This is a lovely, new, modern, cozy, serene, clean place to stay!! The view, out back, is stunning! It’s fully equipped, and ready for 1-6 guests. The owners were communicative and thorough with instructions, and were quick to reply to any questions. The sound of the mountain stream will lull you to sleep each night. The location is great for visiting many cute towns around the area. We enjoyed our stay!

A very nice 2 BR unit. Itis new, well-appointed and immaculately clean. It is about a mile north of the I-70 exit - a central location if you want to ski all the resorts in Summit and Eagle county - it took 40 minutes to get to Beaver Creek, 35 minutes to Vail and 20 minutes and under to reach Copper, Breck and Keystone. There are good restaurants in the area and every convenience you'll need. The only "warning" is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and people who don't navigate stairs well, should take note. Otherwise, a very nice unit!

This place was great! Especially with teens bc there is enough room you can spread out! Great location, clean and company was great with communication. We loved having a garage in the winter too! Nice bonus

The Townhome was very clean and in a great location - close to everything and family who lives in Silverthorne. A few minor complaints. We had beautiful weather while we were there and the back deck was covered in about two feet of snow. It would have been nice to sit on the "wrap around patio" while we were there to enjoy the sunshine. When I asked management about scooping the patio, I was told they didn't scoop the patios and to look for a shovel.
Also, I stayed in the third-floor bedroom and my shower did not have hot water, so I used one of the other two showers available.
Other than those two things, the townhome was perfect for our group - it had everything we needed for our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Blue Ridge Flats! Everything was perfect and very well thought out, with every detail carefully curated to cater to the needs of travelers. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities, it was evident that our host had put a lot of effort into ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality extended to us throughout our visit. It served as the best launching point to several ski resorts we visited and on the down days we walked out back to the Blue River for fly fishing and a stroll in the park. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic Colorado experience!

We loved staying here. Everything was clean and felt brand-new. Beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well-stocked. Loved hearing the river outside our window. Radiant floor heaters were amazing! Loved having a garage since it snowed during our stay. Note it's a 3rd-story walk-up.

Easy check in. Condo amenities as a advertised. Heated floors nice after long days on the mountain. Kitchen well stocked. Only thing we missed was a blender. Nice to have a garage and 1 parking space.

The unit was great and was in a perfect loation. Ours was close to the street, so one bedroom had some noise to deal with.

We stayed at this townhome for a quick wedding weekend in Silverthorne. It was wonderful! So clean and new. The townhome was just a few minutes from the wedding venue. It was a great place to stay.

Outstanding townhouse in a great location. Close to everything, grocery, ski shops, dining, ski resorts. The townhouse was super clean, great rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Heated garage was a nice plus.

Best condo we've stayed at - hand's down. Plenty of space and appointed with the best of everything. Setting is ideal and close to shops in Silverthorne. (And a quick drive to those in Dillon.)
Lots of trails nearby and a river that runs directly behind unit. Near busy road, but even with windows open at night, heard minimal road noise.
If you have a chance to rent this unit - don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed.

This condo was laid out nicely and well equipped. The complex itself is also attractive with the river behind it. The benches were nice to be able to escape from the mess on 9. While aware of facing 9, we were under the impression there was some natural buffer from it. While construction may have been out of your control, you certainly could have made us aware, especially about the construction to expand your property along with ongoing road/underground right outside our door! An email/phone call to inform would have been a nice courtesy before our arrival. Sadly, I would not recommend a return to that specific condo, as great as it is, it’s in a not so great location!

This was the perfect lodging for our trip. Tons of room for everyone to spread out and it felt like home. Great location! We had quick easy access to Breck, Frisco and Dillon. Silverthorne had a lot to offer if that’s your only destination. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked and there were even games to play. We would stay here again without hesitation. Laundry was a great bonus. Bathrooms and sleeping rooms were big. Garage was nice and parking was easy.

Everything was great, except do not attempt to use the garage if you are driving an SUV or pickup. The garage is narrow, the entrance more so. Otherwise, an excellent property.

Our rental was very comfortable. It was new, very clean, comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of space for storing and hanging clothes. Kitchen had all the dishes and appliances to make our stay comfortable. We only had a couple small issues at first, the ability to enter an hour early, no hot water, and TV not working. We waited with family before getting into our place, called for help with hot water and after several attempts for TV discovered a disconnected HDMI cord to the cable box. The main floor was a plus, the condo faced the mountains and had a beautiful door that slid open. The only draw back was the traffic at night and early mornings. There was construction outside our condo on the sidewalk. Overall a great stay. Beautiful condo.

Thank you for your honest review. I do see that the HOA was able to send their team and fix this water issue for this guest during their stay and the hot water is back up and running. We do also try and accommodate early check ins when possible when a guest requests it.
Great unit in a convenient spot. The place was beautifully clean and well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen. Nice pans, utensils, coffee pots, smoothie maker etc. My one concern was the noisy road, and it was noisy. All apart from the first night, we were used to it, but arriving late to an overheated unit meant we had to open the windows and the road was very present. For the price, there had to be a downside!

The unit was super neat with high-end-quality furniture. We can tell that the designer spent a lot of effort to make guests feel at home. We especially like the TV and reclined chairs. Everything is just perfect! In addition, the staff was super nice and responsive, which is a big big plus!

Great location for access to all major ski resorts. Close to all amenities, restaurants. Newer condo complex with very nice finishes and a attached 1 car garage. Great value. Only minor issue was being on the street side so car and snow plow noise starting at 6am and a bit from 5-8pm so next time would prefer a non-street side unit.
