Overview


This spacious 1,120 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 8 and features vaulted ceilings. Your quiet mountain vacation awaits with no neighbors above or on one side. The kitchen offers custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is private laundry. Listen to the sounds of Snake River from the private balcony during the summer and through the trees you can see River Run Village. Lone Eagle is one of only two ski-in/ski-out complexes in Keystone.



The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings lend to the open feel. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony with views of tall pines and River Run Village in the distance. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the sounds of Snake River during the summer.



The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There’s a private washer and dryer near the entryway and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The first of two full bathrooms is just down the hall and offers a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with a tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.



The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a bench seat and glass enclosure. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding. There is also a twin-sized trundle and a flat screen TV.



**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

We recently spent a long-weekend at this property and had a great time. Although it was not ski season while we were there, the unit is very close to the ski slopes and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants so it would be a great place to stay if you are a skier. The unit was clean, beds and bedding were comfortable and the check-in process was easy. We had some minor maintenance issues in the condo: window cranks were not secure, there were some spots on the carpeting around the patio door and no hot water in the showers the morning we left. The hot water issue could have been a building problem. I would recommend this unit regardless of the season you are planning to stay.

We had a nice week staying at Lone Eagle. This unit is very nice. Good location with no neighbors overhead. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, however, for the amount of the cleaning fee, we would expect the carpet to be cleaned regularly. The carpet in the living area was dirty and spotted. That is why we can't rate the cleanliness higher. There is wear and tear on the painted walls, could use some paint. Bad smell in the clothes washing machine. The oven light is burned out and the ice maker had no ice (we could not see how to turn it on to make ice). Overall, we liked the unit a lot and the location within the complex is very good.

It was an excellent stay for just the two of us. Great views, relaxing stay, and we felt at home. It was nice to have a full kitchen, a grill, the ability to cast Netflix to the TV's, and a washer and dryer in the unit along with access to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The robes provided in the master bedroom were a nice touch. Loved the layout of the master bath. A couple windows didn't close properly and the kitchen could have used a few more essentials for cooking but we figured it out and nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay.

5 Star experience across the board! Fantastic location (only true "ski in/ski out" in Keystone, and wow - what a difference that makes); property is well furnished and clean, with beautiful sight lines / views. As described, with the exception of the term "penthouse." Not sure it meets that criteria, but it's outstanding nonetheless.
