The living area has a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and an Ultra HD Blu-ray player. There are travertine floors and beautiful slope views from the windows. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a queen-sized Murphy bed on our Ivory White Bedding program that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful slope views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and travertine floors. The dining area comfortably seats six people around a beautiful custom built walnut table. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms feature granite countertops, beautiful fixtures and travertine floors. All are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer off the dining area, and detergent is provided for your convenience.
The first master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The second master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, an oversized walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.
