Description

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed. It features an updated kitchen, a private one car garage and private laundry. The deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks, cubbies and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features an entire wall of windows allowing lots of natural light. Vaulted ceilings lend to the overall spaciousness and there is a 4K Smart TV above the gas fireplace. Just off the living area is access to the deck with beautiful views. The deck opens up onto a large greenspace, perfect for outside play and building snowmen.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Custom cabinetry provides ample storage space, perfect for large family dinners, and there is even a wine cooler. The dining area seats eight with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a cozy window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has two pedestal sinks, built-in cabinetry, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is next door and has a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bunk bed. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Also upstairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Excellent home tucked away among the trees

Best sleep I've had outside of my own bed in years, huge table for family games, got to take advantage of the wonderful grill and outdoor areas, and a perfect location between evergreens and bright yellow Aspen trees. Could not have asked for more!

Feels like home

We have rented homes/condos around Summit County for 15+ years and this is among the few that truly feels like a private home, not a cookie-cutter vacation rental. Creature comforts include a gas cooktop, convection oven, wine/beverage fridge, propane grill and washer/dryer. It is well appointed with cookware, utensils, plenty of plates, cups and glasses and food storage containers. There is ample storage throughout. One small glitch, our first morning having coffee we realized there was only one teaspoon among the flatware and alerted the rental office, they delivered four more that day. We usually prefer ski-in/out or village location, but this was just a quick drive away from the village and the comfort of the home made up for that.

Great Location for Skiing

Brought the family for skiing. We enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle being so close and loved the large windows that provided great views of the surrounding trees and snow.

Fun in the snow!

This is our 4th Spring Break with our daughter, S-I-L and 3 grandsons in the Frisco/Keystone area and each year gets better! We loved this spot ....the condo, the location, and the property mgmt company. A 10!

Best rental we have stayed at in Keystone!

We have stayed at many properties in the Keystone area over the years, but this unit was by far our favorite. It was well stocked with every ammenity/item you could need, better than anywhere else we have visited. The decor was beautiful and furniture/beds were comfortable. There were high end upgrades such as the appliances and kitchen gadgets. The location was very convenient to the ski shuttle stop and only a short drive away from the base parking lot. We loved how the location of the unit was nestled in the trees and you did not feel like neighbors were invading your privacy. We will absolutely book this unit again in the future.

Well thought out

Out of the 5+ different condos/townhomes we have tried around keystone this was our favorite. Very well thought out in that everything is labeled, great storage space in garage for all of your snowboard / ski gear. Great location close to river run and overall very nice property. We plan on booking here again next year.

Amazing stay!

Pictutres don't do this place justice. It is much larger and nicer than it appears. Everything that you need is here, from kitchen things, bath towels, games, fans, humidifiers, and you name it. Very clean. We had a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Autumn Hiking Trip

We had a very nice time as usual, except the washing machine did not work during our 2 week stay. Received about 15% discount (10% plus resort recovery fee), which was appreciated but not much considering the inconvenience for 2 full weeks. While maintenance responded promptly, it would have been nice to have been informed earlier that it would not be fixed during our stay. In spite of this problem, the property is in such a nice location, the private grill with large outdoor dining table and chairs on the raised deck and professional management of Summit properties, I’m sure we’ll return and recommend Summit properties to our friends and family.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything you can hope to need. The view was amazing, being able to walk to the river was really nice. The free shuttle service provided was fully utilized. Would definitely stay here again! Very easy checkin and check out also!

In a word... perfect!

Wouldn't change a thing and hope to go back soon. A wonderful location that is both close enough to everything and secluded enough to feel that you are really in the mountains. Management company was responsive and informative. A+ experience all the way around!

Keystone Getaway

Perfect place in Keystone

Ski Tip #8719

Strayed here for a short family ski trip in January. The unit was very spacious, well kept and convenient to the resort shuttle and a quick ride over to parking or pick up. Great bedding and towels. Kitchen was well equipped.

Ski Tip 2022

Perfect space for two adults, three teens. Enjoyed the location, north of the resort. Space was clean and management checked in often via text with details and to make sure things were okay. Will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway

Great Family Vacation

A Winner for a Crowd

Love Ski Tip location for convenience to River Run yet quiet/peaceful. Large common spaces, including kitchen, make it easy for multiple adults to be cooking, eating and relaxing at one time. Kitchen is well supplied with dishware, pots, pans, tools, appliances.
