We really liked the location of our condo. Easy walking to trails and to Main Street Breckenridge. The living room and kitchen area had everything that you needed. We were only there 2 nights so didn't have a chance to try out the hottub. And it was summer so too hot.

This condo was nice and cozy, but did have a couple issues. The door handle to the garage is busted and needs replaced. The beds are okay, really firm and springy so could be better. Otherwise though it was a nice place with all the amenities needed for a few nights' stay.

Location, cleanliness, and for the most part sleeping arrangements were pretty good. The night before our arrival we were notified our queen pull out was broken and cannot be used we were told a queen air mattress would be dropped off in place...for a trip anticipating to use this we were extremely bummed and a little annoyed as the quality of air mattress is substantially lower and should not count as a bed. We said nothing about it off the cuff to the company to cut some slack. Upon arrival it was a twin air mattress and they could not drop off a queen one until the next day. We needed to configure a sleeping arrangement for another person out of the couch- also does not count as a sleeping space. Tried to get money back to make up for it but they were hard set on only giving 10% of total cost to reimburse which I think is unfair but up to next guests discretion. It is a great location for the mountain and town just upset about sleeping arrangements and compensation.

We do apologize that this couch was broken the day before this guests check in as well as the wrong size air mattress was brought, we did fix this problem the moment we knew there was an issue. We also offered this guest what was in line with our rental agreement for this inconvenience.

Convenient to downtown, clean, the only thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot tub had no boundaries from the neighbors ,it needed a half wall of some kind. I will say if there was any problems they were taken care of quickly! Every one was kind, caring and helpful! I gave my personal list of things I thought was a needed concern! Maintenance and caretakers of property are very personal and kind! Yes I will always give out the property name and will go back! We had an amazing time, snow machines, the gondola, downtown, had a wedding at Sapphire Point, we all had a good week of festivities! We will be back! Thank you all!

I would definitely recommend this condo to guests looking for an ideal spot in Breckenridge. Everything was perfect. Location ideal to walking into town. Great communication with manager. Easy checking in and out. Had a fabulous dinner at Briar Rose and then delicious breakfast at Blue Moose. Walking around Main Street was fun as well.

If you want a place where you can feel relaxed and be walking distance from the town this is the spot. The warm lighting throughout the place with the fireplace fills the tranquility we all want. The hot tube in the winter is amazing. This is a comfortable spot for all ages.

We were very happy with our stay! Everything was within walking distance, the condo was very nice and clean and the management company quickly responded to a couple of issues when we first arrived. We especially loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the property was great for our one night stay. However, there were some things that really needed attention, and since it was over the weekend, the rental office was closed and I had no idea how to contact anyone while we were there. First of all, the bunk bed was broken. One of our party climbed on top to check the safety of the bed, and it literally fell through the bottom! Fortunately for us, she wasn't hurt, but she did have to sleep on the pull out couch, which kind of ruined things for those of us who wanted to stay up later, and would have been really bad if we had one more guest in our party since we were down one bed at that point. The second problem was the hot tub. We were looking forward to using it as part of our girls' night, but there was a man in the hot tub next door, which was literally touching our hot tub with no privacy screen between the two. We waited until pretty late in hopes that he would get out, but he never did and he sat there all night scrolling on his phone with the volume up really loud. So that kind of ruined the enjoyment of having a "private" hot tub. We never got to use it. Lastly, there were a few other maintenance things that needed attention, such as a broken toilet handle, glass showers doors that were swinging freely, and moldy jets in the master bathtub. There is really no excuse for that, as the rest of the property was pretty nice, and it was close to town but just on the edge on a fairly quiet street. I tried to message the property managers about the problems, but never got a response.

