Treehouse #305, Building D

Place was clean and had everything we needed. Only advice I would give guests is follow warnings about registering you vehicle to not get towed or booted. We got booted and cost $145 to get boot removed. Not blaming the owner of condo. It is clear in the instructions.

Unit was nice and price was good. View was also nice. Lightning was almost nonexistent, very cave like. Walls paper thin and 3 rd floor climb with luggage difficult. Otherwise, very clean and well stocked, reservation staff great.

We had absolutely no issues with our condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was exactly as depicted on VRBO. However, The clubhouse and amenities were absolutely horrible. A water pipe burst at our building on the first day (which they fixed quickly), so we were told to use restrooms/showers at the clubhouse. They were filthy. The women’s shower had wadded up toilet paper in the corner which remained there the entire length of our stay. The clubhouse was filthy, the upstairs with fireplace was closed off, pool water was cloudy, no maintenance on arcade games and vending machines (only 2 games worked...everything else out of order), several washing machines did not work after taking our money, laundry vending out of order. If you are not worried about using resort amenities, it’s great. You will not have a complaint with the condo.

This was a great place to stay with our 4 kids! They loved all sleeping in the loft together. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the sauna at the Clubhouse after a day of skiing. The location was also great. We would definitely stay here again!

The spot was great. The only thig I had an issue with was that they only provided 6 towels for 4 people for 4 days so two of us ended up using hand towels to dry off after showers because we used a separate towel for the hot tub/sauna which got all gross and sweaty and you don't want to have to dry off with that. also, two of the women washed our long hair and didn't have a separate towel. I think they should have provided at least 3 towels per guest so that guests with long hair can have a hair towel, shower towel and hot tub/sauna towel. When I asked them if they could provide more towels, they said I had to drive all the way to keystone to do so so we just used hand towels. super annoying.

Good but it required a larger vehicle to get up the hill would be terrible with lots of snow. Also climb to 3rd floor and distance from pool. Also had human or animal hairs on the bed pillows. Would be appreciated if top bedding was not the kind that is rarely washed. Rest of house was ok. Just beds did not appear to be the cleanest nor the actual apartment walkways and large climb up stairs.

Perfect spot for hitting the slopes! Was really great to get this for the price of a one bedroom, but it had a loft with three additional beds, so I didn't have to get too cozy with my buds.

It was clean and comfy. Very responsive host.

If I was to nit-pick, they could have had better pots and pans in the unit, and maybe a few staple items like salt n pepper.

But yeah, it was pretty great!

This is a great condo. Be prepared for some stairs, but it’s worth it. The morning views are amazing. The condo is well appointed and clean. We were able to make Thanksgiving dinner in the small, but mighty kitchen. There is lots of space with the loft and plenty of beds to choose from. The location is great, close to skiing and restaurants. We will book this unit again.

Perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful mountain views! Very clean and organized. We loved our few days here. Note that the unit is upstairs so make sure your kiddos are old enough to help carry bags!

Convenient and nice apartment with well equipped kitchen. After some initial issues that were well resolved by the office - internet worked great, though cell phone reception is spotty. It's close to the bus Summit bus stop and some trails which makes getting around without a car easy. Enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed staying at a cozy and clean place. The people from property management I called were very friendly and professional.
The apartment is on the third floor, no elevator. It was windy and the sleeping area just under the roof was loud. The club house is kind of a distance, and pretty run down.

Great place to stay. Extremely clean, updated, has everything you need. Kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft upstairs in their own queen size beds. No issues, would definitely stay here again.

This place was very homie and the layout worked very well. Loved having a kitchen to use that was well stocked with the essentials for cooking and a great place to relax in the living room after a long day of hiking. Only negative issues for us was being out of breath getting to the room as it's third floor and no elevator (not use to the elevation) and the king size bed was hard as a rock. Would recommend staying here if you can handle the climb to the room but we would definitely want a room on a lower floor. Overall, great place with very helpful tools for your stay and great management!!

Very clean condo, with loft that has neat skylight. Easy to get to about half way up the mountain road. Nice hiking options nearby. Clubhouse has pool, hot tub, sauna, and arcade, but is a short walk away.

My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) really enjoyed this condo during our stay in Silverthorne. There is easy access to Target for groceries, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make simple meals. We hadn't appreciated ahead of time that there are several nearby trailheads which we enjoyed. Everyone having their own bed was a plus!

The only downside for our family was that the clubhouse, which our kids really enjoyed with a game room, pool, sauna, and hot tubs, didn't open until 10 am. They would have loved earlier access to that space in the mornings.

PROS: Quiet and cozy. Loved the family of fox that lived there. They were so fun to watch. Fully furnished.

CONS: It is advertised there is a pool and laundry facilities. We could not find any. There is no map available for this property. We were asked to do some cleaning although we were charged an extra fee for housekeeping. Lighting in bedrooms is very poor. No potholders in the kitchen. Static in the bedding was horrible! There was no recycling container available.

This unit is well kept up and looks how it does in the pictures online. Kitchen is well stocked. Shower had good water pressure and we did not have any issues with hot water. Smart TV with access to YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc. is nice for entertainment. I couldn't find laundry in the basement of this building, but I did find it next door in Building I (coin operated). The master has a comfortable king bed and loft has 3 queen beds for extra guests. One funky thing with the loft is there is a skylight with no cover... it gets quite bright in there once the sun comes out and one of the beds is directly under the skylight opening. Nice views from the unit on the third floor... just be aware there is no elevator and you'll need to carry your things up the three flights of stairs.

This space was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy during our 3 night ski trip. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Living and sleeping spaces were comfortable. We will definitely consider this property for a future trip to the mountains!

This was our first stay at any Summit County Retreat property. The first thing we liked was the great information app they provide. It had everything you need to prepare for arrival and the stay. We always worry about what will be provided and they had it all there on the site. We were met with a clean unit and everything we needed was on site. Our unit had a gas fireplace which was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent. If we return to the area, we hope to stay there again. We were in the the Treehouse building D. Good access in and out and close to everything in town.

The condo was great....a little out of the way because the condo was at the top of a hill which you had to go down and up to go anywhere. Like I said...the condo was great but there was no "hot" water. Only luke warm; so taking a shower was not a great experience

Although the pictures make the space look bigger than it is, it was still enough space for four of us to spread out and relax between days of skiing. The ceiling upstairs in the loft is a tad low, but overall the rest of the space was perfect for us. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. Great staging point to get to many of the local ski resorts.
