Four brothers first get together in 5 years. All enjoyed the house except that there was no hot water. Texted the management co Tues, Wed, Thurs. Drove to the office and it was fixed in a couple of hours.

Very nice vacation in #8710. Great space, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, nice beds and bedding, good space for ski/ boot/shoe storage.
Quiet location, near bus stop. We loved it!

Our family enjoyed our 3 night stay at this spacious TH at Keystone Resort. The open floor plan and chef's kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms were perfect accommodations for our getaway during the holidays. Having access to the shuttles made it easy to get around the resort.

Ski Tip #8710 is amazing!! The place is very quiet and close to beautiful nature, it couldn’t be better. The kitchen is stacked with everything you need to prepare a meal, just need to bring your grocery. The maintenance responded quickly when we needed them. We also like the self check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this place for gateway from the busy like of the city.

Ski Tip 8710 was an excellent selection for our 5-night stay with 5-7 people (7 over the weekend; 5 for the remaining 3 days). The property was very accurately described, and the management company had excellent communication! It was very clean and available promptly at 4:30 p.m. The linens felt so nice on the beds, and the kitchen had nearly everything you'd need to make a gourmet meal. The spacious dining area became the hub for our families and friends to congregate, play games (quite a few available under the main TV) and enjoy meals together. The garage can be a little tricky to navigate with a lot of snow, but we managed just fine. The storage in the front entry is fantastic, and there are places to hang skis in the garage. The huge hot tub was just behind the townhome, with warm bathrooms and showers. We love the location and appreciate being slightly away from the bustling River Run Village. Shuttle stop is very close; everything was extremely convenient! So many details were thought of when they built and equipped this townhome; we highly recommend it!

SCMR staff was really disappointing. They had the hardest time getting our rental reservation straight, telling us many times that our rental was already taken, confusing it with another unit, arguing there were no area discounts when the posting clearly stated such. Inflexible and snarky re: early arrival time that I had requested weeks in advance. Unit ended up being available early when we checked, but SCMR was too lazy to notify us. Refused to identify themselves when I asked whom I was speaking with 3 times. Hard pass on lazy management companies. Much better to deal with AirBnB host directly!

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our services. However, we have looked into your reservation and see you booked using a 3rd party booking site. We had your reservation set in place, but you sent us an inquiry response about another unit and due to the 3rd party booking site you booked with, we were not able to see your information since they block out all contact information on inquires. Had you chosen to communicate to us in the reservation you booked, there would have been no confusion. Either way, we were able to figure it out and help with any questions related to your reservation. Unfortunately early check ins are extremely hard to accommodate on a high turn over date on a holiday weekend, especially with a 4 bedroom property and another guest checking out the same day. We are sorry that you failed to understand that and continued to demand an early check in and refused to listen to our polices we have in place and twisted those polices in place against us. We are also the Airbnb host, since Airbnb is just a listing site.

We had numerous small problems, a few of which were fixed by the management company, though most were not. Our Wifi never worked despite repeated calls, a staffer coming out and 2 promises to "elevate" the problem to tech professionals. This prevented guests from working as was needed for our vacation. There were also a rash of other problems: broken bath tub, burned out lights, unstable bed frames, grill out of gas. It seemed like given our timing during spring break - and being near the end of ski season -the unit had not required maintenance/upkeep. Bottom line, a property of this quality should not have so many problems, and functional Wifi is a standard. (Particularly given the known factor of limited cell service at this property.)

That being said, the home was sparklingly clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff.

Unforuntaely the fix did require an outside company and we were not able to get it scheduled during your stay. However, it is fixed and working now. Had we known about any other issues you experienced, we would have done our best to address them as well, nevertheless we will make sure we correct them. Came here for a ski week. We had 5 people and the 4 bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own room. The townhome is very spacious and convenient 10 minute shuttle to the ski area. We had previously stayed in the River Run Village but the condos there are tiny and very expensive. In my opinion the convenience of being close to the lifts is outweighed by the expense and small accommodations. We were very comfortable in this townhome and had a garage to park the car and didn't have to ride an elevator and search for a parking place every time we took the car. We would stay here again

This townhome had everything we needed, and more. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would find in your own kitchen. Good sleeping accommodations for older children. Would have liked access to the hot tub, but covid shirt that down. Garage amazingly fit our large Ford Expedition and our 2nd car was able to be parked super close.

Great experience with Summit County Mountain Retreats. They were proactive with information answering all our questions before we could ask any. The place was spotless and check-in and check-out were painless. We loved our stay in Keystone. Having some humidifiers for the bedrooms and washer-dryer were nice value adds. Despite most places being closed for the off season, we enjoyed the outdoors immensely. This place is very close to great hiking - Loveland Pass and Lake, Sniktau Mountain Trail, Meadow Loop and Ridge Trail, and the beautiful Snake River. Also, just a short scenic drive to Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend SCMR in the future.

Keystone was a delight! With festivals almost every weekend - we will be back!
This rental was a perfect for our family of six adults. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living and dining area was delightful, the patio was beautiful and the kitchen was perfect.

