My husband and I wanted a weekend away, and this place fit the bill: lovely view and a comfortable, clean place to stay. Be aware that some restaurants and rentals are closed after labor day in the immediate vicinity, but there is a great walking trail adjacent to the property.

We were on the 2nd floor with Keystone Lake views, the unit was amazing. The wood Fire Place added an awesome touch for a nice 4 day martial retreat. We were there in between seasons, so it was quite and slow which we loved. not all the shops were open but we found some good food locally. Would recommend.

This is our third year of staying at this condo. We love the condo and the location. The weather was just perfect. The area is so clean and peaceful. We love the fire pit on the deck. We would have our coffee every morning around the fire pit. the only complaint I would have and it is, a small one the rugs in the bathroom needed to be washed. Will definitely try and come back next year.

We loved this condo at Lakeside Village. One of the main reasons we picked this place was the windows with the view. It was just as good in person as on the website. This rental had everything you needed inside. We were coming from Florida so it was nice having the humidifier in the room to help with the dry air. We loved the location. It was perfect for our family. The pullout couch and bed was very comfortable. Thank you!

Nice place. Great location for the convention, can’t be any closer. Only miss was the lack of firewood at the condo. Very disappointed with the poor plowing around the building. Many parking spots were useless due to that and sidewalks all covered and very slippery. Very different than what you see at resorts in Utah.

We are glad that you enjoyed the location of the unit. Firewood is not provided for this property and guests have to purchase their own. These guests did stay during a very large snow storm and the plow companies in the county were doing their best to keep up with the heavy snowfall we received. However, it does make for some great skiing!

We stayed here for a couple of nights for a quick getaway. The condo had everything we needed for our stay; a comfortable bed, nice living room and kitchen. There were a couple of problems with the condo that didn't get fixed while we were there. We could not get the TV in the living room to get DISH TV channels. We called the property management company and spoke for them quite a long time while they were trying to troubleshoot the problem. This issue was never resolved. The second issue was that there was a loud party going on across the lake and they played very loud music until 1 am. We had all the windows closed, but could still hear the music. We were expecting a quiet night's sleep, but this was not the case. We contacted the property manager after our trip was over and they said that the music was coming from a Vail Resorts Leadership party. According to the property instructions that WE were given, we were supposed to abide by their noise policy; "We are located in a residential community, and although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. We ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum". Unfortunately, Vail Resorts did not have to abide by this policy. The property management company said that in the future, I would need to ask them if any parties were going on to make sure that we would have a quiet time. Sorry, this doesn't make sense. If I need to keep quiet at 10:00 pm, then everyone around the lake should have to as well. Given this response, I probably would not rent in this area and use this company again, even though the condo itself was wonderful and had a pretty view.

Thank you for your 2nd response and feedback on this property. As previously mentioned this cable issue has been fixed and any noise that comes from outside the unit can easily be taken care of if the guests lets us know and we can contact Keystone Security to address this.

Great condo and beautiful views of the skating pond and mountains. Very comfortable bed! All the kitchen utensils you need but if you are planning to stay long bring your own foil/plastic wrap/ziplocks. Otherwise all paper products are provided and plentiful. Great place. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Lots of windows to see the beautiful view & a wonderful private balcony with lots of space. The king size bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and comfortable. My stay was quiet and relaxing.
The vacation rental management staff was responsive as i informed them of damage & missing items so that I would not be charged. The issues did not affect my stay & maintenance offered to come but it was not at a time convenient for me and wouldn’t have had much time left of my stay to enjoy it being fixed.

This is the second time we have stayed in Willows 1714 we absolutely love the condo location. It is always so clean. Would love to tell the owners how nice it is one of the things we really love is the fire pit. We are outdoor people and love to sit around the fire pit, you guys are so accommodating really appreciate. It will definitely come back next year.

Sorry this is late—we flew home and have had Covid for 2 weeks. The condo was so cozy and comfortable and the view was wonderful, able to watch ice skating from large windows. Very nice furniture and spotless. Only complaint was the tv. No cable and only channel we got in living area was a “free channel “ that usually worked with reruns of CSI nonstop. On last day we found the bedroom tv got so many channels, wish we’d known but we never watch tv in bed. Some instructions would have been really appreciated. Otherwise, a super nice place to stay and near many places!

Despite being a 1 bedroom this condo is huge. There is plenty of space and it is in a great location right in Keystone Lake. We were about a 5 minute drive from the ski resort and there is plenty to eat and do that is walkable. Being away from the busy resort and only a short drive to skiing is the best of both worlds. Our only minor complaint is the check in process and check in time. You are required to go to a separate location for your keys and check in time is much later than most rentals at 4:30pm. However, this is a fairly minor inconvenience.

