The only issue is this is on the ground floor and the blinds do not extend to the bottom of the windows so people walking on the path around the lake can see in. While the heavy drapes block out the light at night they are not easy to close or open for shorter people. And the master bath is just odd as the tub is a triangle and difficult to access. I used the other shower as it was much easier access.

This is our 3rd year in a row coming to this condo. It’s a safe area, the crowds are small, and we can ride our bikes for miles and miles just out our back door! Love the window seats overlooking the lake. The free laundry facilities is an added bonus and extremely considerate to include. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked well and if you need anything, contact SCMR and they are on it immediately! (Thank you for bringing us two brand new humidifiers since the ones supplied were inoperable)
We are just so impressed with the management and care of this condo. I hope it never goes away because we plan to be back next year for a month!

We had a wonderful time staying in this rental! The location was perfect for getting to the ski areas in minimal time. Additionally, looking out over the skating pond was such a nice atmosphere. The lake village was a nice surprise as well. We were able to find dinner and drinks right near our room. The pictures represented the room perfectly. We loved it and highly recommend it!!

The Willows are spectacular, in front of the lake. We went to Keystone, Breck and Vail. Very easy to travel even with the winter storm. The lodge is cozy and well maintained, clean. Will recomend to everybody.

We loved everything about the unit... things to points out: real wood burning fireplace, lake/ice rink view, hot sauna in the building next door and of course, a shuttle bus that takes you to the Mountain House so you don't have to drive to the slopes and look for parking. Absolutely recommend!

As usual Summit County Mountain Retreats did an excellent job of our reservation. The condo has a great location on the lake and a real fireplace with wood. Unfortunately, would not stay in this condo again unless some things are corrected. Both shower heads leak and do not work properly. The coffee pot is an old stile and does not keep the coffee hot. Both of these issues were asked to be corrected 2 years ago when we stayed in this condo. Obviously the correction never happened.

Beautiful condo with Awesome views of the mountains and Keystone Lake. The Kitchen wad stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. Very comfortable king bed. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed the convenience of the store and restaurants being right there. Great customer service and communication from property mangement team and check in was very easy. Already looking to return here next year.

The title speaks for itself. We love the location and size of this unit. At times, the unit above can be noisy with footsteps, but that is the downfall of a first floor unit. The upside is we walk right out the door onto the walk/bike path. Huge plus for us!
I will say the unit was not in the cleanest condition this year. Minor things like popcorn under the couch and accumulated dust/debris on the floor and coffee table. The big leather chair smelled like smoke, but that could be from a smoker and that's just on their clothes. Quick remedy was we didn't sit in that chair.
All in all, we will probably be back again next year.
I truly appreciate SCMR and their staff. I requested a box fan and one was delivered that day.
See you next year! (unless I find my own place there :-))

We had a great 3 day weekend stay at this very attractive condo. Summit County Mountain Retreats serves as an efficient property manager. My only constructive critique would be to provide a bath soap bar for the 2 bathrooms. The condo is well appointed with an excellent full kitchen. The views of the lake through the panoramic corner window are a treat! The condo was quiet and overall clean. However, we did find the pull out couch mechanicals to be in need of some cleaning. The location is great to ski at both Keystone (2 minutes away) and Breckinridge (20 minutes away). Our only recommendations to enhance the condo would be to replace the aging dishwasher which is still functional but quite aged. The rest of the kitchen is fantastic. We would recommend this condo to others and we would choose to stay here again.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Rug in 1/2 bath looked old/dirty. Other than that it was clean.
Person upstairs very noisy. We could hear them walking around most of the night into the morning. Very annoying, hard to get a good night’s sleep.

What a beautiful condo and beautiful little hidden away area! I love that you can walk to restaurants and there's amazing trails right there! Not to mention the great little lake with huge fish in it to look at!
It is a little hard to find. GPS leads you a little bit wrong. Make sure you follow the directions that the company gives and don't trust GPS.

Average because the condo is a bit run down. But great views and location and the price was right. Very comfortable for two people. Big tub in master bath was nice. Big island in kitchen sits 6 ppl. Short walk to adventure center. Negatives: no access to pool or hot tub; can hear people walking in upper unit; flock of geese that live on pond loud at sunrise. Weak wifi signal.

Willows 1704 is the perfect unit at the Lakeside Village. Clean, cozy, cool, and convenient. Was the perfect spot for a week of summer relaxing in the cool mountain air. Easy walking distance to River Run Village and 5 min drive to Dillon. Only drawback is having to use communal washer/dryer. Tip: close all the curtains and blinds from about 3:30 to 6:00 to keep afternoon sun from heating up the unit.

This condo was perfect for me and my husband's wedding anniversary. He loved the built in window seat, and we enjoyed walking around the lake and stopping by Nowhere for pizza and drinks just a short walk from the condo. Dillion lake is only 15 minutes away too if you're looking for a lake to go fishing in. We'll probably stay here again the next time we want to spend the weekend close by Dillion and Breckenridge.

We stayed here for a whole week. The place is neat, clean, and super comfortable. Not to mention convenient, yet not as crowded as Frisco, Dillon, or Silverthorne. We loved that we could ride our bike right out of the parking area to so many places! Convenient to trails, shopping, biking. It was magnificent and perfect!
Kitchen was perfectly stocked, as we cook all our meals. So clean, so open, so bright! The only complaint is that it's a first floor unit so we did hear the person above us. Still, we loved, loved, loved this place!

