I came to Keystone for a reset after recently retiring. The stay was heaven on earth! The property was exactly as described and the area was quiet and peaceful. The management checked to make sure everything was acceptable or if I needed anything addressed. I can't wait to come back!

Allowed to check in early which helped the kids get ready in the room for their hockey games vs the parking lot. Great location and fantastic stay.

The unit was beautiful but had a few issues. First, it is backed up to the main road and there is no curtain to block the entire patio door that overlooks the road. Second, there was no place in the master bedroom to unpack and put your clothes and only a very small closet. Third, the bathroom lighting is very dim and difficult to put on makeup. Fourth, there was no hair dryer. Finally, the water filter in the fridge needs to be changed. If these things could be rectified then it would be a perfect place to stay.

Very nice clean place. Cozy with fireplace and a very convenient location with shuttle stop right behind it. Only drawbacks were no table for eating/gaming and the back glass doors had no coverings so felt a little exposed as it backs up to a street. Otherwise perfect for what we needed for 3 people.

This is the 4th or 5th stay in Seasons 1887 and it was great, as always. It is always clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet, in a lovely location with easy access to Keystone Lake and mtn bike & road bike rides just out the door. We stayed 5 nights toward the end of Oct - it was super quiet due to off-season which we loved. The bike path is just behind the patio - it's nice watching bikes, runners, and walkers go by. We love Seasons 1887 and intend to stay again next year, if available.
SC Mtn Retreats is always professional and good to work with.
The only suggestion is to replace the spatulas that seem to have walked off. Also, please bring back the former website. The new SCMR website is not easy to navigate at all. It doesn't seem to allow a search for specific complexes.

The property description was very accurate. The property was spotless and very well decorated. Location was perfect. Close to everything I needed. The rental process was very easy. My only complaint was that the mattress was not very comfortable, and the kitchen sink was missing a stopper so I could not hand wash dishes. I would highly recommend this unit.

If you don't need clothing storage and only have 1 vehicle this is the place for you. Closet was very small and cramped with vacuum, fans,etc. and there was no dresser to put clothes in so we used the extra twin bed to keep our suitcases opened. Even tho we were there with minimal other renters, we could not use the empty parking spaces (including 2 marked visitors) for a few hours during the day. Disappointed the management refused to be flexible.

We have stayed in Seasons 1887 multiple times and it has become our favorite. It is always sparkling clean, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, cozy, & nicely equipped for all our needs. The location is the perfect starting point for biking on the miles of bike paths or trails outside the door. Trail running, too. We enjoyed watching the various cyclists, dog walkers, and runners go by on the bike path that passes behind the unit's patio. Keystone Lake is adjacient and makes for a lovely morning or evening stroll. We love Seasons 1887 and plan to return, hopefully, in the fall.

A group of girlfriends and I rented individual condos for a long weekend. The off-season prices were really affordable and allowed us each to have our own space. The condo was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (which is rare). The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it really is, but there’s definitely more room than you’d get in a hotel. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to go to the Keystone area.

Our small family really likes the “New Seasons” part of Keystone, we used to stay in River Run village, but now prefer to be in this area since it’s a little more secluded/calm. We’ve stayed in an adjacent condo in the same building last year, and loved it. This condo (1887) was set up pretty similar, and my only complaint would be that it was absolutely filthy when we checked in. The dishwasher has melted cheese all over inside, and all the dishes and cups were dirty (probably because of the melted cheese in the dishwasher). There was gummy/sticky substance all over the stove and counters, the toilet and bathtub had dirt rings in them, and the pull out bed in the living room had food and crumbs in it (so we didn’t use it). I spent the first hour of our stay cleaning, my wife wanted me to get a different room. This is a great room, love this area, it just needs to be cleaned.

The unit itself is perfect for two people. Great location and nice unit. But, issues with poor property management. We arrived at 3:00 to find the lock codes do not become active until 4:30 and we hadn’t paid the extra money to “arrive early”. Then, the trash from the previous occupants was all still in the unit. The tv remote had dead batteries. No laundry detergent. And only one pot of coffee (12 cups) provided. So bring supplies. We texted with the property manager who said they’d bring batteries and detergent, but they never did. So bring your own supplies or head to the grocery store.

The condo was very nice. We love the location and typically stay at The Seasons At Keystone. The management company was not responsive to a request for a flat sheet for the bed. No extra sheets in the unit. We contacted multiple times and was told they would bring the sheets but never arrived. We were told on our initial request that we could come to their office to get it after I had advised them that we were a day late getting in due to weather. The condo was great. Communication with the management company was not.

The seasons #1887 was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located we truly enjoyed our stay. The complex itself was very nice and well maintained. The hot tub area was a welcome addition after a long day on the mountain. Hot tub, fire pit, grill, heated patio and clean warm restroom facilities. The shuttle picks up within a few short steps from the door. Would stay here again and would recommend

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for an eight-day stay. The location was great. I could walk to Lakeside village, River run, and Keystone Gulch Trail. Our front sidewalk was shoveled after two snowfalls. Reservations and check in was easy. We have rented from SCMR twice now and will do so in the future.

This new build was perfect for our little family of 3. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The great location was a nice surprise. It’s right on the main paved trail that can pretty much get you anywhere in Summit. Thanks to the bridge they built you’re also able to walk right out of your door and down to Keystone Lake where there are restaurants and paddle boat rentals...we took advantage of both. We’ll definitely be looking to rent this exact place next summer!

This is a very nice little condo. The location is great in the summer and it was super clean. There were a few little construction details on the back deck that were unfinished. Also, we enjoyed having the bedroom windows open at night to enjoy the cool air, but, the sprinkler system would kick on about 5:30 am and spray water in the windows. :) Everything was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience staying at this property within The Seasons at Keystone during our summer trip to Summit County. The property is cozy and well-planned for a young family or a couple looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. The reservation and communication was easy, and the property fully met our expectations. The unit was decorated well and stocked with the essentials, which was afforded us the option to cook during our stay. From the property we discovered trails and a trout-stocked lake nearby for short outings, and the paved bike path was a winner for walking, jogging and of course cycling. We look forward to returning during the winter for a ski trip and again next summer!
