Our favorite stat yet!
We visit Co frequently, and this was by far our best stay yet. The town home is well decorated and well out-fitted with kitchen essentials. The beds were great, bathrooms were nice, and the overall layout is just superb. The hot tub is located just across the street. And there is an excellent walking path just down the road. Keystone is a little tucked away, but for this trip this is exactly what we wanted. It is a pleasant drive to Dillon, Breck, or Frisco if you’re looking for more to do.
I would literally hop on a plane right now if I could and hustle back to Keystone. The management was also extremely communicative and pleasant. I give this condo a solid 10/10.

Incredible Vacation
This is a beautiful property, with a lovely wooded view. the wall of windows really made the place feel open, and completely serene with the view of the forest. This property is very roomy with a great amount of storage. I've been visiting Keystone for many years and I must say this place has an incredible, well stocked kitchen. The dining room was awesome, we were able to seat 8 people quite comfortably. It is decorated with some lovely art and lighting. The property was very clean, and the one issue we had in the shower was addressed immediately by the maintenance group. The location is out of the immediate Keystone area, so it was very quiet and secluded. I would gladly come back to this property and recommend to friends/family. Having a washer and dryer on site was an added bonus, and as we were there during off season, the garage was perfect for our bicycles. This property is elegant and very homey. It was a great vacation!

Used to rent condos directly from Keystone Resort but Vp for some time now have worked with Summit County Mountain Retreats. We have stayed year two years in a row. August. We love the house. It’s beautiful. Location is perfect and peaceful. So easy. At arrival we had an issue with the keypad door lock. They called me with 1 minute and got me inside. Extremely responsive management team. We will be back again.

Our favorite Keystone condo
We have rented this condo numerous times and will continue to do so. It is well maintained and well equipped and quite comfortable. This year the housekeeping was less acceptable than typical, dust on furniture and such, and the master bedroom bed cover had a disgusting stain that looked like blood. It never should have been put on the bed. The other issue is the previous renter ,just have barbecued an entire pig and the deck below the grill was covered with grease. When we lit the barbecue a bonfire resulted and took 15 minutes to burn off all that grease. OK, o other complaints, and not th e management companies fault other than they might want to have housekeeping check on the condition of the barbecue unit. Figuring out the satellite tv controls continues to be a challenge but we succeeded. Overall this is our favorite Keystone condo and over 30 years of Keystone visits we have been in a bunch.
Anonymous from Grand Junction - Posted: 9/24/2022
Had we known about that, we’d have gladly taken care of this right away. Nevertheless, we’ll surely communicate your feedback to our housekeeping team and going forward, we expect more scrutiny about our facilities’ cleanliness and your overall well- being. We would love it if you would come back to stay with us again – we have no doubt that the next time you would have the wonderful experience that the vast majority of our guests have.

Family of six booked this property for four nights. Great location with easy access to Keystone (3 mins) and A-Basin (10 mins). 1-car garage was great, bedding and configuration excellent, dining table seats 8, family room sizable and kitchen well-stocked. Comfortable and classy. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our time here. Beds comfortable. We stayed with grown kids and young grandchildren. We slept in the smaller bedroom and let our kids have the master since they have so much stuff. We never heard the babies when they woke, even though we were all on one floor. The room with bunk beds gets a little cold. Bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was great to cook and serve from, but was missing a dish brush so we had no way to clean pans before loading in dishwasher. Water for tub ran hot and cold. The setting is wonderful. There was a lot of snow so we didn't go down to the river. Was surprised there was a fancy little restaurant nearby. I'm sure seating is limited due to covid. Check in and check out was a breeze. We appreciated the management company and how often they sent us information about our arrival. It took me a long time to realize the subdivision is called Ski Tip, so every time I got a notification with ski tips I said to myself, "But I'm not skiing..." Would stay here again.

Perfect Summer Mountain Retreat
My family had an amazing time staying at the Ski Tip. The home was spacious for my family with all of the needed amenities. Due to the pandemic, the lodge was not open but there was still enough to do without it. Not only the house itself was great, but nature was abundant the second you stepped out the doors. So much to explore in the backyard. My kids loved the surprises and sights in the forest and along the nature trail. My only complaint would be that the top bunks did not have high enough rails so it was not safe for kids to sleep in.