My husband and I stayed there the first week of October. The pictures are amazing but what you can't see is to the left of the panoramic window, there's a big, beautiful mountain! The nook with the panoramic windows was my favorite spot! I was able to just sit and enjoyed my coffee, watching the world, ducks, and falling leaves dance in front of my eyes. It is truly one of my happiest spots!
Not much was open but that was also kind of the nice part of it too, it wasn't crowded and it was quiet. We would just head to Dillon for food or make dinner at home and it was wonderful since Dillon is so close. THE BED! The bed was actually very comfortable! My husband and I have a lot of trouble sleeping in a bed that's not ours and we had no trouble at all! I want to come back every year and could stay a whole vacation inside and not leave this condo because the views have everything! We wished they had a Blue Ray player and non-stick cook ware but it wasn't a big deal. I'm so grateful to have found this place and can't wait to come back. Just comfortable, clean, and beautiful!

My girls and I made a last minute decision to ski at Spring Break. I was a bit hesitant to pull the plug on just any VRBO as I needed to feel safe and have a convenient location to the slopes/resort. It ended up being SO perfect. The rental itself was lovely (the lake view is even more beautiful than the pictures portray) and had everything we needed and more. The icing on the cake was the super convenient shuttle stop.

We came up to Keystone and stayed at the willows 1704 unit and everything was great. We only stayed one night but the unit was amazing, very clean, amazing views and a very comfortable stay. Will stay here again in the near future.

It was great overall. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The only two things that were undesirable were the lack of coffee (there were two of us staying and only enough for three cups. It would have been nice to have had at least four so we both could have had two cups in the morning), and the water and ice dispenser on the fridge did not work. My husband and I did both have a nice time, though. The view was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the tub was massive. I’d definitely recommend someone stay here in the future!

Beautiful view of Keystone lake from the really cool window seats! That was honestly the coolest part of the whole condo. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies (pots, pans, skillets, baking sheets, cups, plates, silverware, etc) you could ever need. Loved the large kitchen island! No complaints from us!

I took my 7 yr old daughter up for 3 nights over NYE. We loved the location, only a mile from ski resort where our friends were staying. you could drive or take shuttle right out back door. We walked around the lake, went out to eat, ice skated, played in the park, and just enjoyed the view. Spacious unit with everything you need. We made a fire on the snow day and just relaxed watching movies and playing board games. Extra bathroom was nice for guest, especially when we had some kids over for sleepover in the window seats. They loved it too! We would go back in summer time too!!

Welcoming email gave us the wrong unit number so we had to call to figure that out cause our key wasn’t working, but once figured out, it was an excellent stay. Had lots of cool things in the unit, great location and a cool Mountain View right from the front window. They are cool trails right from the unit that you can pick up and walk to get a cool mountain hike. I would definitely have stayed longer if I could!

Everything about the rental was perfect. I had one problem but had nothing to do with the unit. I was told it would have a view of the ice rink and I chose that place because of the convenience to the rink and the ambiance. Instead it was a view of nothing because apparently it had been closed for the year. I wish someone told me that and I would have booked a Mountain View. The rental itself was clean and extremely functional. I would highly recommend.

We're a couple in our late 50s from NH and loved our experience in Keystone. The Willows condo was comfy, spacious and bright and a pleasure to come back to after a day of skiing. We were there in March when the region received four feet of snow, so we never saw the lake, only large banks of packed white powder. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, although we'd like to suggest non-stick pans for cooking eggs or stir frying vegetables. The location was perfect, too, with the shuttle only a few minutes from the lift.

We picked Keystone as a place to stay for it’s central location to neighboring towns. Willows #1704 was a great condo location on a 5 acre lake with kayak, paddle boards, and paddle boats to rent. It was on ground floor right by the lake. A few eating establishments were also around the lake as well. Keystone village was just a short 2 minute drive further up the mountain.

Willows #1704 was definately a place I would stay again. It was very neat and clean. Washer and dryer was in the main condo part of the building for use of the other units in the Willows building. Basic cleaning supplies like dish soap and dishwaser soap were provided. There was also plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, so you don’t have to call to get more delivered.
Willows #1704 was definately a do over.

Three things to be aware of though: (1) there is a well-used walking path right out from the windows and sliding glass door, so we had lots of foot traffic at all times of they day very close to the condo; (2) the ceiling is not well insulated, so you hear every footfall if you have upstairs guest; (3) although it says it has a new king bed, it killed my husband's back. I never had any issues with the bed though. We had to get maintenance come clean out both shower drains, but that was done quickly and professionally.

Great location. Really enjoyed the slow pace of Keystone and the beautiful mountain view’s. Condo was very nice, well taken care of and felt like home. Would recommend this to anyone!

We rented a condo through Summit County Mountain Resorts.
We stayed at the Willows Unit #1704.
Let me start from the the on-line booking experience.
Booking was a breeze. Booked it. Paid it. Got emails verification, instruction, and others. They made sure I got everything i need and they gave me a contact # to call for any question i have.
The Unit. The unit was AMAZING! The unit was very clean. The kitchen was fully equip. Set up for 8 people. The living area was huge with flat screen tv. There 2 twin size seatting/lazy area in the 2 windows overlooking the lake. There was a little patio that overlooks the lake too!
There was a bench in the entry for sitting while you take/put your shoes on. Full bath for the living area. Jacuzzi tub in the masters. The masters bed was clean and comfortable. Huge closet space. Lots of towels, hand towels, and face towels.
Toilet paper, facial tissue, little shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were supplied.

Very quiet atmosphere. No loud neighbors.

The view was SPECTACULAR!

Walking distance to the conference center and other restaurants around the lake.

A couple of blinds that were broken. But i wasnt concerned much because there were other blinds that i can open. There no place to plug my phone/tablet beside the bed... hope they would add a fast charge usb outlets close to the bed.

I was very satisfied!

Perfect location for conference. The condo was beautifully updated, spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the kitchen/bar area. Loved it overall! Would definitely like to stay there again if available.