The condo itself was nice, clean, as described. When we arrived a maintenance man came in to check the hot tub water and let us know that the jets were not working properly. We discovered only 1 jet was actually moving the water around. We let the property know and asked for someone to repair, we selected the property because it had a private hot tub. The next day they told us the issue would not be repaired during our stay. We then asked what accommodation would be made since we paid for a working hot tub, and we were told we would get a 10% refund, and we could just use the public hot tub if we wanted. 10% was 160.00, so a whole 22.85 dollars per day was what they offered to make up for a bathtub instead of a hot tub. We then looked up reviews from before we checked in, and saw that the hot tub issue was not new, and instead of giving us the choice to select another property, they took our money and said too bad. The property was not fully booked, so that was an option but this owner and management took our money and suggested we use a public hot tub. So if you expect to get what you paid for, don’t book with these people. We attempted recourse but did not get a refund at all. We loved Colorado and had a great trip, but we would not stay in this complex again.

It is unfortunate to hear that this guest did not enjoy their stay due to the lack of hot tub jets in the private hot tub. The hot tub still is fully functional otherwise and is at the appropriate temperature. This property does have access to a common area hot tub as well and since we were not able to repair the jets, we did offer the guest access to the common area hot tub and a refund. We are sorry those options were not enough.

Only issue is the air quality conditioner system didn’t adjust to cooler. It was ok during the day but very warm at night.

Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. Please keep in mind if your unit does not have a fan just let us know and we will have one delivered to you.

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days of skiing. The condo was near the breck free bus stop and it was very convenient to have a garage and a parking spot. The place was cozy and clean and a great size for us to be there with our kids and my parents. We hope to be back this summer!

The unit was comfortable and spacious. There were just two of us, but easily could have had 6 without feeling too crammed. Garage, hot tub, and well appointed kitchen checked all the boxes.

Location is great. Easy walk to anything in town (Breck Brewing and a convenience store at the end of the parking lot). Reasonable walk to the base of Quicksilver lift if you don’t mind a little warm-up to get the blood flowing. It’s mostly flat and took us ~5 minutes (in snowboard boots).

Rental co. met our expectations and was easy to work with (clear communication, digital check-in, webpage for all unit instructions, etc.).

We enjoyed the Corral location with a manageable walk to the lift, easy access to free shuttles and short walk to town. We also enjoyed the private hot tub after a day on the mountain. SCMR staff was helpful and very responsive.

We spent just one night at this property. We mostly just needed a home base to walk to Main Street for dinner. The property and condo were clean, spacious, and nice decorated. It was just a few minutes to walk to Main Street. The outside temperature was about zero degrees but the condo stayed warm and cozy with the nice fireplace in family room. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect, town was walkable and we loved the private hot tub on the deck. Unfortunately, we had a family above us who woke up early every morning and sounded like a heard of elephants walking across the floor. The condo layout was great and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was the jets in the master bath appeared to have mold around them which caused my wife to not use that bathtub. Everything else was great!

Property was in great condition except for a leaky faucet (we were able to fix it ourselves) and the guest bathroom shower door being a bit dodgy. Comfortable living room. It is near everything you want to do in downtown Breck. Clean and fully operational hot tub for the cool evenings. Short drive to the resort lodge. Would stay again!

Unit was clean and nice. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen great and outdoor grill had an extra canister of propane if needed. Grill was clean and worked well. Unit was close to US 9 and it was quite noisy with the doors open (it was hot), additionally the other side had a fair bit of traffic as well. Unit featured a hot tub which was broken. Sort of a mildew smell emanating from it. They offered a 10% reduction in rate for the inconvenience.

I felt like the rental was clean and in good order. I wish they would have had a few extra blankets. The back door to the hot tub was very difficult to open & close. We had to call the maintenance guy to stop by which worked but then we couldn't open it again. The dishwasher was not in alignment and difficult to close. The shower glass door in the bathroom kept coming out of the track and was hard to open and close. Overall a great place to stay just a few minor items. I would definitely book this rental again, fantastic location to downtown Breckinridge.