This townhome was adorable. Great size, cute decor, good location. It wasn’t as stocked as other rentals we have been in. There wasn’t enough towels for everyone. Also the hot water in the master would randomly turn freezing cold which was disappointing after a day on the slopes. Overall, we loved the rental and would stay again

We liked it - Room for Improvement
Generally this is a nice place. The house was clean, but it definitely has not had a deep clean for a while. The beds were comfortable. The garage was too small to park our car - so we had to park across the street. The deck is nice and could use some attention - a few boards could be replaced and it should be stained. There was no propane in the tank for grilling. The location is awesome. It is quiet with a creek just outside the window. It a beautiful place. The customer service was okay. We had a lot of good information prior to our arrival, it was overkill. Too many emails and texts. I would recommend this place.

Tripping in the Rockies
The townhouse was big and beautiful and had everything we needed. The people taking care of the townhouse were great. I was able to text them and they took care of our needs. I was grilling on the back porch when I ran out of propane so I texted Summit County Retreats and they brought me a new tank immediately and I was able to finish up grilling. Awesome!!

Gray's Peak Base Camp
We needed a place to sleep before we summited Gray's Peak. This place fit the bill. Plenty of comfy beds, a great kitchen to make the pre-hike brekkie, close to Keystone for dinner, less than an hour to Gray's and generally a comfortable place to hang out. Everything was as advertised on Air BnB and perfect. My only problem is we didn't stay long enough to really enjoy it! One thing to note is there are no keys to the property. The key code is on the upper right corner of the instructions. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if I'm in the area!

Experience exceeded expectations immensely. The property was superb in every way, the rental company was attentive and informative, and we will definitive look here first for our next trip.

Wonderful Townhouse!
We rented this wonderful townhouse for spring break. It was very comfortable for the eight of us. The house was clean, well-equipped, and charmingly decorated. We felt right at home!

The folks at Summit County Mountain rentals were very helpful, especially in that they came out to shovel a path to and clean off the grill that was snowed under.

Our only complaint was that the hot water heater was very irregular. Summit County was very responsive, but even after two calls, the issue wasn't resolved. I know they had plans to bring out a plumber--hopefully, that'll fix it!

That said, we're already planning to book this same location for next year. We highly recommend it!

Modern spaciousness in great location
This unit is tastefully decorated, comfortably appointed, roomy (easily holds 6 people), well stocked, and in a great location near the shuttle and pathways. We moved in for 3 weeks and had zero problems. We especially liked the storage and counter space in the kitchen and garage to keep our vehicle snow-free. Management checked in on us for safety and satisfaction at least once/week.

Beautiful Home
The decor of this home is gorgeous. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design details. We really enjoyed our stay.

A couple points of feedback: The stairs are really "creaky" and the mattresses of the top bunk beds are as high as the railings. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a child nor adult sleeping up there - so it reduces the sleeping capacity by two.

Awesome find!
We really enjoyed this little AirBNB rental. Comfortable beds, clean linens and a private back deck made for an overall great stay. The neighborhood is growing quickly and has beautiful homes and walkways to meander around.

I was a little disappointed in our timing of the stay. Apparently everything in Keystone and the surrounding areas closes down or gets slimmed back for October "mud season".

The place itself though is located well and I would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Fun trip! :-)

Beautiful Townhome!
Stayed here while attending a wedding at Ski Tip Lodge. The house is absolutely beautiful! We had 6 guests staying here but could've been able to accommodate more very easily. We had people come over for dinners each night and there was plenty of room to eat at the dining table and living room. The decor was modern and nice. It was very close to River Run gondola (about 4 minutes). Also enjoyed exploring behind the home where the creek ran. Would absolutely stay here again!

Well exceeded expectations!
We spent four night here but wish we had booked longer. Beautiful home in a great location- close to great hikes, restaurants, and kid friendly activities. Summit was very accommodating and responsive to early check-in, request for crib, and printing services. Wonderful vacation in a beautiful home!!!

