The Condo was very nice and clean. It was great that the soaps, detergents and paper towels were provided. Only wish that there was a hairdryer. We also thought that the property was closer to Breckenridge.

Nice Place

| 5 out of 5 stars

Great price. The beds were very comfortable. For once there were more than enough towels. it was ice to have a washer and dryer.

Great trip!

| 4 out of 5 stars

Overall a great trip. We love visiting the mountains. This place was nice and homey feeling. Enjoyed the playground with our little boy. Had a few problems with kitchen appliances not working, had to play with the outlets. Very clean. The walls are not well insulated, heard a lot of neighbor noise. But overall would rent this place again.

Great place to stay.

Review by Daniel M. on January 30th, 2017

Overall a good unit. Close to Breckenridge. 10 minute drive. We also skied Vail and Keystone, easy drive from here. The comforters on the beds were great. The water heater broke during our stay -- but they got a plumber out the next day and followed up to see if it was working OK. The fireplace is controlled by thermostat on wall. Took us 2 days to figure this out! Good for an extra warmth boost.

Nice place to stay.

Nice clean place. Only stayed one night, but comfortably accommodated 4 people.

Great Place

| 5 out of 5 stars

Had a great time skiing for week. Is a little outside Breckenridge (10-15 minutes) but wasn't too much of a hassle. There was plenty of parking and room for bigger trucks. The beds were comfy and had a memory foam topper which was nice. The Jacuzzi was very close to room and didn't require a long walk. The only down side I can think of is that the floors squeak on every step and you can hear the floor squeak from the condo above. Great view and loved how cozy the condo was.

We stayed only two nights to ski locally. The unit was very clean and well kept.

Good stay, close to the mountain

Good experience overall, had everything we needed and was clean when we got there. Was easy to access and Summit County was responsive to questions. The dryer was broken, but everything else was fine.

Ski Trip

Review by Chris M. on March 23rd, 2017

The property was just as described. The house ware was good enough, but it was just two guys staying-made nothing other than frozen food. The hot tub is inside and a little old; water looked a little merky, got in anyway, it was shut down on our last day of the trip-which was a bummer--could have used it after 3 days of skiing. Good news is that I got no skin infections from the water : )Property was clean enough-plenty of towels - general stuff to function like dishwater soap, trash bags, ect. Service was fine- very easy, get the key out of the key box--put it back when you leave. Checking out only involved throwing out trash-starting the dishwashers and shutting the windows and doors.about 30 minute drive to copper mountain--great location is skiing at breckenridge- just a few minutes drive**not much for kids to do here-but if you just need to a place to sleep and eat-this works great

Comfortable Accomodations

We had a lovely time. The condo was perfect for our family.Any changes would be upstairs was very loud and lots of banging etc. well into the night. Humidifier, battery for the carbon detector. (we kept forgetting to purchase one). Queen bed needs attention.

It was better than I expected. Only issues we had is that the inflatable bed was not working neither the fireplace. Since it wasn't as cold we did not need it. Place was clean and provided with linen

More hot water and would work for 3 couples but a stretch for...

| 3 out of 5 stars

Biggest downside. Water heater would not last for 3 dudes taking quick showers. 2 guys could shower but Hurd never made it. These were quick showers not girl showers. Beds we awesome but We never found the air mattress but I don't doubt it was there. We didn't look too hard. If you don't mind sharing beds as friends or couples then 6 could be done but it would still be tight for everyone. Hot tub was awesome! Maybe not the most clean but it was a fantastic point of relaxation. Overall recommend but don't expect to shower more then 3 people.

Quick Hiking Getaway

| 3 out of 5 stars

The Property is a nicely appointed condo in a building with both long term and short term tenants. Its sized well for about 4 people. The main room has some lighting issues. Mainly it is poorly lit, the lights that it does have are off to the side and produce a disturbing glare on the TV. So if you plan to watch TV at night, you have a choice to make. We ran out of toilet paper after a single roll which took me by surprise, in an unpleasant way. There was not really a way to utilize the balcony for the view.

Blue River Stay

| 4 out of 5 stars

The rental was as described. It is rather small but workable. Some attention to details could be better such as light bulbs replaced and such (my husband replaced light bulbs) but overall the place was clean and workable for a short stay.

