Overview


This 539 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps four and features village views from the private balcony. It also has an updated kitchen and bathroom. It’s in the heart of River Run Village so you're steps from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. And, this building is one of the nearest to the high-speed gondola.



The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV next a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets in a closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is the private balcony that features beautiful village views, especially at night when it's all lit up with lights.



The full kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar.



The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV with a DVD player. The bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Great Location & Condo - Noisy in the mornings

This is a very nice condo conveniently located in close proximity to the River Run Gondola/Summit Express lift and right in the heart of River Run Village. I don't think you can get any closer to the Gondola that this condo complex. I walked over to the Springs at River Run and the distance is a little farther than Black Bear to the Gondola. The condo is nicely furnished. Kitchen is a bit small. A king size bed would be nice instead of the queen. The humidifiers were a great help. The main issue with this condo is that it is right on the main drag where music starts up at 7am in the ticket office/gondola area and echoes right down the thoroughfare into the condo. It woke me up every morning so if you are one who likes to sleep past 7am, this is not optimal. Also, early skiiers are walking by and making noise in the mornings around the same time. I think a condo on the back side of the condo complex would have less noise but I'm not sure. The owner may want to consider some type of soundproofing for the windows overlooking the street. It is a good property for 1 or 2 people or 2 people with one child. 4 adults would not work - very limited space both storage and sleeping for 4 adults. Also, being able to drive right up to the main entrance of the complex is somewhat blocked by bollards - these should be removed so shuttles, drivers, deliveries can easily pickup/drop off people at the condo complex entrance. Local drivers know that you can drive through them, but, most don't know about this.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously.This unit has a perfect location. Well maintained ( could use a bit of of updating but clean and perfect for the price). Granite counters were spacious. In a perfect world newer television, replace carpet for modern flooring, bathroom fixtures would be upgraded and bedding would be comforters rather than old quilt).