This was our first stay at Keystone and this townhome was more than perfect for us. Very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. No issues with wifi, beds were comfy, location perfect. We even had a fox join us one night on the patio. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

Great place - lots of room and storage. VERY quiet part of Keystone. Beautiful kitchen (well stocked). Garage parking a plus.
Upstairs guest bathroom shower never worked even after maintenance came by to fix it. We were told that a part was on order, but it would still work for us - but it did not. The microwave in the kitchen suddenly stopped working late in our stay as well. Thank you.

Very nice location for the condo. We took five adult children. Plenty of room for all of us. The only complaint would be that the faucet in the upstairs shower broke twice and parking at the condo was VERY minimal especially with all of the snow and ice. There was no way to pull a car in the garage. The master bathroom shower was "just ok" due to the fact that the water was either cold or scalding hot. The condition of the condo was very clean.

We had a great time on our recent ski vacation in Keystone thanks in large part to the lovely condo we chose on VRBO. We had 7 people in our party and the condo was a perfect size for our large group. The condo was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The location was nice and close to the shuttle stop for traveling into the village. Since I don't ski, I enjoyed the quiet of an outside the village location. There was a lot of sunshine through the wall of windows which was refreshing during the day. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and the high end appliances are really nice.

My family rented the property for the weekend to attend my son's wedding. The condo was nice, but we did have a couple of issues. We had several people that needed access to the internet during our stay, but we had no WiFi for the duration. I notified Summit County Mountain Retreat management team of the TV and internet being down early on our first morning. That afternoon, we were in the condo napping when the repairman came into the condo. He did knock, but didn't wait for anyone to answer, just barged in. He didn't ask if he could come in, but just came in and said he was there to repair the TV/internet. He noisily worked on the repairs in the living room and bedroom while we tried to continue napping in both rooms for an hour and a half. He got the TV working, but was unable to get the internet going, which I gather is why he was there so long and talking continuously on the phone while he was trying to get the internet going. He finally asked if he should continue on with troubleshooting or if we wanted some privacy. I told him that yes we wanted our privacy and that he could come back later when we were not in the condo. No one ever returned to finish the repairs, so we were never able to access the internet. I think that the management company should have made sure that everything was working including the TV and internet prior to our arrival. I also think that something should have been offered as an apology for the issues.... a discount, a partial refund, something.

The area was beautiful, we enjoyed a moose on our patio one morning, and our dinner at The Ski Tip was amazing.

Our group of 4 ladies...two sets of sisters who have known each other from birth and who now live across the country from each other...got together for a week in this beautiful townhome in Keystone. Aspens were at their prime. Very few tourists this time of year. 4 bedroom house was perfect for us. The few little problems we had were taken care of quickly by the management company.

Wonderful long weekend with my 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters. House was perfect. My only complaint is that the weeds on the patio were a foot tall between the concrete stabs. We pulled several but not all. Fun time had by all.

Went on the trip with another family and it was a great time! Our kids and plenty a room to explore and play, it’s close to a basin where we were skiing most of the time! I would see if it’s possible to always attain a physical key-the keypad to the door did not work one morning and that was frustrating. Otherwise beautiful place and we would stay there again.

This townhouse exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect for us. We were there for a week of skiing & family time. The rental itself was very clean, stocked well with kitchen basics and plenty of towels. Layout was great and the place was roomier than photos can show. We had zero problems. Checking in and checking out could not have been easier. Take advantage of the ski rental discount!! Thanks for a great stay!! This was one of the nicest ‘ski’ townhouses we’ve ever rented.

We had a great Thanksgiving with my grown children in this lovely home. We slept 8 people comfortably and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding. The kitchen could have been better equipped, especially trying to feed that number of people for a holiday.

This unit was perfect for our early Christmas get together. We had plenty of room for our family of six adults and two children. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice having 3 full bathrooms. The location was convenient to Arapahoe Basin where the family had a great time skiing

Our family spent 5 days here and absolutely loved our time! From the get-go the management company was great and stayed in touch with us on check in instructions, paperwork, etc. They also responded very quickly to a question we had a couple of days in. Location was quiet and perfect for our family needing some downtime. We enjoyed being able to leave the doors open and our kids could play outside. September is a BEAUTIFUL time to be in Summit county and we would love to stay here again.

We had a family wedding at Keystone. Some of us came from Michigan and some from Colorado. We absolutely loved the condo! It was spacious and clean. The hot tub is right next door, the view was beautiful and the proximity to the gondola was close. We would recommend this to others and may even be back ourselves!

We had a wonderful time at Ski Tip. Very close to Keystone base, beautiful scenery, spacious and clean home. We couldn't have been happier with the rental. Very easy to check in and out. Overall a wonderful property and it was exactly what we needed.

Overall the experience was solid with a few things that could be improved. The place is very nice, the couches however were not that comfortable after a long day of hiking, biking, and riding my motorcycle.
This is a first world complaint, but the Wifi and the Dishwasher did not work. I was told on the day of check in that the dishwasher was broken and parts ordered, it never was repaired over the weekend. Then the wifi did not work and we were with out for the first day and a half, then when they fixed it it was so brutally slow that it was not worth using. I will say the staff were friendly to talk to and they were also attentive.