The unit is absolutely great! Spacious, views, amenities, house cleaning, etc. Missing were the amenity supplies. There was no firewood. The guestbook said call and we will take care of it. They said it was an HOA responsibility and it would be "impossible" to correct until tomorrow. The firepit on the patio was out of gas. Initially they said it would be replaced tomorrow. I talked them into doing it tonight. I nice person replaced the tank, but we couldn't enjoy it until 9 pm. I may have overly high expectations, but it seems like somebody should have a check list so that everything is ready upon checkin.

The location was perfect. We rented this condo for our anniversary and unfortunately were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. We wanted to use the extra blankets in the closet to cover up with while watching TV in the living room and we discovered both were covered in hair and stains. It was also clear that the bathroom mats and kitchen rugs have not been washed for some time. One of the bath towels had long black hairs on it as well. I made the management company aware of this and never received a response. We understand things happen, but a response would have been nice. I receive better customer service at hotels that aren't nearly as expensive.

The range and microwave were so clean! Maybe they were brand new? Condo was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view. We loved the furniture on the balcony. Pictures of the place are accurate. Management seemed very willing to help remedy a problem. Fortunately we didn’t need any help. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It does need a little bit of updating though. The furniture was a had that well used although it kind of went with the decor. In the kitchen, the tea pot handle and cover was broken, and the coffee pot continually ran over. In the second bathroom the cold faucet was broken so we could only use the hot water to wash up. All in all, it was a very relaxing environment to be in for the week. I think with a few updates, I would recommend the property.

Incredible view: location and view is better than anywhere else we've stayed in Colorado to date. Deck with fire pit definitely a highlight every evening. Fire pit needs more lava rock, kitchen needs aluminum foil, saran wrap and zip loc bags, check remotes for batteries and coffee pot runs over. Having floor fan available and many pillow choices were a big plus. This is a great place to stay.

This Unit is the best! It is a corner unit with Beautiful views. I could stare out those windows for hours. I always imagine the tree outside the window with beautiful Christmas lights. The Bedroom spacious and the one thing I can say is the bed is comfortable. The whole place is decorated nicely and well taken care of. you will love it for a couples get away.

My oldest son and I broke away to ski for 3 days and this Willows condo was perfect! The deck overlooking the lake and view of the mountain range is outstanding. The wood burning fireplace made it a true Colorado experience. The kitchen and amenities were all that was needed. And it’s conveniently located on the Silver Route for free rides to the mountain house and base of Keystone!

I would definitely recommend this place, it looks better than the pictures and the view is stunning. Great location and clean; there’s a 3 minute walking distance to groceries and the neighbors are super friendly.
Overall, 10/10 experience. Make sure to check the location before you arrive, this apartment is located with lake view but the main entrance of the complex is going to be from the back of willows st.

If you are reading this review with doubts about renting this apartment, I tell you that you can book with your eyes closed! the apartment is super clean, comfortable and spacious but the best thing is the view you will have. The lake, the mountains, the sunset, everything is wonderful! I loved it and recommend it to everyone.

Stayed for 5 nights during summer with wife and we loved the apartment. It was huge for the both of us with a very nice balcony and a very good bed. Kitchen was well furnished and we were able to cook our own meals with no issues. Location is very secluded and quiet with close access for hiking trails.

Reason why i'm taking 2 stars from my review is because the description of the apartment included access to the club house with pool and spa however our unit did not have access to it which was a big bummer to us because wife had plans to relax there while i would be outside riding my bike. I called management to ask for clarification but they told me that there was nothing that could be done although i could still see here on VRBO that the apartment did have access to the club house.

Other than that, the place is really good. 5 stars if it wasn't for the club house issue.

This rental was amazing in both the view and location. It was very quiet and was exactly what my wife and I needed. Being close to the lake and having the access to paddle boat and kayak rentals was a plus. The access to the pool and hot tub was great and there is lots of hiking around as well. We will be back to this rental again!

Everything was amazing. Check in was easy. Everything we needed was at the rental. The view was PERFECT. We had an issue with turning on the stove and the maintenance crew came within ten minutes of emailing them. Very close to everything, Breckinridge, and everywhere else we visited.

Willows 1714 was the perfect accommodation for me and my two buddies. The king size bed and sleeper sofa was an ideal sleeping situation for us. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom, sinks, and counter space were spotless. The kitchen appears to have been newly renovated and had everything we needed to cook with. The unit has an excellent view of the lake and mountains. We were surprised to see a zamboni resurfacing the lake for ice skaters early in the morning. The shuttle to Keystone resort came by often and picked us up right in front of the building. Twas a short 5 min ride to the Mountain House base. All in all a great first half to our ski trip.

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights. Just the two of us. Perfect space for two to be cozy. Could fit a couple kids as well if necessary. Wood was provided for fireplace, which was very nice. We stayed during mud season. Would be a great place to be in season. Great channel selection on the tv and we ended up watching a few of the DVDs that were there.

Overall very nice place, great location. Setup is great for 2 people with all the essentials you need. About a 75-100yd walk to bus stop for skiing. A lot of natural light and very comfortable. Shower head hangs very low, hard for anyone over 5ft tall.
