Ski Tip #8706

We loved staying at this ski tip townhouse. It was so clean and well-maintained, and I would say it was even better than the pictures and the description!

The amenities in the kitchen were better than many rentals we have stayed in, and overall the home was well-thought out. Each room had shades and many windows to open to cool the home down, plenty of light in the evening, and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room had curtains to cover them at night as needed. The hot tub was great too! One thing we loved was the games, books, and toys for kids of all ages. We brought our 1.5 year old and she LOVED the foam blocks and all the new books to explore. Overall we loved our experience here and will definitely rent again.

Didn't refund me money for the broken washer as they promised. Could not use the master tub --valve problem -- if you turn on faucet -- couldn't turn off. The condo needs lots up maintenance. The location is wonderful -- too bad it isn't tended to -- and this isn't the first time we stayed in this condo -- stayed last year -- and provided a list of issues that needed to be addressed -- but apparently, no one cared. Won't stay there again - not sure I'd rent from Summit again.

Nice place , shirt distance to walk to Suttle which will take you to River run or Peru lift.
Place is clean , only thing is that living room heat is little confusing and thermostat is a way from cold area ,I advise to relocate thermostat.

We arrived at the scheduled check in time and housekeeping was still finishing up. Even worse maintenance had a hose running from the 1st floor bathroom to the outdoor hot tub through the bedroom/ living area making it unusable and causing a wet puddle in the carpet. The washing machine did not work properly and maintenance was unable to repair it during our visit.However the clogged tub was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We do apologize this unit was being finished when you arrived, unfortunately, this time of the year, trying to clean hundreds of units a day can cause us to get a bit behind! We loved this place!!! Not only was the location extremely convenient, but between the shuttle, hot tub, # of beds, cleanliness, and the view, this place really had it all. Really the only thing was that there were no instructions as to how to activate the front door number pad. It was not explicitly detailed anywhere so we had to wait and call maintenance for them to come down and show us that we need to press our palms against the pad. It was an easy fix and quite avoidable. The maintenance guy had even mentioned he comes down all the time to do the same thing for others, so you would think since it is a common misconception, someone would have cleared that up before!

This townhome in Ski Tip was very nice. I stayed there for three nights with three buddies on a golf trip. First, Summit County Mountain Retreats was great to work with. They were effective in their communications and very responsive when we had questions. The unit itself was very nice, with everything we could need. The private hot tub was great! The only cons were road noise from Montezuma Road when the windows were open and the fold out couch that was in the 4th bedroom wasn't terribly comfortable for an adult, although it would probably be fine for kiddos. Overall, this was a great stay and a central location for four rounds of golf in Summit County.

Ski Tip is a great location for Keystone skiing. The townhome was very nice and met our needs. Service from SCMR was very good - responsive but we had some issues with the door lock. It worked out ok but lock needs service.

We stayed at this condo with our family of 4, and another family of 4. This unit was perfectly equipped to handle our two families, kids ages 10,11,12,12. Clean unit, comfortable beds, great pillows, well equipped kitchen, perfect layout for 2 families! Waking up with a cup of coffee and the fireplace blazing with a great view of the mountains and trees was my favorite! Large mud room was perfect for getting everyone dressed and out the door, and back in from skiing each day. The hot tub was key and was used each day! Fantastic location to get to and from the mountain. We made one call to the property management company, and they were friendly, helpful, and excellent to work with! We will be back!

Place was the perfect size for 8 of us. Hot tubbing while the snow fell at night was amazing. Very close to River Run. Very, clean, comfortable beds. Only downside was the address was wrong on the guidebook and it took us a few calls and some real searching to find the place.

The check in instructions that are sent to guests before arrival include step by step directions that can be utilized if local GPS and map apps are not working correctly. Unfortunately, using map aps in the area is not recommended. However we do include a GPS pin point in the instructions to help guests find the precise location. When this guest called to report issues finding the unit we sent a staff member to help, and have since updated arrival instructions with more detailed information.

What words can I use to describe such a wonderful experience?? We flew in to visit my sister from PA, and went from Friday to Monday. There was my family (husband, two children - 2 and 4, and myself) and my sister's family (sister, husband, and daughter -8) and it was absolutely perfect! The house was nice and quiet, so clean, updated, and had so many wonderful amenities. We were able to walk in to Keystone and enjoy the Winter Festival, which was wonderful and being able to walk there was great! We truly could not have asked for a better time!

Overall it was great! I can’t say anything bad about the place. It was better than I thought it would be. The place was large, clean, hot tub that worked well etc. We stayed in the place with 7 people and were all comfortable. The neighbors are also very nice and welcoming (which you can’t say about all VRBO’s).

The place is honestly nicer than the pictures even depict. We were absolutely delighted with the house, the check in and out process was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it was mere steps from the shuttle bus to the slopes. We did have a couple maintenance issues. They were eventually resolved but it did take a couple days and one of the bathrooms was totally out of commission while we waited, which was inconvenient when you’re in a house with several others. But otherwise it was fantastic. Couldn’t get out of the hot tub. Loved it.

