Overview


This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with a king bed, two queen beds, a bunk bed, and full-sized sleeper sofa. It features a gourmet kitchen as well as two private balconies that overlook the shared pool and hot tub with treed views. Recent renovations included new floors and decor throughout. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. The Timbers on River Run is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool with indoor access and a hot tub.



The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features cozy, oversized furniture and a smart TV with a Blu-ray player next to a beautiful gas fireplace with stacked stone. The sectional can be pulled out into a full-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are under the bed in the master bedroom. Just off the living area is access to the spacious private balcony that offers scenic treed views and mountains in the distance. It also overlooks the shared pool and hot tub so you can make a quick check on family and friends or see when they're empty.



The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Near the entryway is the three-quarter bath that features a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Near the living area is a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.



The master suite features a king-sized bed, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player and its own access to the main balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, a Blu-ray player and its own private balcony that offers treed views and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub. There's a full guest bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Just off the living area is a den that serves as the third guest bedroom. It has a twin-sized bunk bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Lovely condo, location and amenities! We had three teenagers and a toddler with us. There was room for everyone and we couldn't have been happier with both the condo and the management company! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience with 2 families vacationing together at Timbers. There was some confusion with the checkin but was resolved quickly. Loved the ski in/out - even though we were a little early in the season.

We had a memorable vacation in the mountains. The rental property was perfectly located for us. We had not taken a ski trip in the US in well over 15 years, and wasn't sure if this was something we would like to do. The rental property had everything we needed and would want. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had no issues that would require maintenance. The reservation and check-in/out process was professional and easy. We had a fantastic experience and hope to come back next year.

Comfortable and Convenient

Large condo yet cozy building. We accommodated a bed for everyone (4 beds). The grill on the deck was nice as it overlooked the pool area. Everything was close and convenient; pool, ski lockers, gondola, ski runs, River Run Village, garage. The only down side was that only one car can park at the building. any other visitors need to park their car at Keystone Lodge and Resort parking which is a mile away. We really liked the corner master suite with views of the woods all around. Very peaceful. We would stay there again. Also the Summit County Mountain Retreats property management did not make it convenient to ship my skis back. Had to drive to Dillon Fed Ex about 10 miles away to ship back. Hopefully SCMR figures this process out.

Manager Response:
Thank you for the feedback. We only manage the vacation rental itself, not the complex or any parking. We communicate prior to arrival and from the listing description that the complex only allows one parking space per rented unit. We have found that guests plan ahead and figure out a carpooling system or use the on-call shuttle service provided by the resort. Regarding ski gear, we are happy to hold gear at our office if it is shipped to us or needing to be picked up. We do not handle shipping itself. We apologize if there was a miscommunication that caused you inconvenience. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope to host you again!

great location, clean condition with a well stocked kitchen with all you would need. The only thing missing was a snow shovel to clear off the back decks / patio so they would be more usable in the winter. Lone Eagle (next door property) is closer and easier to ski in /out of, but the location was good.

The Property was as good or better then it’s description. It was spacious, well appointed and in a perfect location for skiing and visiting the village. The management company was very helpful when communicating by phone or with frequent, informative e-mails. The common area was lovely as well, however; my only complaint was their overuse of a cleaning product i (Fabulosa) in the lobby which was an assault on your senses whenever you came or left the building. Cleanliness is fine but it does not have to be toxic. Despite that, my family had a wonderful Christmas vacation at the Timbers.

Wonderful, well-equipped and spacious condo. Great ski-in, ski-out location with easy walk to village. Family of 6 adults and 3 kids enjoyed every minute of our long weekend. Tons of fun in the pool and hot tub as well as on the slopes. Would stay here again!

We stayed here with our two kids and another family of four and everyone had plenty of space. SO muany bedrooms, there were no fights for beds or bathrooms. The teen had her own bedroom and the littles liked sharing the bunk beds. The kitchen and living room were lovely. The hottub was great. The access to the lift only required about 100 yards of poling or walking from the door. Really great. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was great. The only issue we had was there is no windows and no ventilation in the bunk bed room It appears it might have been a storage room at one point. There are several fans in one of the bedrooms that can be used to get air circulating in that room. Otherwise it got really hot in there. It would have been nice to know that up front but otherwise the room and facility was perfect.

The only issue we noticed this year (and it was a holiday weekend) was that it seemed that there were a lot of children (not with adults) running around the pool/hot tub / sauna area each night we used the facilities. This had never really been an issue before. Otherwise, a great stay. The unit was GREAT.
