, with the exception of one thing. The temperature outside dropped to single digits the second night and the heater couldn’t keep the temperature stable without the fireplace running continuously. Unfortunately, the gas on the fireplace shut off suddenly around 9 or 10 PM and I couldn’t get it back on, so the temperature gradually slipped down to an uncomfortable cold. The only other complaint is the horrible check-in/out times. If it were a hotel, I would be able to check in in the early afternoon, but this place wouldn’t let me check in until 4:30. Then the check out time was 10:30! Sorry, but it cannot take six hours to clean the unit. I was in Silverthorne before noon and would have liked to check in long before 4:30, and I dislike being hurried out on the last day.

Great little air bnb. Very close to nearby towns Frisco and Breckenridge. Nearby trails as well. The room was spacious and clean. We had a great time here and will definitely be visiting again soon! Very quiet too. We loved the gas fire place. The building also has a hot tub which you have access to and washer and dryers are on the property as well for a couple dollars.

This condo is beautifully decorated and its mountain views out the back large windows are breathtaking. The appliances are very new and top quality. It has everything that you need to have a very comfortable and fun mountain getaway. The bedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable for us (concave in the center area), but everybody is different and others may find it fine. The management company was excellent and responsive.

The property was perfectly located for our vacation, close to lifts, events, retail, and restaurants. The bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen were very clean. We had no need to reach out to the management company whatsoever, which is indicative of the property's overall condition. Parking was right outside the front door. Most impressive was the views. Waking up to such beauty was amazing. Thank you.

This condo was great for our last snowboarding trip of the season! It was affordable and in a phenomenal location with easy access to dining, shopping, and cool local attractions such as Sapphire Overlook. We were just a short 20 minute drive to Copper Mountain and the hot tub was so nice to soak in after a long day of boarding! Beautiful views of the mountain and even saw a few foxes were enjoyed while sitting next to the cozy fireplace.
There were only a few things that made the stay a little less than perfect- the pull out couch did not lay flat due to the cushions; our third guest was very uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on top of the couch.
The one other thing was that the hot tub did not have working jets- it was still very nice to soak in and heated, but the property management needs to fix that issue.
Other than those two issues, this place did not disappoint!

Our stay was amazing! The view is breath taking! The apartment was everything the pictures showed and more! We would love to book this rental every year and make it our yearly vacation spot! Easy check in and out. We appreciated the book that has near by restaurants and things to do. The people are kind and very informative. I would give them 10stars if I could.
So many fun things to do even in the back yard. I highly recommend the Denver Zoo. Also we took our time and went to 75% of the museums. Learned a lot about the local culture and mining. We really enjoyed Silverthorne,Bridgestone and some of the other local towns.
We are from South Alabama so “learning to breath” was definitely a new experience as well. The place was clean and comfy! We slept mainly on the pull out sofa so we could wake up to that beautiful view every morning.

This is our second stay at the condo and we really enjoy it. The condo was under different ownership in our first stay, and we came back the following year for another stay. Summit County Mountain Retreats is a fantastic management company - they made our experience a breeze. The condo has the most amazing view, which is the main reason we stay. The living area is very cozy, with nice entertainment options and a nice fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Bathroom is updated and clean. Bedroom is dark with blackout curtains and comfortable. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is because the condo gets very hot with the sun coming through the windows most of the day. Additionally, it is very, very dry, and the two humidifiers provided could not keep up with the dryness. There were also broken blinds that were broken last year as well, so that could be replaced. Otherwise, we would rate this place 5 stars. Great location, and like I said, you can't beat the view!

Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. Please keep in mind if your unit does not have a fan just let us know and we will have one delivered to you.If additional humidifiers are requested our staff can deliver one free of charge, it is standard that each bedroom is provided with one. We will have our maintenance staff inspect those blinds in the unit and get those repaired as soon as possible, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