We had a wonderful experience. Everything was great from the size, to the location to the condition of our rental. The hot tub was on and working, the grill was well functioning and the propane tank was full. There were plenty of games and there were TWO pack n plays. The only negative was that the drain in the master bathroom bath didnt seem to work, or at least i coulnt get the drain to close, but that could have been operator error.

We loved the townhome! Great quiet location and all the amenities we could need. The private hot tub was wonderful! No complaints at all! We had to leave a few day’s early because of a family emergency, but we will be back for sure! Love the area.

Couldn’t ask for a better house for a weekend away! Checkin was a breeze and very detailed with home amenities and things to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. We were very close to some beautiful walking paths and front porch was perfect for a coffee or cocktail! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful ski trip. The cabin’s size was perfect for the 8 adults that were part of our party. We put the kitchen to good use for breakfast and lunch on several occasions and the large hot tub was a plus after full days of skiing. The cabin was immaculately clean when we arrived. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It is not a ski in/out location but we had one person in our party who could drop us off at the lift drop off area, which was very convenient and only took about 10 minutes. There was also a short walk to a shuttle that looked to run at 20-40 minutes. We also found the location to be convenient to reach other excursions like sleighing. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Location was great - easy drive into Dillon and Silverthorne. We skied at Loveland and Keystone - both within 20 min drive. Kids loved playing in snow in backyard and adults loved the hot tub! Has a garage but couldn't fit our Suburban in there so we just put out ski gear in the garage. Had regular coffee pot and Keurig :) Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit too. Very nice spaces downstairs and additional "TV room" came in handy for the kids and their movies so the adults could enjoy the TV by the fireplace. Nice unit!

We were a 6 family group and we were really good in this property
Every thing work well
The view in nice, the kitchen very nice, we have every thing we needed to have our new year dinner
The property is very well located to skiing ⛷ you have a bus stop behind the house, also 2 space to park the cars
We had a great vacation, and the staff were so helpful wen I ask for another humidifayer and a new toster
We hop to be able to come back next year

This place was perfect for our family of 9. It had all of the amenities that we could possibly need to make our meals. The rental was spacious and comfortable. Soaking in the hot tub after our adventurous days in Colorado was wonderful. Rugs and carpet were a little worn, but nothing to worry about. The townhouse was very clean and organized. The location was perfectly quiet and secluded with a beautiful view in our backyard. The company responded immediately to our questions, even to an issue of one of our smoke detectors chirping, and they sent help immediately to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service!

We came to this place with two families

Lots of space to spread out

Private Jacuzzi A+

The view was beautiful and it felt very secluded

Close to shuttle and everything keystone has to offer

Clean and well-appointed. We cooked every night and had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Traveling with kids, having a laundry machine by the rooms was a plus.

Would highly recommend!

The description was accurate. Check-in and check-out were easy. The property was clean and well maintained except for a leaky tub. The property was quiet when we visited in October. The views are nice, and we enjoyed seeing a fox roaming around or resting in the bush. We plan to return.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful Keystone house. 6 adults fit comfortably in the space. The house was equipped with plenty of cookware we were able to use for making breakfasts and dinners. The house was very clean and beds comfortable. The hot tub was great to enjoy after a long day of hiking. The scenery was beautiful around Keystone. It was off season so a few of the local restaurants in Keystone were closed but there were plenty of options in neighboring towns Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge which was about 30 minutes away. Would highly recommend this place. Check in process was easy as well everything was communicated clearly via email and their website.

We loved this condo in Keystone! We have stayed in other places before, and this exceeds the other places. The only thing we wish it would’ve had were ceiling fans in the bedrooms since there is no air conditioning, and we felt like the supply of kitchen items were lacking a bit. Otherwise it was in great shape, and nice and spacious, well decorated. We did have a problem with parking, but not anything the condo owners or managers could do. In fact, Summit county mountain retreats were prompt in helping us deal with the problem. Thanks!!

This was a great place to stay! It is very clean and has everything that you could need in your stay away from home. There was plenty of room and was very comfortable. We found that by staying here we could travel almost anywhere in a day. After a long day out exploring we found the personal hot tub amazing. It was cool enough in the evenings to go out there and just relax. The only thing that we could have used was a couple of chairs out in the back on the patio for when we grilled out. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This place was awesome! We've always stayed at The Keystone Lodge but they didn't have room for us this year so we went this route and we'll never go back! The unit was perfect for our group of five. Our only issue is when we arrived the hot tub water was disgusting, there was a lot of empty beer cans and drink cups on the ground around the hot tub, and the propane tank on the bbq was empty. We called the management company who sent Tom right over to drain/re-fill the hot tub and he got us a full tank of propane pronto. Turns out it's pretty common for the locals to "poach" hot tubs at vacant vacation rentals. No big deal...we lost use of the tub for one night but very happy with the responsiveness of the management company. We will definitely stay here again!
