Overview


This 1,572 square foot multilevel 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is ideally located with the complex backing up to the national forest, allowing you peace and serenity, yet you are still close to River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. The property features a one-car garage, an upgraded kitchen, private laundry and a king bed in the master. Mountain views from the private deck.



This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings that allow natural light to stream in through the large windows. There is a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just off the living area is access to the private deck that offers gorgeous mountain views and a gas grill.



The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. A private washer and dryer is located on the first floor and laundry detergent is provided. The first of two bathrooms is just down the hall and features radiant in-floor heating. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.



Upstairs there is an open loft area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Located right off of the loft is the master bedroom that features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has heated floor, double sinks, a spacious vanity and a walk-in shower.



Back on the main level, the first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

Weekend Trip

The Townhome was nice and well furnished. We did have an issue getting into the unit. The lockbox was stuck and we had to call maintenance. Apparently there are 2 lockboxes which would have been nice to know. In addition, one hot tub had a sign saying out of service. The other hot tub's gate was locked. Have no idea if there was a key in the unit to unlock the gate. Did not hear the hot tub running so maybe both were out of service. Since I couldn't get in the hot tub, I took a bath in the unit after locating the kitchen sink stopper. The bath tub did not have a stopper. This would be an issue for someone with kids staying in the unit. Need to have a bath tub stopper rather than using the kitchen sink stopper. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and throw rug in living room needed vacuumed. Need to label the switches for the bathroom heated floor. We assumed the dimmer switches in the bathrooms were for the heated floor after one was on and the other off.

This townhome exceeded our expectations! It was well-equipped with all of our household needs. We all slept comfortably, and made good use of the washer and dryer since we were a family of seven. Our townhome was pleasantly quiet and had a nice walking trail behind it. We had a memorable time and will would not hesitate recommending it to our friends and family!

It was a beautiful home. Great layout and very clean. We had 2 problems - we could not find any kitchen towels to use for dishes and cooking. We also could not find any oven mitts, so taking food out of the hot oven was tricky. Last, I could not close up the drain in the bathtub downstairs; it just kept draining.

Great Xmas Vacation Townhome!

Great location -- close to Keystone and Dillon. Loved the heated garage parking. Great layout for our young family - kids bunk room and guest on main level and master bedroom and loft upstairs. Had a few issues with the property but they were all resolved promptly. Unit runs a little on the hot side, but that can easily be fixed by opening doors, windows, etc.

Worked very well for our party of 3 households. Had only 1key for main door, but management did get us a 2nd copy. Only suggestion for improvement is to add recycling service. The furnishings and supplies were beyond adequate - one of the best vacation rentals we've used.

The townhouse is in a great location with easy access, wonderful bedrooms, very comfortable and homey, all the amenities you can think and more. This unit is directly across from the hot tub, which proved to be a wonderful asset for us. I highly recommend this townhouse.

Beautiful town house with great amenities, especially the heated garage. Great location close to Keystone and Lake Dillon, perfect for year round Summit County activities. Unit was very clean and in great condition with everything we needed during our stay. Definitely look forward to returning again for our winter and summer mountain getaways.

The condo had absolutely everything we needed. It was conveniently located 2 minutes from the Keystone Conference center. We went to Dillon for dinner one night and it took less than 10 minutes. The hot tub was super clean. We hiked out the back door. There was a great open space for all of us to hang out together. This is a great place to stay to enjoy Keystone.

We had a great experience at this location. The kitchen was a little under stocked on some of the basics, but we made do with what we had. I would recommend some plastic cups/bowls for guests with kids.

We had a great time in Keystone and staying at Antlers Gulch. Everything was as described online. Pictures didn't really do the townhome justice. It was very, very nice!!!! We would definitely welcome the opportunity to stay there again.