Review by Laura C. on August 21st, 2017

We stayed at this condo for a week in mid-August. It is close to Breckenridge trails (and ski area), shopping and restaurants. Though, we used the kitchen for most meals, it was convenient when we wanted to go out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the condo is very roomy. The washer and dryer was definitely a necessity as well. Great views from the deck and the Jacuzzi was terrific after long days of mountain biking on the nearby trails.

Review by Raymond R. on September 4th, 2017

The location of this property is great--between epic hikes and downtown Breck. It is actually awesome to drive just a few miles when finished with the busyness of downtown and relax in the mountain beauty. The condo is clean and has a nice view from the balcony. The space worked very well for our group of six. The kitchen has ample supplies for cooking meals and we were very grateful for the washer and dryer. The Myla Rose Saloon is just down the street and it has great food and fun atmosphere on the deck overlooking Quandary Peak. Don't hesitate to stay at this condo 🙂

Great Location, beautiful area however old and run down

| 3 out of 5 stars

Even though I didn't really like the accommodations and feel it needs a major update I would say the service staff with a couple things we had were amazing and that was the only thing that kept me from not leaving. We were there for a wedding and had a couple things we needed help with and when we called they were so helpful and wonderful and accommodated our needs. The place however needs help. Very noisy location with people above walking around; you hear everything. Furniture breaking in one room; very basic and plain but as my husband reminded me the cost was reasonable so I did keep that in mind.

Review by Larry R. on September 20th, 2017

The unit is large and in good condition, but in our opinion, the beds need to be replaced. We both found them very uncomfortable. If we had been able to sleep comfortably, we would have rated the unit '5.

Manager Response:
We are sorry this guest did not find the beds comfortable. Bed preference is a hard thing to address for all guests. The beds are good quality and in good condition.

Review by Lyle K. on February 12th, 2018

This was a nice rental that was clean and well maintained. It was easy to find and the instructions that they e-mailed were very easy to understand. I did feel that the size was a little misleading. The ad said that this unit sleeps 6. Well we had six guys. Two ended up sharing the King bed, which was ok but maybe a little wierd. One slept in the room with a double bed, which was fine. One slept on the couch which was fine. One slept on the recliner chair which was probably not the most ideal place to sleep, and I spent some very uncomfortable nights on the very hard floor in the bedroom with the double bed, in a sleeping bag that I brought along. There was a double bed air mattress in the closet, but there was no place to set it up except if you cleared the coffee table out of the living space. If you did that,it took up the whole space and nobody could get to the exit doors or the kitchen without stumbling over the air mattress, which would have been dangerous and annoying. I feel like the advertising was a little misleading. It really should have been more like "sleeps 4 comfortably". Other than that, we had no issues except that the people in the next unit over smoked weed every night and it wafted into our apartment and we had to smell it. This however, wasn't the fault of the rental agency or the owners, just the neighbors. The location was fine. It was relatively close to many of the ski areas that we went skiing at, and the views were great. The complex had a hot tub which we used and that was nice. The complex was quiet and had plenty of amenities like towels and dishes and the ability to wash your own clothes and cook your own meals. That was very nice.

Nice Getaway, great location!

| 5 out of 5 stars

We had a wonderful time in Blue River. The location was great! It did not take long at all to get into Breckenridge to go skiing, and look at all the shops. The hot tube was awesome and everything was very clean and well maintained.

67 Peaks View Ct #222 review

| 4 out of 5 stars

Property at Blue River, Near Breckenridge was easily accessed from Breckenridge and in a great location for near by hiking trails including Quandary Peak. Property was as expected with a full kitchen, bath, and 2 bedrooms. The property was clean in good condition. Floors appear thin in that every move the neighbors above this unit made was amplified and distracting. Also kitchen lighting was minimal and made food preparation early in the morning and in the evening a challenge. The rental management was great to work with and quick to respond to requests. For the price and location I would not hesitate to recommend this to friends.

Great place

I stayed at Summit County Mountain Retreat 2 bedroom apartment for a spartan race. It was right outside Breckenridge downtown, making it a perfect location to unwind and enjoy the beauty that surrounds it. The apartment itself was perfect, clean, roomy and comfortable. It had full kitchen so I could cook my meals, balcony with a gas grill and washer and dryer. It was perfect!