Best Keystone condo experience ever
We stayed a week in the condo. We have been renting units at Keystone several times a year for 20 plus years but always directly from Keystone. First time with VRBO. The unit was nicely and newly renovated and in great repair. The kitchen was better equipped than any we have experienced previously, bedrooms were well appointed with ample pillows and blankets, television system modern with large screed and lots of channel choices. DVD player worked as soon as you figured out the 3 remotes. Large deck with comfortable chairs and the large gas barbecue worked and we never ran out of fuel. Great trails within walking distance and we walked to River Run village a number of times for meals and to go up the gondola. There were a couple of minor maintenance items which we only reported at check out as they were minor. I guess I am saying this is a great place to stay for a summer visit to Keystone.

Weekend Getaway
This home was perfect. We had 4 adults and only needed a one night stay as we were passing through Keystone and Breckenridge for the weekend. The property matched the listing and had all the amenities we needed. It was well maintained and clean. The property management staff provided good instructions to access the property. I also own a vacation rental; a historic ranch in Colorado and it was great to be on the guest side vs the host side to see how other owner's manage and operate their vacation rentals. We loved it, just wish we had more time there.

Great stay!
My husband, 2 adult sons and I stayed for a long weekend in June 2018. We had an excellent stay- property was clean, and decorated very tastefully. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen- which had all the equipment that we needed, as well as sitting on the outdoor deck. Loved the layout as well- plenty of room to spread out and relax privately, or hang out all together. We also went exploring the creek area behind the property- fun for a quick little hike! It was a great base to explore Keystone, as well as easily make the trip over to Red Rocks for a concert. The only improvement that would be nice to see, would be an earlier check-in time- 4pm was quite late (I've traveled the world, and typical time for any hotel or property is usually 3pm or earlier. ...Would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

Great stay, horrible logistics
Everything about the cabin was great and amazing. The check in process is horrible and time consuming especially when you arrive at 4AM to your rental and they give you the wrong code to the house. Had to take many obstacles to get a hold someone at this hour and didn’t get in until 5ish or so.

Thank you for the feedback. Guests pick up an arrival packet with with a current parking pass and the key code to this vacation rental from a central location in Keystone. Due the resort, this is common practice and our process eliminates long lines and allows for late night arrivals. We apologize if you were given an incorrect code. We will follow up with our staff to find out how that happened.

Gorgeous Cabin - Great for Group of Friends
We stayed in this beautiful townhome for a long weekend. We were celebrating a 30th birthday, and we’re oooking for a nice place for our group of friends to stay. At the end of April, we definitely hit the off-season in Keystone, but this townhome was perfect for us! We were able to enjoy a great time in a beautiful, modern, very well-kept place that really felt like home. We’d come back any time!

Lovely place!
Our rental was very cozy and clean. It was easy to check in and out and very close to two great ski resorts. We never were able to find the hot tub though. We do plan on returning in future years to this resort.

We're sorry you weren't able to find the hot tub. The Guest Information Portal has a map of the area around Ski Tip Ranch the centrally located hot tub area is pointed out. We're sorry if you didn't see this information in the portal. Guests can always give our staff a call as well and we're happy to provide directions. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Beautiful unit - nice location
Property was very nice except for the extreme heat in the unit. The temperature in the unit was 86 degrees when we arrived! After turning off all thermostats and opening all doors and windows, we were able to lower the heat to 70 degrees. It was too hot to sleep upstairs and even though the thermostats were in the OFF position, the boiler in the garage continued to run. When checking in, another guest called the prop management office while I was there reporting the same issue in their unit. They were told that the only thing the management company could do was advise them to open the doors and windows so having heard that I didn't bother calling the office. Please service the boiler in this unit.

Thank you for the review. Issues with heat can vary property to property. If staying in a building, the issue can result from the building heating system for the hallways and stairwells and in those cases we are of little help (as we don't manage entire buildings but individual vacation rentals). Other times the issue is within the vacation rental and we can resolve. We will have our maintenance staff look into the issue at this vacation rental.