The unit was well equipped and worked well as it was very spacious, with comfortable furnishings, including the sofa's. In regards to furnishings, our only complaint was that the very comfortable single chair had a tear in one arm, which diminished the image of the accommodation. Also, the placement of the elevator in the complex is not very convenient, especially when having to use a luggage cart. In the interest of safety for customers I recommend the owners install shower grab bars, as the shower tubs seemed rather deep and somewhat difficult to enter and exit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at unit #209W. The living area with the gas fire place was very comfortable. The kitchen came with everything you would need and was easy to navigate through. Garage was spacious for 1 oversized SUV as well as all your ski/snowboard gear. Would stay here again.

Great location. We walked to the slopes and could also grab a shuttle if we didn’t want to walk. Easily able to walk to town!

The house was comfortable but we had several issues with cleanliness/functionality. The shower door wouldn’t open/close properly the guest bathroom. The bathroom shower in the master room wasn’t great either. The bathtub had jets but they were black and not clean, so definitely not useable. The pots and pans were also in pretty rough shape. We didn’t have enough towels either. We were able to get more after a few days though! The staff was quick to respond to our questions and complaints!

We would come back and stay again because of the location but would hope to see some improvements!

This was a beautiful property very conveniently located to everything you could want to do in Breckenridge (downtown, ice skating/ Breckenridge troll, Free Ride bus). We rented a car and with the snow and ice TRULY appreciated having a private garage, but you could easily get around from this location without a car. (We did go dog sledding at Good Times Adventures, which would be difficult to get to without a car, but it was very convenient to town with one. Highly recommended!) The digital guestbook sent in advance of our travel was endlessly helpful in planning things like groceries, cold weather clothing rental, and more. It would have been nice to have a paper copy of some of the guest book pages in the unit itself, just to easily access location-specific info (wifi and hot tub, for example) quickly--especially for kids and older people. The updated local guidebooks in the unit were also helpful in planning meal take-out, though we mostly cooked in the unit. The kitchen was very minimal in tools and implements (no scissors or a cutting board, for example), but it had enough we made it all work and had a lot of nice family meals together in the open dining/living room, which was so cozy for spending time together. We loved our time here and felt like the management company was extremely responsive. Everything was very clean and in good working order, as described. We were a family of 5--two parents, two kids 10 and 7, and my 80 year old mother. The elevator was very helpful in transporting my mother out and about, but there are still a few unavoidable stairs (well-maintained and never icey!) and a good walk from the elevator, so that is worth considering if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues. We would stay here again and recommend to friends traveling to the area. Thank you for a great vacation!

Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there! The hot tub was a huge bonus after being stuck on highway 70 for 3 hours in a snow storm. Downtown Breckenridge is walking distance from this location so that was a huge bonus since we could not locate Uber’s. Would stay here again!

The condo was clean, minus some alcohol bottles in the garage and on the porch. We had issues with the heater. It could not be adjusted and was super hot inside. It was 10 degrees outside and we had to open windows it was so toasty. The bunk bed bedroom has a huge window but the curtain is not a black out so the light from the hallway outside came in at night. Loved that they had fans available. The management responded to texts very quickly. Nice view, super close to downtown, and nice little hot tub. Overall, it was a good trip.

Our family had a fabulous stay! The finishing touches made the condo feel like home. Conveniences like a stocked kitchen, multiple power charging stations in every room, and the hot tub hot and on for our arrival made it the best vacation we've ever had! The location was amazing, within blocks of downtown Breckenridge and trails around the condos for our evening hikes. The property management team was AMAZING! 24 hour help and very prompt to address our only issue.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental condo. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. We stayed for 4 days and never wanted to leave! Great space for 8 people. Well equipped and good layout. A manageable walk to the Quicksilver lift. Only request would have been better lighting in the bedrooms.

We were very pleased with #209W Corral at Breckenridge. The pictures of the place were actually what we got. Clean, spacious, great location. Easy check-in and check out. Email and text kept us up to date. My first time booking out in Colorado and we were very pleased with the whole experience.

It was a great stay for my family and I. We will def come back. Location was great, mountains could be seen, clean, and plenty of space.
