This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with loft sleeps 12 with two king beds, three bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Updates throughout in summer, 2020. It features beautiful slope views, vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen, and private laundry. Located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area, you have easy access to the entire resort, or head to Arapahoe Basin in under ten minutes. You can also walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace with stacked stone and a flat screen TV. The large picture frame windows allow for plenty of natural light and beautiful slope views. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony where you can take in the views and fresh mountain air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats ten and there are four seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom has a large single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

On the main level, the first master bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own entrance to the private balcony where you can take in the slope views. It also has a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is also on the main level and sleeps four with two twin-sized bunk beds and it has its own entrance to the guest bathroom.

Upstairs is a loft with a flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized bunk bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The second master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and a cozy window seat with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. There is also a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Loved our stay here. Plenty of space, high end decor and furniture, and beautiful views. Wish we could of stayed longer! Rented through VRBO link, but received a lot of paperwork and emails to read through from the management company. Could have been simplified. Have to pack out your own trash, even though we paid a cleaning fee. Not enough parking at condo at all for a unit that sleeps 12, only 2 spaces were permitted. Others had to park farther away at another complex and we had to shuttle them back and forth.

Thank you for the feedback. We do send out repeated information, but this is to ensure guests receive important information. Guests helping by loading and starting the dishwasher and removing trash aids to streamline the housekeeping work as cleaning vacation rentals is very different from cleaning hotel rooms. Our staff cleans homes with full kitchens and lots of furnishings that are spread across Summit County. We do not manage any parking. Parking is managed by the HOA for the complex and we pass along parking information so guests can avoid fines. Again, we appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

We spent 15 days at this property, everything worked perfectly and the minor issues, like a non working hairdryer got solved in less than an hour after I reported it. It’s 3 blocks away from the Gondola, very quiet property. There is only one thing that I didn’t love, there is not a proper dining table, junt a bar table for 4 people to sit down and 3 stools by the kitchen. We were not able to have proper dinner where everyone could sit by the table.

We traveled with another family, 4 adults, 4 kids total, the kids shared a room with 2 bunk sets of bunk beds with their own bathroom and each pair of adults had their own bedroom/bathroom. This place was very clean, we loved the view from the living room. Looks over keystone mountain, which was only a short 5 minute walk. Shuttle service gets you everywhere for free but if you are staying in keystone its an easy walk to the village. We had a big car, which was easy to park in the back of the building, we used it to drive into Dillon for a bit bigger of a grocery store. All common areas were very clean. We had breakfast at a place on the 1st floor that was also very good.The check in service was awesome, we received a text message the day we were arriving with the lock combination. It worked great.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was well appointed, stocked with some of the essentials (spices, trash bags, etc.) and in a great location with the Keystone shuttle stopping right at the front door of the building.

Great view and good location for Keystone Skiing. Two flaws that we had during the stay was the comfort of the pull out beds and that the upstairs lounge area was fairly warm. A box fan would be a very nice addition. Overall, myself and 10 friends are fairly satisfied.