The condo was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and convenient to Breckinridge. We really appreciated the detailed information in preparation for our visit. i didn't realize I need to print everything out from the portal in advance. I assumed there would be some information available upon arrival such as the WIFI and password so that I could access the information in the portal such as how to start the fireplace, etc.

Basic and dated property but clean

| 3 out of 5 stars

This location is a condo complex likely built in the 70s - the unit has been modestly updated with appliances . We could hear footsteps on the unit above- so if you are a light sleeper you may wish to search for a newer property. A bit drafty during our Stay in December.

Very budget friendly. Exceptional view. Little playground for the kids. This is really the total package in a vacation rental. I originally wanted to stay in a ski up condo in Brek but im glad we didn’t because we were able to save a bundle of money. This 2 br 1 bath was comfortable. I liked how the bedrooms were the same size so we didnt have to decide who stayed where upon arrival. Our group size was 4 adults and two 3 yr olds and it wasent to crowded at all. I thought i would be disappointed in the 6min drive to the slope everyday but we all enjoyed looking at the pretty houses on the way, we even saw a moose! The Decor was great and makes you feel right at home. Each building has a The hottub so its and not a far walk. We were on the 2nd floor and could see the playground from the balcony. In retrospect we shouldve bought stuff to grill because the outdoor propane grill was very nice and in great shape. My only complaint is the wifi is really slow. I did a speed test and it only had 1mbps upload, so you couldn’t really watch anything on Netflix, we brought some DVD’s for my daughter to watch on our way up but there was no DVD player. Check in check out was very convenient compared to some of the other condos/ townhouses Ive stayed at in the past, just be sure you pay attention to the email notifications as they are very consice and informative.. If we return to Breckenridge next year I will probably stay here again if its available. We drove around town and looked at other condos on and off the slope but I just think this was the best bet for the money. There is obviously better locations but I just didnt want to spend a $700-1000 a night because we had planed to be out and about all day hitting the slopes and exploring the beautiful town of Breckenrige. I would definitely recommend this to any parents traveling with friends and kids.

Blue River is beautiful. The unit was clean but a little dated and could use some updates especially the beds we're very uncomfortable. The walls were thin because you could here the dog moving about in the upstairs unit.

Manager Response:
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the beds were not comfortable for this guest. Mattress preference tends to be something that is very subjective and we find is almost impossible to appease everyone. That being said, during our next inspection we will double check the mattresses and recommend any necessary upgrades to the property owner.

We book this July vacation rental in February; so to say that we were looking forward to this vacation would be an understatement. When the date finally arrived, and we drove up the condo, we were completely in awe of the amazing mountain vistas that welcomed us. When we walked in it was EXACTLY as it was pictured on the internet! It was fully furnished and equipped all the way down to the blender and pasta drainer - LOL!We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this quaint, quiet and convenient location just 7 miles south of Breckenridge (for a fraction of the Breckenridge price)! We are already working on a winter ski vacation and will definitely be booking his vacation rental AGAIN!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We liked the location, as it was removed from the busyness of Breckenridge, but close enough to get there in less than 10 mins. We were close to many hikes. The condo was clean and comfortable. Although we didn't need 2 bedrooms, we enjoyed the extra space to keep our hiking stuff. The price was fantastic. Only suggestion would be to have a little more lighting in the living room as it got hard to read at night. Check in and out was very easy and convenient! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

we went back to the Breckenridge area for our 10th anniversary, this is also where we had our honeymoon in 2009. It was extremely easy and seamless. We didn't have to go to the office for keys, they have a lock box at the location with a key in it. We traveled over ten hours to get there and they let us go in the room before check in time, all I did was call and ask. they sent us a text message on our first night there asking if there is anything that needs addressed. There were no issues that couldn't wait until after we were gone (tough to close sliding back door, recliner didn't work, small things). We felt that they genuinely cared about our stay. I will use them again and recommend them to friends and family. the location was perfect! it was out of the chaos of the tourist areas to have peace and quiet in the evenings, but it was close enough that if you wanted to hit Breckenridge you could in a matter of minutes. Silverthorne, Frisco, and Dillon are close by for all of your shopping needs. including Walmart in case you want to spend less on meals and eat at the rental with their full kitchen and dishes. Keep up the awesome work!

Even better than advertised.
