This two-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, three twin beds, and a full size sleeper sofa. It features hardwood flooring, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. All of Keystone’s attractions are close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. With southerly exposure and wall-to-wall windows, the High Rockies sunlight greets you in the morning and fills the rooms until sundown. Tennis Townhomes offers shared amenities including an outdoor heated pool next to a clubhouse with a hot tub, sauna, and changing rooms.

Keystone’s lifts can be accessed by a quick shuttle ride. One of Keystone’s two golf courses is only 2 miles away. Lakeside Village, Keystone Lodge & Spa, and the Keystone Conference Center are all within walking distance - close enough that guests have the option to walk home from the Conference Center during breaks. Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is only 6 miles up the road. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are both within 30 minutes.

The sunken living area features two seating areas, two flat screen TVs, a sleeper sofa and access to deck and greenspace out the double glass doors. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make meals away from home and features new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The main level guest bathroom is just down the hall. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom and the first guest bedroom are on the upper level with southerly exposure and mountain views. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers one queen bed, one twin bed and a flat screen TV. The upper level guest bathroom across the hallway. The last guest bedroom is on the lower level and offers a twin sized bed with twin trundle and a mounted flat screen TV.

The washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Wifi is available with strong connectivity throughout the unit.

Okay but less than expected

Place was tight: small kitchen, narrow hallways, and smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Sauna did not work the entire trip despite receiving a text before our trip that it would be fixed the day of our arrival. The hot tub was small and always had people in it. The unit was outdated and in disrepair. The laundry room door knob came off in your hand. The master bath faucet was loose and toilet seat wouldn’t go all the way up (this was fixed after two days of waiting). The tile floor in the master bath was old and dirty in appearance. The only positive things were the close proximity to the pool and kitchen items were plenty stocked. Otherwise, I’ve stayed in dozens of rentals and most were much nicer than this place for the money.

Pleasant stay in keystone

The lodging accommodations were adequate for our vacation. It was a decent walk to the Peru Express lift and we mostly had to use our car. The hosts were gracious enough to move our reservation one day due to snow storm and cancelled flights. The bathroom showers were not the cleanest and there were a couple broken light bulbs but other than that it was a great place!

Nice Location In Need of a Good Cleaning.

There was a lack of communication from the management company from the start. They sent me a document to signed labeled adobe which I missed so they canceled my originally reservation. A day had passed when I went to rebook and they jacked up the price. Carpet in the unit was heavily stained in places and ready to be cleaned. Upon arrival the unit smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner.

We do send guest a rental agreement per Short Term Rental Laws here in Summit County straight from us and guests do have 72 hours to complete this or we do cancel the reservation as well as our pricing is dynamic and can change. Fantastic quiet condo

Enjoyable for my grandchildten

There was no apology for a mix up with the keys. Even if I was mistaken about the instructions, it seems to me I could have received a "sorry this happened" from your employee, since I was "a guest" and had just been driving for six hours.

Stay at 1527 Tennis Club Ct, Keystone

It was great! The furnishings were super nice, the artwork was absolutely gorgeous. There was a good supply of games to play. Nice sized kitchen. It was great having a Keurig coffee maker to use!! The unit was well maintained and it was quite convenient to go down to the local community and go on the gondola ride to the top of the mountain, plus the dining was great!! Good restaurants!!

Great condo - perfect location

One of the nicest accommodations I have ever stayed at in a ski town. Very well appointed condo with many nice surprises. Kitchen was stocked with all accessories needed. There was even a cabinet full of toys that worked great for our 1.5 yr old boy.
