Our stay was great! We beat the summer heat of southern Louisiana for a month. The rental was well equipped. The location was perfect for a break away yet minutes away from anything that you would need. It had enough room for my family of four. Looking forward to staying here again.

Property was even nicer than pictures showed and was VERY roomy for just 2 people - we should have invited some friends!! Kitchen was fully equipped and bedroom comfortable with plenty of pillows and towels in bathrooms. We enjoyed some good Netflix movies when we weren't out on the deck loving the gorgeous mountain views and taking leisurely walks by the river. Parking garage, luggage carts, and elevators made for easy access much appreciated by us 2 seniors! Loved our stay, especially w/the cost being less than most hotels! Summit Cty Mtn Retreats is our go-to company for great rentals on our mountain excursions!

The place was clean, spacious enough for 4 people and located close enough to walk to the mtn. The road noise, uncomfortable living room furniture and low clearance in the parking garage were disappointing.

Our yearly vacation with the family. A chance to relax and enjoy the outdoors and each other’s company. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was nice with the view of the slopes. The walk to the lifts was 6-8 minutes. Longer in the evening. ��. Very quiet in our part of the building. It seemed quiet in all other parts as well. Stayed in Red Hawk lodge last year but the kids 19, 20,22 liked this unit and location better. Less busy around the lift in the morning. Not sure what our plans will be next year but would certainly consider staying here again. All the best. J V .

Really a great stay with my two college age kids. Very good location to Mountain House access to Keystone. Hot Tubs right behind, nice balcony on second floor and great views of Peru lift. Easy access back from village at first stop by bus the condo was easy access for any easy mobile party (prob not ideal for toddler size kids with ski gear). Right next to hwy 6, underground parking nice benefit tho likely want to use luggage cart on arrival and departure. We had a fabulous stay with great mid-December snow. Visited Breck one day and if you avoid the main travel times (like come home after après-ski & dinner) it’s less than a 25min drive. Arrived from Beaver Creek and without weather or traffic that was about 50 min. Large (full-size) washer and dryer make for a great mid week cleanup of clothes and snow-gear. Overall, a very nice visit on a Sat-Wed trip.

2 BR, 2 bath, nice kitchen, dining and LR very comfortable for 4 guests. Beds were ok, kitchen well-stocked and very clean overall. The furniture and decor are a little dated and the sofa needs to be replaced, but other than those very minor items, it was a great experience. We especially love the little balcony and the view of the mountainside/ski slopes was beautiful. The area was quiet and relaxing and we loved our time there. Added bonus was the private, underground parking!4

We had a great time. This unit is quiet and next to the hot tub where we spent a lot of time. It is close to many hiking trails and we rented e bikes that were fun. We ate really well at the local restaurants as well.

Was thrilled with the price, and the place exceeded expectation. Photos don't do it justice, place was plenty large. Our group was able to fit comfortably. Everything was neat and clean and as described. Very happy. This is my second experience renting through Summit County Mountain Retreats, first through them directly rather than AirBnB. Very pleased and will continue to visit annually.

This vacation rental was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip. It was cozy and was a great location for skiing on and off the mountain. The condo was equipped with games and movies and each room had a tv. The bathrooms and kitchen were great too. The balcony has a view of the mountain enjoyable to sit on! Fun and cozy place. The only negative was that the couch was pretty uncomfortable to lounge on after hours of skiing.

It was fine. Place was nice. A little confusion with the access, but the unit was very nice. The other challenge was understanding how close it was to the ski area. I THINK you could have walked, but wasn't sure if it was accessible. A small map of the surrounding area, e.g. the old placemat kind rather than the map on my phone, that gives you a sense of what you could walk to would have been nice. Again, the place itself was very nice. The only real issue was the fact that I booked it for two nights, and a major storm hit so I only used it one night. There was no recourse that I could identify so I was out a few hundred dollars for no good reason. NO ONE would have been able to use it that night as it was inaccessible as they shut down I-70. Also, a better description of location in terms of the main ski area is now up the road two miles.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We enjoyed our stay. The property is a short walk across a bridge and parking lot to the lifts. The condo was clean and we enjoyed using the hot tubs down stairs after skiing. Our son slept on pull out sofa and he complained that it was very uncomfortable. You can get the use of an air mattress for $10/day, so keep that in mind.
We rented a Suburban which worked well for family and equipment. Keep in mind that oversized vehicle parking is limited. It was fine during the week and tight on the holiday weekend.

Before I arrived I called the number that was given to me if I had any questions. The lady that answered could not answer any of the basic questions I had for her . There was coffee grounds and filter in the coffee maker and the master bedroom was a little off. Bed not lined up with headboard and night stands off a bit, I put them back the way they should be. Other than that I enjoyed the place and so did my co- workers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very cozy. The only issue is the sleeper sofa was like sleeping in a hammock. Other than that, we really enjoyed the unit. Also, the jets in one of the hot tubs were not working.

We stayed as a family of four. The condo was clean, cozy, and all around great. We had a light bulb go out, and with a simple call, management had it replaced. The kids were stoked about the jacuzzi inside and hot tub outside. Humidifiers were an extra bonus for sleeping!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is spacious and quite comfortable. The only problem we encountered was with the elevator which was out of service three different times during our stay including the day we left. The location is great, and the views are spectacular.

It’s exactly as pictured. You can easily walk around the building to get into the Mountain House area and Peru Express lift. Mattresses and pillows are too soft / old and should be replaced.

The unit was comfortable, with a mountain theme, and restful for our two evenings after great skiing. We never found a thermostat to lower the room temperatures so we were plenty warm as the snow storms blow through. Was great to be able to park in the underground garage after a rigorous drive up to Keystone.

This rental was very nice and had a great view of the mountains and the slopes. It was very clean and well maintained. It's walking distance from the Peru lift; however, a little long if you're walking in ski boots. Private laundry was extremely useful after a day of falling down on the slopes!

The lodge was in a perfect location that was close to shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance to the conference center. The scenery was amazing! The unit was clean and very spacious. Maintenance was very responsive and brought us a new fan right away when requested.

The property was great! We shared it with another couple. We each had our own space and own bathroom. Used the fridge to store the food we brought up in our cooler and leftovers from dining out. We hooked up our phone to the speaker to listen to tunes. Then we enjoyed a game of Monopoly! Which was provided by the way - nice touch! Highly recommend!
